I am facing many problems with them
One of them that they picked up 4 items and they don't know where are these items so they didn't refund the money and they cancelled 4 items due to late of delivery and they didn't refund
Worst shopping App ever

I Order Nike shoes last July 7th 2023 and the item until now is not delivered. I Call customer support everyday for follow up and giving you hope that today it will be delivered and it is already escalated. They from you notification they will send you confirmation that the item is for delivery they you will wait for 2 days then again follow up, then they will ask your location to check the google map ( you already put your shipping address but in there system is different). They will keep saying it will be delivered today every time you will call them. Now I surrender to wait for the shipment and I requested for a refund but they are refusing to refund my money back. They will not allow you to refund your money back since there excuse it was shipped(shipped to the moon wait until i came back - in short give your money wait until you will realized you got scammed). Hopefully who ever read this you have an idea that is not the best to order to this company. In the End you give them your money, stress and the idea that you got scammed.

Ordered shoes, was small, requested to exchange, since 4 July cannot delivery, got delivery sms cancelled twice. Contacted to customer call center, says no worries will be delivered soon, contacted today again the same, so annoyed and frustrated, AE*******657

I made a purchase over 12 days ago and my order hasn't been shipped out as yet I've reach out to them more than 20 times via email and over the phone and all they keep telling me is Tht there's a delay at warehouse and it would be resolved with 5 days I even ask back to my money and they keep ignoring that…. Namshi you are a scam and my order ME*******575 still hasn't been shipped and I'm gonna repot this

No star! I have a namshi package and am having second thoughts on ordering again because noon is their courier partner. They say noon express but in reality its noon long way. I wont order from both namshi and noon again!

It's a month now I am waiting for my order. I sent several mails, asking about it, but every time I get copy paste response. They're just sending automatic message.
Btw they are canceling one by one of items I ordered, and I am from Europe (paid 50$ shipping fee) so on the end I will pay 50$ for nothing terrible service, very unprofessional, they have no respect for costumer.

Very bad experience and worst customer service
I have been waiting for an exchange and until now 1 month no action.
They stole the money! The only thing that they know to do is sending apoligizes emails without actions.
They stole 450 QAR.
I do not recommend namshi at all. This is the worst experience ever.

I bought a pair of Calvin Klein sneakers and the packaging arrived in very bad condition! They just put the shoe box in a nylon bag and sent it to me. I'm lucky the shoe wasn't damaged, it's an expensive shoe. Please pay attention, namshi!.

The worst online portal to buy anything from they take years for refund and above that the products mentioned in their portal doesn't look the same as in pictures so it's obvious we would have to return the products purchased from them they are the worst to depend on for buying anything online I would suggest everybody to not buy anything from namshi ever..

You pay low prices at first but in the end nothing you return will be refunded so you pay twice for everything. Not really saving any money!

Hello, I ordered many things from Namshi some of them are good but one time I ordered 3 lipglosses and they send me confirmation and just after it they send again an email that sorry your order has not been processed due to payment issue so please order again so I ordered again then I saw my bank SMS that they took money from previous order snd they took again but simple common sense I don't want 2 orderof 3 lipglosses I only ordered because Namshi sent an email so when I asked that you already took my money why you lied and because of that I ordered again and waste my 167sr so please refund my money snd cancel my new order but no after so many emails exchanged they didn't give me satisfactory resolution. And I bought a wallet but in picture it look normal but when I got its too big I mean no one want to buy this big wallet so I want to return but same thing happened they disappeared. VERY VERY disappointed.

I ordered and purchased 2 items and paid in full. I expected the delivery within 2-3 working days as stated in their cheap website. No one called me for the delivery and the status of the parcel was changed to return though i didnt request that. I filed many complaints to the shipping company and to NAMSHI themselves, several calls and dozen of emails. All i got was poor customer service with poor replies like we're sorry for the inconvenience and the order will be returned to UAE and ill get my refund. I've been in that hassle for a month now. Neither i got my package nor i got a refund. They simply stole my money… by far the worst online shopping experience ever. SIMPLY THEIVES

I ordered for shoes which was too small for my feet. I have been trying to return it since about 10 days now. I call customer service every 2 days, they give me a new return request & nothing happens. When I reviewed here, I was asked to reach out to discuss which I did. And I have now received an email that they cant accept it because they were used items. I am genuinely confused if they are just confused or just trying to make a quick buck off of me.

Its my personal experience about Order SA*******477, its a month now return of my item but so far no refund credited. Called them personally 4 time (its ISD Call) but unfortunately no positive result.

Namshi is cheating customers and very poor customer relation. My request pls don't lose your money by purchasing from NAMSHI.

I order size US 9 Jordan shoes and they send me size US 8 which is way too tight and it was unsable! Moreover, the day I have ordered it says to be delivered after 2 days. But when I have paid, it took 7 days and still on process on the system. Very weak support they are just after your money!

The delivery guy refused to deliver the order to my floor and took the parcel and i did not take back my money or the goods and the status of the shipment turned to delivered.
Customer service are not helpful and did nothing.

I ordered from namshi and got old and used products

I will strongly not recommended
Will suggest all not to waste money and time to order from Namshi

I attached aphoto for 1 of 3 cases, extended for months, no refund, no call back, no emails, and every day i spend 1 hr with support, but nothing happening, i found out its not just me but many people have the same issue

I used to buy from this site & loved that the products were good quality & the delivery is fast till i had to deal with the customer service ‍ which was a catastrophe, 1st of all there is no live chat or a way to contact directly a customer service to solve your problem, you will send dozens of emails with no response then after a while you will receive a careless hopeless response from them with no solution at all. What happened that among my order was an item that i ordered to try for 1st time & i received another item which was already used & open i tried for 10 days to contact them with no help, eventually they told me that i should print the receipt & go to aramex to send the item for them then whdn they receive the item they will see what to do & process refund, that was the most horrible experience i had in such case and due to that careless humiliating act i deleted their app & decided not to order from thrm again, there are lots & lots of other competitors with better experience.

Another thing, if you rated an item on their app you can't edit it.

I was sent the wrong dress and despite numerous email that went unanswered their team finally responded to say they did send the correct dress. Nearly two months later I'm waiting for them to fix the issue. I've shopped from them for years and spent thousands of dollars. Well not anymore. Namshi doesn't care about its customers.
