The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.

Netflix, just keeps getting better and better. I have the online version of Netflix and love it. So, I can just imagine the movies being sent/mailed out. The people who have the movies sent to them, have a wider and better selection of movies to watch. However, I'm quite satisfied with the online "line up" of movies. If you love movies and TV series, documentaries and lots more, you will love Netflix. They even have movie icons that you can create for each family member, that way each family member can keep track of their own movie selections. I can't do nothing but highly recommend them due to my personal experience. I love them.
Still not enough movies and television series and they are a bit slow to making newer movies available.
Do they even know the function of 'search?' It's pointless to try this, which sucks because how else to find stuff to watch? Netflix works well i I already know what I want to watch.
I bought music system from here. It is good and i would love buy more things from here.
This company was smart and innovative from the get go. I should have bought stock back then when I was thinking about it.
Smart menu operations, categories, reviews, excellent algorithm to tell you what you may like to watch based on your reviews of movies you review. Always review your movies, the service is just great for giving you more titles.
Site rarely goes down or buffers.
A total bargain at 8/month.
I used to use Netflix all of the time until they began to deliberately block Linux users from using their service. I researched and discovered that the CEO of Netflix also sits on the Board of Directors of Microsoft. So in typical Microsoft cheating style they deliberately block Linux users (and if they could get by with it they would block Apple users as well). Few features I love, few I really hate! It is so annoying how they will have the whole set of a film except 1. Like when I am looking for #1, they only have #2 and #3. I was looking for #2, They have #1, #3, #4... figures! And while I like the autoplay feature for series', If you are watching at night and happen to fall asleep it keeps going for like 4 episodes before stopping, and you forget where you were :( I like the streaming system for convenience, but it needs more work.
We don; t even bother with broadcast or cable TV at our house. We can rent DVDs or stream pretty much anything that's worth watching for a few dollars a month. And it is simple to go in and change your plan anytime you want to.
It is good site, the price is very low, the quality is amazing.
I like the user profiles, my list, 'because you watched' suggestions and that you can pause, turn off the TV and resume later. Hulu Plus makes you start from the beginning and adds commercials. Netflix has no commercials. But after only 5 months with only Netflix for moderate TV watching, I'm running out of things to watch. Oh, and they are 1 to FOUR seasons behind on network series shows.
Where was I all these years that I spent $100 ++ on cable with all the bells and whistles? During those years I only watched Netflix occasionally and did not discover the amazing amount of interesting content they offer. Now that I have free television with limited (but sufficient) content, I have found many Netflix "treasures" that I would never have discovered before. The documentaries are unique, plentiful, and top rate. The older classic movies... those I never had a chance to watch when they were produced... are wonderful entertainment, much to my surprise. I have found that these older films actually rely on good plots and good character interaction... unlike many current favorites that rely mostly on special effects and competition for the fastest action possible. Best of all are the foreign movies which give me an opportunity to be part of the cultures and concerns of countries I would never be able to visit. Also, I find that I do not mind waiting a year or so for the latest episodes of a favorite television show that I cannot access with free television. I have enough to view with all the other choices available.
Netflix is worth every penny in my opinion. Whether you want to watch old re-reruns or a new movie, it's great for a night in!
There are a variety of different movies and shows to watch, Netflix is great!
I would only recommend for Netflix to add more new movies on demand, sometimes you have to wait years to see a movie
I highly appreciated it for good music system it has. I really got good change in my life by netflix
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
