Gavin went above and beyond with his excellent customer care. We are in the middle of a major home remodel but the exterior space has not gotten as much attention. We both work full time and just don't have much time left. We were looking at multiple exterior space planning companies and cabinet options. In the planning process Gavin did a great job explaining the options and sending designs for review. We had multiple changes but he was patient and quick to respond. In a time when many companies are taking days or weeks to get back to you, his quick response time helped NewAge close the deal with us, over the other companies! Great job!

Excellent experience with Juilee Makhe in going over our design options and showing us various options to design our garage cabinet layout. Very professional and knowledgeable about all of your products and answered all of our questions completely. She created a 3-D image of the design for us giving us confidence in our final decisions. Juilee is an great ambassador for your company.

I was trying to order online a garage cabinet set that would fit my shop space, but the ideal set (Pro series 7 piece) was out of stock. I called customer service and was put in touch with Nishkarsh. He was very helpful and found me an 8 piece set for less cost than the 7 piece. Nishkarsh was able to change the order make it fit in my space which involved changing the work top dimensions. Now I will have an extra wall cabinet from to use elsewhere in the shop. Only downside is that several of the items are back ordered, so I won't receive some pieces till April 2022. Will update the review once I receive the product.

We felt so fortunate to have Juilee as our designer. She is so skilled and intuitive. We felt very at ease with her. She has a great balance of professional and friendly manner. It would have been impossible without her. Our photo shows why we are so eager to receive our new storage system! Thank you again, to our superstar designer, Juilee!

The NewAge high-quality products go along with the best customer service. I've had an opportunity to reach out to NewAge customer service twice. First, I've requested that the delivery is completed before I go out of town. A customer service rep, Isha, expedited the delivery and I've received all the items today. Second, made a decision to order installation service. Called NewAge customer service today. Rashmi was very professional, quick, and thorough with putting together an installation quote. She also expedited the installation service for me for which I'm very grateful. Thank you Isha, Rashmi, and NewAge for delivering the best garage storage products and service!

Juilee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing my garage space. She had many creative suggestions for maximizing the available space for both sides of my garage. I'm a civil engineer and design for a living and noticed that Juilee designed like a experienced architect - very helpful all around. She was also helpful in finding discounts for the products I selected, which was also much appreciated. I also mentioned my concern about reviews I read online of damaged cabinets from other cabinet companies and she explained how their cabinets will be shipped in a "nested" fashion - one inside the other - already assembled, and they are built with 18 gauge steal (others normally 24 gauge) with double panel doors, so they are very strong. Can't wait for my shipment to arrive!

Rashmi Lathi was very helpful with my selection of NewAge Garage Cabinets. I had two long conversations with her during my search and she even emailed and called me in between to see if I needed any additional information. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Wish more salespeople from online sites were like her. She's a keeper!

I haven't ordered any Newage products yet but this review it's for their customer care and especially their designer. I had scheduled an one on one virtual design workshop with Juilee Makhe. It was great experience having a 3D design made on the spot for my garage cabinets. She was very swift in 3D designing, extremely professional and courteous. She was very through in explaining me all the options, details and was able to price it out immediately. It was an extremely satisfying session. I would highly recommend.

I will update review when I actually get my grill. I purchased the main kitchen set and was told they had grill. After I order I was told they don't. Maybe a few weeks? Now I'm waiting months and it looks like it's a few more months? It's unacceptable. We are returning it untill we can get the entire setup. I read about this last year and it was spot on. Wait for parts is ridiculous long? So far I asked for a discount to keep my u it and nothing. I asked for discount on grill since I will miss the entire summer and nothing. Everyone has been nice but nobody has done anything but be polite. Still no grill.

Few months ago I worked with a designer Vishakha (Design and Sales Consultant) designing my garage. She was so efficient and work with me remotely configuring the layout. At that time, I was not ready purchased the complete package so I pushed the project out for coupe of months. In July this I year I sent an email to the Vishakha and to my surprise within few minutes she called me and continued to fine tune the original design. With the new design I saved some money as well. I ended purchasing Pro Series 16 Piece Cabinet Set. Vishakha made this process simple. Big THANKS to her for all the help.

Vishakha was extremely helpful and thoughtful with her recommendations! Can't wait to see my new garage after we install. Very much looking forward to this.

I had set up a meeting with Vishakha and OMG was so so helpful with her insight. Even though I knew what I wanted she still threw so many more ideas and was very knowledgeable on the products. I will deal with her again and can't wait for the order to arrive!

After researching a number of steel garage cabinet options I selected New Age Products for our solution. Their website was helpful in structuring the order but left a few questions I needed answered before placing the order. I requested a design consult and was promptly contacted with a skilled and knowledgeable designer who helped me complete the design, place the order, and even improved on the pricing of a few items over the on-line system. Rudhi was very helpful in helping me order my outdoor kitchen. Have to wait till September for delivery, I hope it is worth it.
