Horrible horrible experience. Guys, if you have the money just go to a shop, i am now convinced that ordering shoes online is a big NO NO! Ordered Lacoste sneakers from Namshi.com, came the size was bigger than what you would usually get in a shop, when i returned this, i wanted to get the same pair but smaller size but Namshi did not have the size i needed so i was forced to choose Adidas. Adidas was delivered, small, when i returned and wanted to get a bigger size, have a guess, they didnt have it either, so no i am forced to choose another pair of sneakers (which i dont want) simply because Namshi cannot refund the money. Guys its a big trap! Dont put yourselves through a headache and just head to a shop instead where you can see, feel and try what you are buying and if anything, you can get your money back. So now my money is stuck on some website with no choice of shoes to buy!

I am a client for 5 years and never had to suffer with either my buys or returns until recently with my last purchase and return. The website A&Q is not updated with new instructions, delivery agents are extremely rude, they show up at your door steps without a time or date schedule and since we all at work they tend to show up afternoon and if you are not available obviously they say we will not drop the items. The terrible agent they assigned to pick up my returned items actually had the nerve to hang up the phone on my face. The worst part is that they keep calling annoyingly to rent confirm the address over and over... on the other hand, the customer service center is not helping much as well. They argue with you why are you angry and mad... seriously?! When I have a low class agent hanging the phone on my face what should I do be happy? The Customer service call agents are just lame and clueless and it only adds gas to the fire. I returned two items and got only one item credit return and it's not even the right credit? This is the worst ever service I have ever had. I hope Hosam Arab the founder of Namshi realize that he needs to really into better service team if he wishes Namshi to build a real great Empire in GCC

I bought almost every product from their Fashion line But I was very disappointed that quality was not worth it for the price! You can buy Fake brands from shops and you can do bargain But here on Namshi You are paying a full price for a branded product But quality is not as good and not definitely look like genuine products.

They have a nice variety of clothes and the prices are affordable, even better when on sale., free shipping over 100 SAR, COD, free exchange. The shipping is pretty fast, just within days. The website is easy to use. They have authentic brands. I bought a number of sketchers shoes some on sale and some not, everytime arriving very fast. Fast shipping, good packaging. No complaints at all. I like that they have a wish list, not all sites do, this way we can remember an item of interest.

Do not use Namshi. I have only ever ordered three things from Namshi before and it has ended up costing me so much time and aggravation. The sizes on their website are incorrect and the EU sizes do not correspond to the UK sizes. The first thing I ordered was sunglasses which of course I received without a glitch. The second thing I ordered was a swimming costume which first arrived with a stain and not the size I ordered online, I sent it back and asked customer service if I should order the size I originally ordered or if I should order the size on the bathing suit as the sizing online may be incorrect... I was assured the sizing is correct and so ordered the size I ordered previously only to be sent the same incorrect size I received the first time. I couldn't be bothered to go through it all again so I kept the swimsuit which was a size smaller than my actual size.
Five weeks later I ordered a pair of shoes for a birthday I was attending that week. I ordered a size 4 UK and received an EU 36 (which is a UK 3), of course at this point I was really mad because I had wanted to wear them for a specific occasion. I sent the shoes back and requested a manager to call me back. Someone finally got back to me 4 days later saying the supplier had supplied them with the incorrect information and that she would look into it and make sure the sizes were updated. I went back online to order the shoes again and e-mailed customer service at the same time to make sure they sent me a size 37 EU. They assured me that they would not make another mistake. The shoes arrived and one was a 36 and one was a 37. I will never do business with them again, it is the most incompetent company I have ever come across, the woman on the phone didn't even know the difference between the UK and EU sizes? I never received any compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me and I'm still waiting for them to send me the correct shoe sizes!

I had the worst customer experience EVER at Namshi. The Brands they sell are fake, although they claim that they are original and sell them at a high price. I also tried contacting the customer support for a replacement on an item that had a fault; they kept promising theyd pick it up and no one did. I wrote to them at least three times and they lied to me every time about a refund and nobody collected the item and I never got a refund!

I'd rather pay extra shipping items off amazon than buy from these guys.
