I have purchased a number of items from NewChic and have found the products to be great fun and good looking and the service to be prompt and professional. I tell everyone about them.
I ordered on February 16th. Still waiting. Customer service rep explains that it is en route, China mail... my very first order, hope product is worth the wait.
Ordered two coats both were smaller than published sizes. Had to negotiate to get a 70% refund and am stuck with two coats. Will not buy from again.

Given the price of the 2 pairs of leather shoes I ordered (14.95), I wasn't expecting much. I did order a size much larger than I usually wear, as was suggested. The shoes arrived yesterday after 3 weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. They are indeed real leather, have a nice thick sole, great color (hot pink) and fit perfectly. I will definitely order again.
I ordered a skirt just over 5 weeks ago. They inform you the delivery will take "7-20 business days" and I'm well over it. I contacted New Chic last week asking for status or a refund, and all they asked me to do was wait another week. I reached out to a second customer service representative who said I should check in with my local post office, even though their website says the product has not yet been delivered. I have - at this point - given them $45 dollars for a skirt I dont think I'm receiving. Don't buy anything from them.

I want to warn everyone about a number of Companies such as NEWCHIC aka BANGGOOD, LILIGIRL aka LULUGIRL, ROSEWE, ROSEGAL, DRESSLILY, MODLILY and SUGAR & COTTON. These companies are quite happy to take your money along with "Expedient Delivery" Fees and make you wait 6 weeks or more for your items. Case examples - Sugar & Cotton ordered 10th Feb, I am still waiting. NewChic spend $115. AUD on 16th Feb and only after I nag them and threaten PayPal do they advise me that 2 of the items are unavailable - I have only not long received the remainder of the order - so much for quick delivery! Another order who I believe is from DRESSLILY although the money went into the Account of an Ivan. Still has not arrived and when I opened a dispute with paypal only then did he contact me to advise that the item was out of stock, even though I paid an extra $14.95 for Expedient Delivery! A lot of these orders were gifts - 2 in particular were part of my daughters 21st present. I allowed over a month for the order to be delivered and I still haven't received them. Her Birthday is well and truly gone! So I warn everyone please think twice before you get involved with these Companies especially if it involves money and a realistic delivery. It is a shame really because had I received prompt delivery and customer service I would have spent quite a bit of money. Not Now I'm Done

The product I received was not at all what the description said. It would cost more to return item to New Chic in China that it originally cost, plus the shipping I paid. When I contacted the company they refunded me fifty percent of item cost only. I cannot afford to do business with them again. Buyer beware.

Please be aware the cm sizes for Newchic shoes are not correct. I ordered a size 40 because it said the cm measurement was for 24.3-24.8. When I received the shoes they measured 29cms and are giant. Nowhere did it mention that size 40 was probably the European sizing (I am 37). It is going to cost more to return the shoes and therein lies the scam. Please be aware!

After placing my order, I ran into someone who was wearing the same shoe I had ordered. I had ordered an upside because of something I read from someone stating a bigger size was needed. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and agreeable to changing the shoe size. I will be doing business with them again because of their kind willingness to accommodate my request.

I received my order damaged. I emailed the *******@newchic.com. I did a live chat with a representative who gave me an email address of C*******@newchic.com. Sooo... what email address do I used? My order came damaged and I got ZERO help from customer service.

I ordered shoes (a size larger than usual using their charts) and they were still too small. I contacted them, they would resend me a larger pair for a few more dollars, which I agreed to do. But they couldn't figure out how to bill me for the "few dollars more" and after 8 attempts to cooperate with them, they no longer respond to my email contacts, I out my money and have a pair of shoes that's way too small. Crazy!

These shoes are literally the worst looking and most poorly made shoes I have ever bought. They are covered in loose threads, and arrived squashed out of shape because they sent them from China in a BAG! I immediately asked for a refund and they eventually replied that I should use scissors to cut the loose threads off. I have demanded a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails.
As I only paid £25 for them it is not the end of the earth, but I should have known better than to buy shoes online, and of course if I'd read some of the other reviews I would never have done it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THE PRODUCT STINKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS MORE.

The bags are as described. I am satisfied with the order. Postage was fine. In general the whole order went well.
STAY AWAY... This company is horrible. I bought shoes that were so flimsy and wanted to return them. The 3 pairs cost me about $80.00 to buy. They said I had to pay the postage to ship them back because the shoes were not damaged. So for me to ship them back to China would have cost me almost $70.00... The company did nothing and I am now stuck with 3 pair of shoes that I have no use for... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I should have researched better! A number of items are backordered but I have no idea for how long. THey took payment for all items even the backordered items! Unethical! Even during ordering process never mentioned backordered items. Maybe I'd like to cancel instead of waiting, but no info is offered. And the items that say that were shipped--no tracking number and no reply when I contacted them!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
