Just ordered enough cabinets and shelves to do my entire garage! Can't wait for everything to be delivered and get it installed! Price was GREAT! And the representative that helped (Juilee) was more than helpful! Kind, courteous and was more than helpful with all my questions! Will definitely deal with Newage Products again if needed! NOW, I wait for the deliveries... I'll post another review when everything is said and done! Before and after photos... But so far, Couldn't be better! Thankyou Juilee!

Attempted to place an product order on line. After several attempts I contacted New Age Products customer service representative Juilee Makhe for assistance. She was most helpful confirming the web site was operating correctly. The final resolution was my keyboard configuration issue. I successfully completed my order. Thanks to Juilee.

We are so pleased with our 14 piece Newage garage cabinets and slatwall. The product was ordered from Costco, where it arrived in less than 2 weeks. The products were well packed with no dents or scratches. The assembly was easy with the assembly guides installed along with all hardware. Our cabinet installers were also impressed with the construction of the cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful with ample room for storage. I also just placed an order for an additional power adapter for the second storage bench lite with Sagarika Design Consultant who was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I had a terrific experience with New Age Products Design Team. Vishakha was creative & collaborative partner in the process. Listening to my needs and then helping me to envision the best way to deploy the cabinets in my garage. Thanks to her I will have the garage I have always wanted with cabinets and a design that truly are new age.

Vishakha at NewAge Products was actually fun to work with. She was incredibly professional, made reasonable suggestions without being "pushy" and made the layout of our garage the best it can possibly be. To be able to watch in real time as she worked with the software to suit my needs was truly and enjoyable experience. My family was already a NewAge garage fan but we're fans for life now... After playing phone tag with another designer at Newage, I switched to a designer named Vishakha. She was extremely helpful, rendering drawings through a shared screen, quickly changing my quote when I needed some alterations, and making sure I had the right accessories from the get-go. Throughout the process, she was professional, patient, and smart. Highly recommended.

Vishakha was very patient and helped me tremendously find the best discounts for the configuration I was looking for. We were able to find a combination that had a bigger discount even with an upgrade to the bigger grill cabinet.

The Pro Series Wall Cabinets from New Age Products are truly built to high standards! All steel welded construction, top quality door hinge and locking hardware and an amazing paint finish. The shelf height adjustability within the particular cabinets I ordered is very adjustable. I ordered a few wall cabinets in black color about a year ago and just ordered a few more of the same color today to complete my project. I am not a contractor, but simply a "do it yourself" home owner working on my basement and enjoy learning the fast array of fastener hardware and high quality products to complete my basement refinishing project. I installed these shelves in my house basement shop using 2 x 4 hardwood backer boards and Tapcon masonry screws. These wall cabinets can hold up to 200 pounds of weight and there are plenty of wall surface mounting options as seen in the photos. These cabinets come with a under cabinet lighting valence. LED lighting kits are also available through New Age Products. To place my online order, I called the toll-free number and spoke with Vishakha a Design & Sales Consultant with New Age Products. Vishakha very clearly explained the difference between the products I was interested in which helped me make my final decision quickly. While on the phone she walked me through the online ordering process and sent order confirmation emails as well. To be able to make a phone call, have someone like Vishakha to quickly pick the line, quickly answer any questions about the vast array of products to even help you with placing your order is a rarity today. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to arrange the cabinets I wanted in my new shed space. Fortunately I discovered the 3-D design service and Vishakha was fabulous. She helped me through several floorplan iterations, listened carefully to my feedback, and in a short time, was inspired to approach the design problem from a whole new angle that that I had never thought about, and one that works magnificently. My husband and I had a tough time agreeing on the cabinets that we would be putting into our newly remodeled garage. We wanted the space to function as a garage/laundry room, as well as a home office. As soon as I found the Pro Series garage cabinets in platinum, the search was over! They where metal (husband preference) with a cabinet look (my preference). Working with NewAge consultants, I was able to find the exact configuration needed by buying multiple bundles, as well as a few singular cabinets. I initially received a design mock-up that was beautiful, but I was unclear about measurements and so I had to call to speak to someone directly. Manju in particular returned my call and helped me find everything we needed at the best price possible. We received the cabinets ahead of our anticipated arrival date, which was awesome. After receiving the cabinets, my husband and I were able to unbox them and set them up in one day. We realized that we wanted one additional wall cabinet to go above our washer/dryer units, and Manju helped with that as well on the same day I emailed her. Overall we couldn't be happier with our entire experience. We are already thinking about our next outdoor project and will be sure to use NewAge Products again!

Originally I posted this review to complain about the customer service and shipping delays. I finally received all the products I order and I have installed them. I can't say enough about the quality of these cabinets. They are heavy duty. The design is excellent. I had almost no damage for the entire order of over $10K worth of Pro series cabinets. One locker had a small dent on the side, but I just placed that side against another cabinet so no big deal. I love the way the modular components bolt together for a clean look. The hardware is all good quality. These products are expensive but I'll never look back. The paint job is excellent and tough. Moving the cabinets around I found that the paint job doesn't scratch or scuff easily. 10/10 New Age. Worth the wait and worth the money.

I'm not a much for writing reviews but after owning this nearly $2000
Semi stainless piece of junk I have had one problem after the next with it. After less than a year the ignitor failed and no replacement parts available so now I get to light the grill with a long ended lighter. After two years all four valves developed leaks were they meet the supply tube and when ignited one day blew up. So nobody in the customer service really knew how the grill is assembled so they insist on photos of the problem and hire a licensed gas fitter to tell me the obvious, Ad if I haven't spent enough money on this piece of junk.
Long story short, DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL unless you plan on using it twice a year.

Damaged, Missing Parts, delays, missing refunds, hour phone waits, 10 months so far and still not made whole. This has been a nightmare. I ordered a huge setup... Over $7500 after discounts in April 2020 with an estimated delivery date of first week of May. It came and went. I called and told it now mid July and everyone is suffering so I just need to be understanding (OK, but damn!). July comes and I get 1/4 of my order. Socket tray was heavily damaged and missing sockets, damage to 2 of tge 4 cabinets. 2 weeks later I get all but 2 racks and a slatwall. Both lockers were damaged. Hinges were out of wack on lower cabinets and not adjustable. MANY calls later they sent me new hinges (backorder till November). Replacement for lower cabinet (backorder till October). Locker doors (I'm on my 4TH SET! THEY KEEP COMING DENTED TO ALL HELL! A Replacement cabinet worktop... DENTED! 3 socket sets sent... All missing sockets! I finally have 1 full set by mix matching. I was offered $100 refund over a month ago and still haven't received it. I ordered this in freaking April... It is February! ALMOST A $#*!ING YEAR!

I purchased an outdoor kitchen from this company after seeing their beautiful marketing. Terrible offshore customer service. The sink had two defects leading to leaking problems. The grill has a persistent gas leak that should have been fixed at the factory and the side burner doesnt work correctly if plumbed to natural gas. Again, the correct name of the department should be customer - disservice. I have given every opportunity to this company to make it right and I keep getting the polite brush off. I wish I had never purchased my $8K outdoor set-up from them. Avoid this company.
