Same story as everyone else. Product back ordered but take your money right away. I am still trying to get my refund. Not sure if this is a scam or just bad service but not worth using this site

Bought a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month. It's now the end of the month and no shoes still. Tried tracking the package and it shows it being in the Netherlands since 10/12.

My very first order was lost in shipment but customer service sent another one immediately. Just work out the issue with them and they will fic it. And their products are good quality.
AT LEAST VERY POOR AND POSSIBLY VERY MUCH WORSE.
THEY ADVERTISE SHOES THEY CAN'T SUPPLY. THEY TAKE YOU ORDER AND YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY. THE THEY DON'T CONTACT YOU TO SAY THEY CA'N SUPPLY - SKILLFIULLY KEEPING YOUR MONEY. I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company. After waiting a week I received an email notifying me that the items were out of stock and I could wait of cancel. I opted to wait with the assurance that the item would be in stock by the end of the week. After another 10 days I checked on the order via chat and was told that the items were still out of stock and they did not know when they would be in back in stock. I spent over a half an hour trying to get some satisfaction vie a bone or canceling my order. The customer service rep disaperaer for periods of time during our session. Bad customer service and they should not be taking orders on out of stock items without an approximate date of in stock... not sure if I will get my money back or not...

How would you even know if they were worn when you wouldn't take them back. They were 3 weeks late and they were never worn because they were tiny and I wouldn't even put that crap on my skin. Your taking people's money and not only are you selling terrible products, your attempt at calling what you tell clients is customer service is literally a slap in the face. Shame on you!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes two months ago; no shoes. This seems to be a common occurrence so clearly the company needs to improve their shipping. Cary (customer service rep.) has been outstanding. She's been responsive, polite and curtious. Too bad she has to manage so many orders that don't arrive.

My item did not arrive, but the replacement sent did arrive in a timely manner. I had no problems with communication and they were more than courteous and understanding. Whilst not their fault, as can be seen by the postage tracking, it is frustrating that items take so long to arrive.
I appreciate their prompt response to let me know my order was back ordered. Even though I cancelled my order, my refund was immediate. Sincerely will shop their again.

I have now purchased 3 different linen "mini-dresses" (I wear them as tunics.) The sizing measurements listed on the site are very helpful and enabled me to order the correct size. The clothing comes directly from China - but each time my order has arrived within 2 weeks. Reasonable prices, really cute clothes, fast shipping. I will probably purchase from them again - just being careful about what I order since returning something to China is a bit difficult. And I am hoping that the clothing is entrepreneurial and not sweatshop.
I would never buy from this company again. The products were poorly made and the sizes were not correct and when I asked them to cancel the order since they could not complete the order they went ahead and sent it anyway without the item they didn't have. The two items don't fit correctly and they think I should pay shipping for both back to them and the shipping for them sending me this package that I asked them to cancel. I would never do business with them again and I will be sure that others know of my experience.

I ordered blue denim shoes and found when they arrived that their size 38 is a little large for my size 7 feet, after I left the review I received an immediate response from Carry. I do expect that when I'm waiting for a shipment from China that it will take at least a month to 6 weeks to arrive. I love the shoes and their quality and the fact that they responded to my review right away. I have dealt with them before and have always received my orders. I will not hesitate to order again.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
