So incredibly upset with this online retailer. They didn't have a boot in stock and gave me only one day to make up my mind about what I want to do. I didn't open my mail right away and it was too late. The other pair that was in stock was way too shiny and looked cheap, even though it was very comfortable and fit well. I didn't want it but they would not accept a return and offered a 20% discount or a 20% gift card; neither of which was acceptable.

I ordered 2 Top Tanks for $ *******@NEWCHIC.com, in the hope that they are really cotton, as the description says.
I got and it turned out that Tanks are 100% polyester.
Moreover, when I tried to post a negative review on their page about it, the administrators of this NEWCHIC.com simply did not allow this to be done insolently.
I checked before sending this review: these Top Tanks are now sold as 100% Cotton too.

Bought shoes, poor quality. Eyelet ripped out first time I wore them. Contacted customer service, they offered 20% off our next order. We will not order from them again so turned down that offer. They offered a 30% refund and we keep shoes which are unusable. Now they will not respond to us. It's been a week. Shoddy material and workmanship. Do not buy from this company. You will be sorry. This company needs to do what's right to keep their customers happy.

Do not buy from them! I sure wont. Made an order for a bag that said would be shipped on the 3rd November. It got delayed and now estimated time is only for 4th December. So far it would not be a big problem IF they managed to speed up the delivery to compensate for their OWN DELAY. Except no, they suggest I cancel the order and make a new one with expedited shipping but at my own expense. That is totally unacceptable. Not my fault it got delayed so the least they could do would be to send by fast mail with no costs. Crappy, carppy service

Newchic has fashionable clothes, with good material and very lovely colors. The craftmanship is. Positive. But has still room for. Improvement. The. Find a solution to my problem or the answer to my questions, most of the time. Should.no solution be present immediately, they elevate it to the department concerned, and. I get the answer within 48 hours, at the latest.

I ordered 4 shirts but only 2 came after a week and a half, with the wrong size because the guide was inaccurate and its hand sown. The other 2 shirts never came, and i waited for months, followed their instructions and checked to the point i couldnt tolerate this anymore.
So when i contacted them again and again asking where's my order, i found out that they actually dont even know it, they couldnt check whether its been misplaced or stolen, and told me its in "air transit, dont worry". $#*!ing ridiculous, u really think im that stupid that u lie and say its been in air transit for months?! They replied the same bs over and over again despite them telling u if u have any problems with orders contact them, but they just send u automated responses the same exact one over and over again. No help at all, and they expect me to just sit and wait til it arrive, if it even will arrive. But i've been waiting for months and its definitely not customs problem bc i got the initial 2 shirts. So i bet its lost, and they wouldnt do anything abt it bc they dont want to compensate and ship me new ones.
I bet there's thousands of customers facing the same problem. Not only they wouldnt lift a finger to help u out, they just ignore yr problem and pushed it aside like nothing. Absolutely upset, $#*!ing china scammers, pocketed my money and kept the shirt so they can resell it without shipping the order again and again, earning millions.
