Firstly, do not buy from this company. I ordered shoes which was not delivered, when contacting customer service they wanted me to pay for additional shipping to resend my order. They were willing to give me a refund but not for shipping. The shipping is a scam as I paid extra for expedited delivery. The customer service team is uncooperative, does not understand my problems and unwilling to help. So buyers beware, this is a massive con.

I bought shoes from NewChic and they were cute and sized appropriately. Then I bought two clothing items - a jacket and a coat. Neither were as described on the website - one "evening" coat had a fuzzy lining. The other looked like it would be a soft material in the photo, but was not. Proportions were off on both. They have a 30-day, you pay for shipping return policy. I emailed the day I received the items for a return label. It took them 15 days to respond and resolve and they kept asking for photos. The shipping I would have to pay to return them was so much that it made no sense. I would have paid as much for shipping to get them and return them as I did for the items. I gave them away instead. They sent emails from NewChic when I was placing the order, then "order" and "service" when I was trying to return (some of these went into spam). Customer service either don't know what they are doing or were trying to get past the 30 day return window.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at NewChic's. She treated me in a particularly kind and attentive way. It is super easy to have fun little conversations with her and get a truly helpful opinion on clothes and similar assistance, but she is never pushy. She is doing a really great job. I appreciate her a lot, as far as I could get to know her. My friend, who went there another time, told me about very similar experiences.
Regarding the choice of clothes and price range, I think it is a fun mix of shirts, formal wear, pants, shoes, accessories, and jackets. Some clothes are a bit too expensive for an outlet, though.

OK I love this Web Site (NewChic). And when people tell you that retail stores aren't necessary Tell me do you really want to buy all your shoes and fashion on Amazon? I don't think so. There's some times when you need or want more customer service and you want to actually see what you're purchasing before you buy it. I purchased 3 dresses which cost me in total AU$93.00. I ordered size M. But got delivered a M, L and XL?! All three dresses were made in the worst quality material, the colours didn't match what was online and they looked cheap and nasty. Made in Very Poor Quality material. I requested to send them back and the first person I liaised with on live chat was very rude to me and used the! In every sentence demanding I make a decision about accepting a 20% voucher off my next order... as a reimbursement. I logged back into chat again and spoke to a different person who was absolutely lovely he offered me 60% back on my order and I can keep the dresses. I accepted this but worked out that I have actually lost $43AU through this process and stuck with 3 dresses that will go in the rubbish. BE CAREFUL, THE PRODUCTS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!

My goods arrived but did not fit. I have now requested four times the return shipping address including using livechat. I have been promised the return address and a refund but nothing ever arrives. Do not buy from this company - you are risking all of your money if the goods are not right for you.

I ordered and paid for an item on December 4th. NINETEEN days later they tell they don't have the item in stock. What kind of company takes your money even though they don't have the item in stock? I have contacted them FOUR times through chat. The first time, their system was down, so that agent couldn't do anything for me. I have contacted them THREE times today. First agent Theo claims that the refund was processed on the 24th, and that I will get the details of the refund from their accounting department, in 4-5 hours. Six hours later, nothing was sent to me. Second agent Arc tells me they are processing the order and I should have it in 1-2 hours. THIRD agent Alex tells me there's a "glitch", but assures me that I will get my refund. If there's a "glitch" how can he say that I will get my refund?! I opened a case with PayPal's Resolution Center. Tired of being lied to. PayPal better get my money back.

I placed the order on Nov 30th and even though I paid for priority mail shipping they didn't ship it until Dec 7th (supposedly). It was supposed to take 7-I5 days. Contacted them once and got an excuse that it didn't include Saturdays or Sundays and that's why it didn't come yet. It is now Jan 2nd. They asked me to wait another 14 days while their logistics looked into it. I said no, I wasn't waiting any longer and demanded my refund. They said it would take a business day but could take 7-14 days for it to be in my account. Will update when I get my refund and they better include the shipping price I paid for.

I placed an order of 2 pair of shoes on Nov 30th and paid extra for priority mail. They didn't even ship my package until Dec 8th. It's Christmas eve and I still haven't received my order. Even though I paid for priority shipping they shipped it standard and now they say it takes 7-15 days not including Sat & Sun. Will not order from this company again.
It is now going on 40 days since I placed an order with these losers and there isn't an update to the tracking info in 30 days. 24/7 Messenger does not exist, you email them and there is no response. Is there anything China is good at besides theft and technology grabs? Newchic should be out of business. Go to Amazon if you want anything delivered in a reasonable time. Never order anything from these scam artists.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
