I always ordered from namshi and their services was superb not until noon took over namshi their services got poor no response and not taking an action especially to the return items. Kindly do something on this matter especially the NOON! So disappointed with their services and poor customer service!

Last month I bought a shoes from Namshi which is suppose to be a polo authentic shoes made in turkey but when I receive it it's not as they say it details it's actually made in China after wearing it three times the shoes smells so bad and couldn't wear anymore so I had to just throw it I advise you to buy from the brand itself and avoid buying from online especially from Namshi

Looking at the other customer's reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who returned their order, but to date has not received my money back (waiting for my refund for more than a month now)...I guess this is the new work "ethic" at Namshi, so hopefully people check the site reviews before buying from there as they have definitely changed to worse. Never used to have problems with them before, but looks like now they are purposely avoiding returning customers their money and unless you chase them, you'll never see it again. That said, I've called them 3 times and sent probably 15 back-forward emails, but I still don't have my money back, so not sure I'll get it back even after all the time I've wasted on contacting them.

Extremely unreliable. Customer Service is not helpful at all and the order could easily not be delivered. Do not risk horrible experience!

I made an order with Namshi, received three items. Two items with no issues and the third is a pair of trainers that seems to be worn before, the ticket is torn and the soles are dirty. Contacted the customer service. They instructed me to return the product and a credit will be returned to my account and choose another one. This seemed very casual as if this is something they do everyday and when i asked is this common they asked if i needed assistance with anything else. So i did the only sensible thing, closed the chat window and not use the website again.

It's been 2 months since I returned an item and I have not yet received my refund! The worst customer service that I ever had! Do NOT shop from them. They Steal your money!

DO NOT USE - I would happily give less then 1 star if I could terrible service I have been waiting for my delivery since 4 days.it's supposed to be delivered on 2nd Oct but I haven't received yet. I spoke to NAMSHI customer supper but no use.
Since 2nd Oct i call support team more then 5 time and all the time they said I'll b receiving my delivery next morning.
I showed my concern and even mentioned that I have a flight to catch.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Ordered 3 times from Namshi, twice in the UAE and once in Qatar. The delivery in Qatar was never delivered and took at least a month before that message came through, however that's not the worst.

I am still receiving emails from them despite trying to unsubscribe however that deems to not be possible. So now I will just block their awful marketing.

However the worst came when I was missing an item and they claimed it wasn't missing because the warehouse said so? It was a very expensive item and I gave up after trying multiple times but never getting any result.

Please be careful when ordering from them!

Don't order from them, they fooled me around they sent msg that my item will be delivered Today, but no one contacted me, and they refunded amount in wallet not in Bank account after 15 days I noticed, and checked on them and they themself retuned my item and refunded on wallet, this is the website not to be trusted, now the prices for all the dresses which I ordered massively increased, when I called customer service they told me delivered guy tried to call me so many times they couldn't reach out to me, and no one called me at all I was literally waiting for some cool dresses from TRENDYOL, it must be some strategy am sure, cheaters 1st and last time using this namshi...

Namshi claimed my ordered item would have been delivered in 1-2 working days within the UAE. Since I have been waiting for my package a week now, I called customer service 3 times, they all told me the shipment would happen urgently and that I would get the package the evening I called, but next day I still havent got it. I called customer service again and today they told me it would not be possible to sent it by EOD. This is very unreliable, I needed this package within a certain time and I was counting on their claims of fast delivery.

Very poor service since noon handled the returns
Chasing them since beginning of September till date 12 of September
With same promise they will contact in 1-2 days and no one even bothers to call ( emails screenshot attached)
NAMSHI used to be my favorite cost they had the fasted delivery and return system and this is what you look for in online shopping
Very disappointed

I deeply disheartened with the service of namshi in delivering the products which i ordered on 23aug2023 and took so long for my order ME*******269 and at the end my order was cancelled without my knowledge though i had paid online. These products were surprise gift but you guys ruined it. I hope viewers who are reading may get sense before ordering on your website.

I have received Lee cooper Shoe, with Aed 133.within week most of the stickers and sole is broken,very poor quality product delivered and not responding properly for the complaint, the trust with namshi is broken

Their courier is not good at all! My order was delayed for 3 days and their customer service can't do anything to help. They are just keep sending report and will advise you to wait!…

I ordered from Namshi a guess bracelet, they only sent me the box with NO BRACELET. I have been trying to fix the issue since a week. And all they are doing is telling me to wait. For a whole week, they are telling me to wait. Their solution to this problem is me waiting. Namshi items are only eligible for refund for two weeks. They are making me wait until the two week mark is over so they don't refund me. They are scammers, with the worst customer service ever. I truly can not explain how bad their customer service team is. DO NOT ORDER FROM NAMSHI.

I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with how my order was delivered. It has been frustrating to have to wait so long. Then, to my even greater dismay, I received my order in a damaged box.
What did you do with my order?

Refund items very poor service it will took u so long where in fact you paid it full amount. If u call their customer service always they will tell u waiting for update. Come on namshi

Namshi is a big liar, do not trust them if they say they will deliver in two working day it atleast takes a week. So be prepared.
