I saw a "Trench Coats" ad from NewChick on Facebook and ordered for my husband. New Chick does not deduct money from my credit card. And immediately mail me the details of my order and they say that I will get it in 3 to 7 days. I got it on the 5th days. Thanks to NewChick for keeping them talking. I will recommended with NewChic.

My brother Prasenjit was very happy because I could give him his favorite shoe today. I ordered it four days ago. Now I got it and the size was right too. I saw a pair of boots on the New Chic website on Facebook. Thinking this is a legitimate company I ordered the boots in good faith. They were quick to charge my charge card, but I never received a confirmation or email about the boots. I waited about two months and then I contacted my credit card company to report them as fraud. I have been telling everyone to stay away from this company! How can Facebook still let them advertise on their site, that's my BIG question.

I saved the screen pictures of my order... They went as far as changing those pictures on my customers'account and try making a fool of me by saying I was unhappy with the quality (which is $#*!ty by the way!).

BUYER BEWARE! Chinese thieves.
Cancelled within 3 minutes of placing order via CHAT, which I took SCREENSHOTS of.
Scamming f*cker stated product had already been shipped and order could not be cancelled.
PayPal Allowed NEWCHIC scum to twice cancel my opened dispute with PayPal! Newchic told me I could not have an open dispute otherwise they could not refund my money!
Sooooo beyond sick!
I got all of my money back...
Hang up on PayPal agent and call back to get another if PayPal does not cooperate. It really depends who you get. PayPal is going downhill...

I have waited for a month AT LEAST for a Christmas gift I ordered from NewChic. The person it was for will not get it. Had to buy something else. No communication, No way to reach the on a computer. Please don't get caught in their company. Clothing is Very poor quality, when you finally get it, or IF! STAY AWAY!

I ordered four shirts. They have arrived and they are nothing like the photos which advertised them on the NewChic website. The fabric is really really thin. The colours are washed out. The truth is that the photos show different shirts which are of a much higher quality. That's cheating.

They took my money and immediately the items I ordered appeared as being on back order and nobody emailed me about it. There is no information on estimated delivery date, no email from them offering a refund because the items are not in stock, as it says on their website they would do in this situation. Nothing. No legit company would do this.
I read all the reviews and this seems to be how they operate: they make you wait forever for items and then you either get partial refund for some reason or if you get the items, they're of horrible quality and nothing as advertised.
I emailed them and got absolutely no response back.

Cheap plasticky RUBBISH FONG KONG material. Nothing similar to what is advertised. I ordered a pair of the red and black running shoes. Not worthy to be called running shoes. Nobody's feet deserve those RUBBISH they call shoes. Totally DISGUSTING. Reccomend TOTAL BYCOTT OF THE SITE and report to authorities for misleading advertising.

Ordered 2 items, they did not look anything like as shown on the pictures. Quality looked cheap, one dress way too small. From what I have been reading in term of reviews I dont need to bother, I dont have the time nor the energy to send endless emails for a partial refund. I can only say dont bother with this company. Delivery costs GP 10. Crazy. Absoluty not worth it. Stick with more reputable companies like Boohoo and ASOS.

I ordered a pair of shoes but what delivered is both for the left foot. I asked for a refund because simply I don't want to be disappointed again if they send one wrong pair again... They refunded anyway but only 65% of what I paid for. Thanks anyway for that refund but please try to give your best to provide good service to online shoppers.

When I ordered a leather shoe from NewChic, one of my favorites. I was afraid whether it would send the right size. Because you know that if the shoe is not the right size, it can not be used anymore. My size is Us: 10.5. But now with my foot on the shoe, I saw that the NewChic sent me the right sais. I didn't know the online service could be so good.

Cheap quality products from Hong Kong... return policy is nil! If you are lucky you may get a partial refund after about 10 emails complaining... STAY AWAY!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
