Where else can you get all that Netflix provides for 8 bucks a month? Sure, their streaming library pales in comparison to their DVD library, but this is because TV and film publishers are changing far more for streaming rights than they do for their DVDs. And the only reason for that is they have various conflicts of interest with Netflix -- they would like Netflix to go away so the cable companies can have even more control over what you can watch than they already do. Sticking with Netflix is not only a bit of a protest against the Media Oligarchies, but more practically, it supports quality, actual ORIGINAL programming that those same Media Oligarchs have zero control over.
Always have a ton of movies and games to choose from. Fair prices.
The reason why I am giving Netflix a1 star rating is because they try to force you to pay extra for better movies.

All I will say about Netflix is that they have plenty of movies for everyone's taste and it really is a great value for steaming and dvd rentals. Also it help those people who have consistently paid overdue rental fees. Overall great business model that they make money and customers are happy.

I had no issues using the NETFLIX mail in and order mail system. Occasionally, I would be mailed the wrong movie, or the CD was unreadable. I wanted to rent more movies at once, and I couldn't get enough, so I stopped being their customer.

BOO HISS! Though the T. V. online selection was usually fairly good, we frequently encountered the same basic problems. Those problems were often HUGE!
We would load the movie, and get to watch maybe
15-20 minutes, and then suddenly, the movie would just freeze. It sometimes took an additional 25 minutes to load again, we would get to watch sometimes only 10 more minutes before it would freeze again.
Thumbs DOWN! If I was allowed to put zero Stars, I would.
So glad to be able to get only the shows I WANT to see... and WHEN I want to see it. Other than the news, it's just about all I watch now.

Netflix allows you to watch lots of things. It is easy to use and great value for money. We love it :)
It is a very good bargain except that a lot of things are not available streaming, even old things.
Like to pay for what we watch and we've managed to find enough interesting stuff to keep our subscription for quite some time. We used to get bored with the content in a few months.
Dont bother asking them questions. They do not care what you say. They do not care what you think. They won't answer any questions you have. They will just give you polite platitudes & the run-around. I called, texted, tweeted, facebooked, emailed, & wrote to them to get an answer to a simple yes or no question. They refused. I told them I would cancel my membership if they didn't answer. Apparently they would rather lose a customer than answer a simple question.
What's weird is that if your on one console and switch from a xbox to a computer the movie/show your watching isn't there.
It does not have everything up to date, it needs all of the series or their current shows and a few more up to date films.
We are long time subscribers and they do have a great choice for people like us who like documentaries. The only down side is it takes forever to get a newly released movie, so we go to Redbox.
Netflix is truly one of those things that is totally reliable and you get what you pay for. It has Netflix only shows like better call Saul which is related to breaking bad. It has loads of movies and I could watch movies from it all day.
