I had the pleasure to work with Manju with ordering my outdoor kitchen. She was nothing short of amazing. I will update my review to include the product once delivered.

SHARVARI was patient and easy to work with. I had trouble connecting on video. She asked a few questions by phone then sent a new link that worked perfectly. She reviewed my photos and drawing and quickly understood what I wanted. I enjoyed watching her create a virtual workshop in my garage. She made some good suggestions and I agreed on a design. I received an email invoice and paid online. Quick and easy.

Sharvari was very professional, helpful, and flexible when helping us design our new garage storage. We did purchase the cabinets, etc.

So far I can say enough about the service - Sagarika worked with me on the design including a 45 minute call online where she was making changes as discussed. Overall very satisfied.

Gavin is truly a pleasure to deal with. We just received our product today so I am excited to do the unboxing.

I had a fantastic experience with Design and Sales Consultant Juilee Make. She was extremely helpful and patient in working with me. The 3D Designed renderings she produced look exactly like I described.

I have been waiting 4 days for my product! I keep getting rescheduled for delivery with no notification or cancellation. I am done waiting and want what I purchased. The company I ordered from, Newage nor the delivery company (NSD, who Newage chose) is taking responsibility. I have cleared my schedule and sat at home waiting for a product that was promised to be delivered and never came. Unless you enjoy being lied to and wasting your time find a different company to work with.

Discussed with NewAge sales consultant (Ram) and ordered 2 garage cabinet sets. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and worked with me for a long time to help place my order. Thanks Ram and NewAge team. Excited for the cabinets to arrive

Vishakha went above and beyond with her excellent customer care. I am in the middle so so many projects and we had to reschedule our meetings many times. She always had a cheerful attitude that made me look forward to our calls. In the planning process she did a wonderful job explaining the options and sending me designs for review. Called the customer service dept and spoke to Juilee Makhe, she was great and helped me all my questions. She was patient and also listened to all my concerns and addressed it immediately. Will recommend the company and the products to anyone.

After reviewing NewAge's site and seeing the grill island cabinets, I ordered the two cabinet set along with the black granite top; both cabinets and the granite top were packaged very well and secure on pallets. Since I opted for the white-glove service, two men carefully unpacked all parts and carried them to our patio and made sure I was happy with the quality received. The cabinets came with a plastic material over all exposed sides to prevent scratching and there was none! After setting up and adjusting to the same height of my grill, I caulked the top of the cabinets and placed the granite on top to secure the granite at the exact same height of my grill cabinet. I could not be happier with the service, the price, the construction, and the quality of all the parts received. If your looking to create an outdoor grill island, you owe it to yourself to check these cabinets out! I plan on ordering the side burner cabinet next when back in stock to complete my outdoor kitchen and be the envy of the neighborhood!

I made an order on March 24,2021 where I bought garage furniture including Wall mounted shelfs, on May 3rd 2021 the product was delivered to my house and after a confusing scheduling process the installation team came, did half of the installation and left all the garbage in my garage and just left without finishing the job.

I thought this was something normal that could be fixed with a phone call or a couple of emails, but here I am almost a month after the installation and I dont get any update from this company, they stopped responding to my emails. I was open to any date even when they proposed June but they never confirmed any date.

Be careful with the delivery and installation team of this company, products are good quality but are not worth all the trouble you need to go when you buy their products.
Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are ton of other companies way more formal than this one.

The online process was very helpful, I was able to get what I was looking for and the person that took the message was very helpful.

I look forward to my Cabinets!
