I placed an order. Paid online and expected next day delivery, as that is what they state on their website.
No delivery.
I contacted them. They needed to verify my payment card.
So I sent them a photo of the card, a d a photo of my ID.
Still no delivery, just apologies.
This went on for 7 days.
On friday Namshi phoned me and said I would definitely receive the order by today.
No delivery.
Contact Namshi and they apologise.
So I had to cancel as we are moving. I only used their website as they promised next day delivery.
Bit disappointed. Now I hope they refund my card as I have cancelled properly and have requested a refund. I will update this review to let you know.

The website advertises 24 hour delivery-NOT TRUE. I made an order on Thursday, I rang on Saturday and was told that the delivery would be sent that day it wasn't. I rang again and they told me another 48 hours AFTER I received a dispatch message. The quality of the products I ordered looked amazing and it was just what I needed-EXCEPT I didn't receive them! In the end I had to cancel my order. To add insult to injury I have to wait another 48 hours before I will receive a refund. I have to attend a business conference tomorrow, now with nothing to wear. False advertising. I even offered to drive to Dubai to collect the items and they said they weren't even ready to collect- 48 hours after I made the order. Very disappointed and I'll never use their site again. I will tell anyone who asks, don't expect an express delivery!

We purchased items on Namshi site using PAY PAL. Namshi said they couldn't verify the order even though we provided TWO valid phone numbers, and then they proceeded to cancel the order and issue only a STORE CREDIT, which is useless since they can't seem to verify the valid order we placed. I now wonder if Namshi is a real company, or if it exists to have people make orders, and then issue "credits" that can not be used because Namshi is unable to "contact" the customer using valid phone numbers!

I was worried when I read some of the reviews on Namshi. In all honesty, after reading them I had expected the worst from Namshi. Most of them were very negative. I, however, was very impressed with what I received. Namshi was very quick to respond to my emails and queries. I ordered a pair of Nike Rosheruns and they arrived at my house in Doha within 4 days, which is much shorter than I had expected. I was able to pick a date and time period for them to arrive as soon as the shoes had cleared Doha customs. It is evident that the shoes are 100% authentic as I've gone through all the checks to ensure they are not fake, and I am not dissapointed with what I received. The delivery man was not so friendly and they struggled to find my place, but I suppose that is to do with Aramex and not neccessarily Namshi themselves. It is clear that from some reviews, some customers were unhappy with their service. In my experience, however, this was definitely not the case and I would definitely recommend Namshi to others.

I have ordered from namshi a few times now and the couple of times were great the products were good and the delivery service was good too but this last time I ordered from them I was surprised to receive a product that was clearly fake and I know so because I have the originals from the shop to compare them with and when I sent an email stating that the product was fake all they said was that they stand by the authenticity of their products and even though I have provided proof that the product I have received was fake they still will not reply or refund my product
