After follow up my top eventually arrived. Not expensive but also not good cut or quality. Uncomfortable feeling that exploitative labour practices might be involved in this company's production operation.
Avoid them - also because they will target you aggressively with adverts ever after!

I ordered sandals that came 2 sizes larger than I ordered. I contacted NewChic they sent me 2 sizes smaller than I wear as I requested. The new order fit perfectly. I have ordered from NewChic for several years now. I love the socofy shoes! Their the made shoes.
I bought one pair of shoes, but they sent me different colors. They were so cheap materiales. I couldn't find them by chat or call to send my money back. Also, the post office charged me to send those $#*! to China. They always ignored me while chatting or call, and they don't have an email address to email them.

I am very disappointed! The 2 tops I purchased were way too small. I contacted the co to return the items. They response from them is like a court case... they want to you to prove the items are too small, I have better things to do than prove my case! I'll consider this a $40+ lesson and not order from them again! I'll stick to Zulily1

I placed an order, then was sent email to replace the order saying "credit card declined"... I did that 5 times (what a fool I was) my bank shows that all 5 times have been authorized, yet I just got ANOTHER email, telling me "don't let your order go by NOT sending in your payment"... what a scam! Thank God in America I am backed by Visa and will not lose my money... I have notified the fraud department at both my banks regarding this company.
I have ordered several shoes through new chic and I have to say, it fitted me perfectly and the quality is as I expected.

I bought an item from NewChic that was advertised as 'buy 1 get 1 free', but then the two items that I expected were not sent. Only one item was. When I asked about this error, I was told that I was supposed to know that I should have added two items to my cart, and that one would be then be sent for free! I replied that their site said 'buy one get 1 free'... It doesn't say 'add two to your cart and receive them both for the price of one'. The company rep then just kept repeating that they would NOT help me remedy this situation... I was then delivered synthetic-fiber shorts that were advertised as cotton and linen... Next I found their reply to my complaint here. (These replies, I now know, are made by them purely in the hope of making it look like their company believes in making things right). I reached out to them multiple times. When I finally connected, I wasn't offered the second pair of shorts I was originally promised. I was offered $2 or 20% off MY NEXT ORDER!... Extreme LOL.
If you have any issue with your product, just know that there is no customer service with this company. If they mislead you, it's on you to understand their unintelligible, misleading 'systems'. Their business model is to separate you from your money via false advertising. They have no interest in you after they get your money. Their product is trash, and mislabelled... And don't read their reply to this comment and imagine they're trying to rectify anything. Their reply is for PR purposes only.

NewChic is where I do online shopping ONLY because all the products (shoes, blazers, blouses) I've purchased so far are in GOOD condition and fits my size. Their customer service is also great, always ready to answer any of my queries and they contact you in case the stocks are not yet available and would give you the options in which you can choose. That's why even if it takes long for it to arrive, I can patiently wait and is willing to wait because I know that their products are of good quality and will really arrive. Placed two orders. The first arrived and the clothing was way too big. Since the second hadn't been shipped I took a chance and asked to change the size of that order. Everything was settled within one hour! Even though I will not return the first as the return is too priceyI will definitely reorder the items!
I have bought a few items from this company and usually only 1 thing at a time, however approx 4/5 months ago I sent for 6 items of clothing. 3 of the items we're good but needed to return other 3 due to size problems. They first suggested me keeping them and they would reimburse 10/15%. No thanks I don't want clothing that doesn't fit. I returned the items approx a week later which cost me £11.20 and they are still refusing a refund. Be very careful.

I bought two pair of pants, both the same size, different styles. When they arrived, one pair fitted nice and loose (as I had ordered a size larger than normal) but the other pair was too tight to even get on. I contacted NewChic's customer service and told them my problem. They were straight back with a great solution and have promised to make things right. Their Customer Service was amazing actually... a lot better that I thought it would be for an offshore company. Very happy.
This company is based in China and like everything else that is manufactured there is garbage, the add is misleading because the product leaves a lot to be desired. Once you get the product you will be see what I am talking about

If you want to risk with these people, fotograph everything, especially when filling the blanks to order, register/photograph what you put on their site, when you indicate your adress... I suspect they've altered my adress so that the order was taken back. How do I know that? As an obsessive-compulsive, I would NEVER, whatsoever, wrongly fill the blank of my adress!
They seem correct when you chat, but then, they sent you a robotic e-mail answer, everytime you contact them to retrieve the order or the money. They answer you everytime with the same answer, no matter what you have sent them in the meantime...
This kind of "companies" - that act like street robbers from the Middle Ages - should be closed down by some kind of organisation! By the way, does anyone know who I must contact to press charges? Can a costumer send proof to any organisation/international trade control that verifies this kind of schemes/scams?...
Purelly dishonest people: they don't even suspect the meaning of "ethics". Money laundry?... I defy any investigation journalist to pursuit the theme and give disclosure to this kind of "business"!

Please don't deal with the company they are a scam. I order a shirt for husband and it was to small so I needed a larger size. They email me stated that I can keep the item and they will give me 20% on my next order why would I want that and why would I order from then again. I ask for the paper work to return the item they email and stated that something is something wrong with my email but yet I got that email. I had to call my credit card holder to get results. Please don't order from them, please.

Before you order anything from NewChic, know that the costs of returning items is expensive... regardless of reason. I. e., poor quality of material, workmanship, miss-sized, etc. All returns are sent to China. The cheapest method (2 week transit time with no true verifiable tracking) to return a very lightweight package was $35!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
