When converted to propane with the kit provided by Newage, the bbq heats up way too much. Newage do not have the technical support to fix the problem. The gas orifices provided by them are too big and I had to hire someone at my expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was getting with the conversion kit was 410 degrees with burners set at minimum. Newage advised me it was normal and to use it with one one or two burner on. Ridiculous from them

Vishaka, our design consultant, helped us in creating the 3D design for our cabinets. She is a great listener and helped us secure the proper items and at the best pricing. We are very happy with her can-do, positive attitude.

I love the NewAge products and have purchased them now for two different homes. I had an issue with an order and after getting the runaround from the customer service team I spoke to Juilee Makhe on the Design and Sales team and she figured out my issue, stayed on the phone with me as my order was completed and confirmed everything went through properly. She was kind and returned my calls as soon as she was available. I just submitted my order and hope that the products are incredible. Working with Vishakha, for 4 weeks to nail down a design was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and patient working with my design. We were able to overcome a few hurdles and ultimately cam up with a design that works.
