I just received my products from newchic and found the quality is perfect. Although the shipping was delayed and I once complained to their customer service. But it is worth the wait :)
Ordered a mini mouse phone case/lanyard for my Disney trip about two months ahead of time and I never got it. The customer service is crap. I tried to get a hold of them two weeks before my visit and they told me they were out of stock but when I ordered it they were in stock. You can't call them or text them you can only use a live chat to get a hold of them that hardly even works once you exit out of the app or shut your phone off the app closes and you have to restart the conversation all over again. Never got my order and it's been nine months, never got a refund either.

I received the wrong shoes... i sent them back and within days got my refund... the people i corresponded with were very helpful and friendly
Excellent value for money. He did the work for elegant clothes. I'm so happy with them. They are nice and comfy.

I ordered a maternity dress. Looks great in pics. When it eventually arrived 2 months later it was pathetic quality. Seams were already opening. Very very disappointed! Just don't bother looking further at New Chic. S#@% quality!

This will be the second time (I learn slow) that I did not receive my merchandise after more than 2 months. Several contacts with them, and after checking with my local Post Office (no record), and also reassurances that I would be contacted by their "team" within 24 hours 3 days ago, I have contacted Paypal to request a refund. Their products are enticing, but they don't deliver.

Very nice products took a bit time to get your clothes but that's normal good worked products and the service is very good I got the answer back in 2 days

3 months since order placed, order still not received. I'm asked to visit post office and upon visiting post office twice they has no idea where my order is. Before starting operations in a foreign country, align your services. Stop doing things just for the heck of it.

Just awful customer service (there is none) I am trying to find out what items they have charged me for just say clothes can't send an email without an order# I had no idea that as well as the very expensive postage I would get a bill for Duty to import. I never got said items and Fedex said they were sent back to sender.

Very hopeless service. I had a very bitter experience with ordered a shoe after one month of waiting I got information from the. Courier service that my order has been returned as my telephone no was not provided. They played a game with me then my money was returned minus shipping charges for my no mistake its nothing but fooling the customer as I was told its through local Indian postal department post office but I was given the number of ECOM PVT LTD, daily I use to call ECOM daily they use to say tomorrow you will get the parcel suddenly one fine day i was given a reply RTO lock it has been returned to its destinations as your number is wrong, i called your newchic i got a reply the telephone no is wrong and it can't be changed you will get your refund I got my refund but how when the phone no is wrong? The company looks to be fake

NewChic take weeks to send order. Quality was not good. They make returning very difficult and the customer pays shipping to China. Now they will not refund my order because I don't have the tracking number.

I'm a tall lanky North American. Was skeptical about the fit bit if you read the size chart for each item, you'll be fine. I placed a large order of shirts shorts and summer long trousers. Two of the trousers were a little tight in the thigh for me, returned them for refund with no fuss.
Excellent service and great bold fashions.
Unhelpful customer "disservice". Order has not arrived after 5 weeks. No clear complaints channels. The chat line always gives the typical, useless responses that I found patronising. My advice: STAY AWAY from them

I have purchased many online items from China so many times. Mostly are disappointing. But newchic's products and customer service make me change my attitude at all. All items are good enough for daily use. Can't compare the quality of materials to all Brand Names in High End shopping center of course. But for the price I have to pay is worth every baht. I will surely recommend to my friends and will come back to shop with you again.
Shirts are too small ordered 2x and they are not even equivalent to a large. They want pictures of everything including the package shipping label? Sewing seams are not professional. Stay away from a company that won't cover return shipping. China is just a cheat country who wants to take advantage of the American dollar. Shoe/sandal I ordered I thought were leather. Nothing but cheap vinyl. They don't even identify the material on the product.? Rip off. Not going to shop there anymore!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
