They do not honor their own return policy!
This company is based in Hong Kong. We live in America and purchased two items. DO NOT BUY from Newchic They do not honor the written policy on the website.
1. No return contact from the website. Had to contact them through Facebook
2. They continuously tried to refuse the return of the product. Wanted us to fix the item at a seamstress for $20.00 They would reimburse us after we sent them the receipt. The repairs would have cost more than $20.
3. According to the website return policy, they cover the cost of sending the product back! "If the return is quality-related, Newchic will cover the cost of return." They told us in a Facebook conversation they would honor the policy. They said multiple times they would send a shipping label. Now they keep stalling on covering the return. (The zipper will not work properly on the Jacket) And want us to pay.
4. Currently, we are communicating with them through Facebook, Email, and PayPal and they are refusing to honor a written policy they created on the website.
5. The product size was way off. We wear a large we ordered a 2XL and it was still way too small. So, beware!
6. The second Item still has not arrived!
Although the items are nice looking you are better off shopping elsewhere.
I really love Newchic, have a great attendance, a lot of products with a great price, they send your order really fast, I never had a package from Newchic taxed, and this is great for me!.
The store also has a number of promotions throughout the year and discount coupons that help a lot and give a good discount.

I ordered a few shirts. When they arrived, the quality was low grade. One of the items was so bad that I wanted to return it. The pocket was sideways. I sent pics of the labels as they requested and I received an incoherent email back. I wrote again and I received another email saying that I would get another email in 3-4 hours. I never received it and was never able to make the return. Avoid this company.

I ordered shoes on July 18,2019.
After being August 21, and the shoes not delivered I wrote to newchic.
On August 22, a message is coming the shoes were shipped on August 9,2019.
In September 16, still no shoes delivered
Again I written to newchic but no response from them.
On November 2, I written again to newchic,
Received an answer on November 4, and on the same day the money was repaying to
PayPal. Because the money was transferred back I give in my review 3 stars otherwise it would have been only 1 star.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is that they finally refunded my money and seemed to do their best, It was service failure after service failure. Items they say are in stock aren't, shipments split, expedited shipping takes weeks and weeks. The real nightmare is returning items, $74.00 USD to expedite a shipment via the USPS (tiny box of SS shirts) only to be hung up in customs in Asia (They have a deadline for returning items which is difficult to meet) I ordered 7 shirts that showed "in stock" that were not, the shipment was split however none of the shirts fit. Here comes the nightmare, NewChic wanted images of the packages they arrived in, images of the Customs declaration, images of the tracking number. As a goodwill gesture my money was refunded despite the package being hung up in customs. The return shipping was about 1/2 the value of the purchase and you must use the USPS. I placed this order on the 31 August and the ordeal is over now with this review on 04 November. They did seem to try their best, and did refund my money.

I ordered 6 items. Two months later I received 1 of them. Two and a half months later I received emails saying 3 of the items were OUT OF STOCK and I could request a refund. This company held onto my money for 2 1/2 months! I am still waiting to hear about the rest of my order which has not been received: will the items be delivered or will I receive another email in a month saying they too are out of stock?

Have had great experiences using Newchic. Customer Service good when I had to return shoes for a bigger size. Items arrive in a reasonable time. Would use them again.
I totally regret purchasing the items I did from newchic.com. Over priced for the value of the product. Cheaply made. I purchased men's shoes and two wallets. I thought it was a Canadian site but was deceived. It's hastily made products and the website is deceptive. Products displayed on website don't compare to what you actually get.

I bought a pair of shoes and they dos not fit. Try to return it. It is impossible. They respond that i'll have news in 24 hours to get the backup procedure. Never have news. It looks like a $#*!ing chineese website. The worst custumer service i ever seen. In our days it is just unthinkable that has this kind of service with all the seller on the web. Just scratch it from the map.

Just got an email from these bastards. My item is out of stock. But I can let them know how to proceed forward. Only the pricks will not allow me to sign in. Item now out of stock? Can't sign in? I say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS IRRITATING NON WORKING PIECE OF CRAP WEBSITE! The cussing and screaming (and breaking equipment in rage) IS NOT WORTH IT! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!
Soon after I wrote this review, NewChic via sitejabber started the back and forth email correspondences. And now this mornings email tells me the item has SHIPPED! WTF? Anyway, proceed with your own risk if you so chose to order from this company. To review, I could not sign in to let them know how I wanted to proceed. After countless tries, I became EXTREMELY irritated to the point I was screaming and throwing things, to having to reset a password to get in, countless emails to FINALLY tell them how to proceed and another email telling me the shirt was shipped, do I honestly think the item that caught my eye was REALLY worth it in the long run? Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
