You have to join BOTH halves of their services to get the best service from Netflix, and it kind of sucks. If you order just the streaming side, you get lots of TV series and some movie However, the best movies almost always return with the notice that it's not available for live streaming. For access to those, you have to pay for the DVD/Blu-ray exchange to have the title mailed to you. Then you wait, get your movie, watch it, and mail it back before getting another. There is no instant gratification, and it's inconvenient.
I really love using Netflix! The only complaint I would make is that they have a small variety of shows at some points. There movie selection is fabulous though.
I LOVE Netflix, it had lots of stand up comedy and original series and movies and TV shows I want to watch, it is brilliant!
I have had Netflix for 3 years now and I am loving the experience. I especially like that they are getting more shows sooner. I like the array of family and kid friendly shows.

Nothing but positive things to say about Netflix. I currently pay to have 3 dvds out at a time but occasionally they send a fourth one that I've been waiting a long time for. Exchanges for damaged discs are done very quickly. Very, very happy!
Not as much content as I would like, but I love being able to go through a season so quickly. I get frustrated when a series disappears without notice.
I've used both the streaming and mail programs Nexflix offers and love them both. We've been using the streaming subscription for almost two years now. Even on slow connection days the video will stream; you may have to take a 10 or 15 minute break to let the video buffer but it's worth it to stay in and have such a huge collection of movies to watch. We do also get the DVD's delivered because most of the new titles are not available via streaming (in fact it's pretty rare that they are). We love Netflix's flexibility and options; they work really great with our families needs.
Love this app! Suits my family well! I just wish it had more TV series from nz and oz? But apart from that it is the only app so far to never disappoint!
The only issue is how current their movies and recent programs are.
The show selection sucks, the player is buggy as hell, and that timing out crap is the most useless feature of all. I subscribed simply to cut cable and now I truly regret it. I have already looked into alternative services and am waiting for any of them to be half-competant so my viewing bar may raise 5-6 fold. Come on stand alone HBO go... I'm waiting!

Big Netflix fan. Particularly enjoy some of the random documentaries they have and love House of Cards. Although sometimes the selection of films is a little limited.
The original content makes this service better and better, and it's so much cheaper than cable!
I just get the DVDs sent to my home. I do not watch a lot of TV but when I do, it usually is way after the release. So I am grateful that I can get such items saved and sent to me to watch anywhere at anytime and at my convenience. I also like that I can get a lot of foreign movies and shows that I cannot get elsewhere.
Stream freezing and obvious weaknesses in server ability and capacity makes for frustrating viewing experience, but hey! As long as I'm making money and movies and other programs, what do I care about who's watching and paying? Right Netflix? That's a shabby business model for a shabby streaming service.
