A team of cheaters

This company is a total fraud. When I created shipping request, my items weighed 39 lbs but they charged by for 49 lbs. Upon asking they said the weight increased due to packaging. Are you kidding me? You add 10 lbs of packaging? What a hoax! I will raise awareness against this company on every platform!

Hi Umair. While weight can increase or decrease once your shipment is consolidated and packaged, 10 lbs is a big difference. I see our team explained how this could happen via Live-Chat. Additionally - the original weight of the package that the carrier reports to us could be inaccurate. We weigh packages twice before they're shipped, so rest assured the most accurate weight is recorded. Our team advised that if you can take a photo of the unopened shipment on a scale, we would be happy to reimburse if in fact your shipment inaccurately weighed. MYUS has a great customer support

I ordered some products from Amazon. Unfortunately, I had to return this product to Amazon. But MYUS made the return process an easier one. The customer service is a great one. In spite of the fact that I was having a bad internet network the customer rep (John Benedict) was patient enough to resolve all my concern about returning the product. I have been using MYUS for years and I have received many products here in Nigeria through them.

Perfect Customer Service

Im totally unfamiliar with shipping to Canada so I had so many questions. The chat representative, John Benedict, was so awesome with his explanation of how everything works. I'm definitely using this service. He literally went over everything detail by detail and even offered me options that I hadnt asked him about. This is the type of customer service all companies should strive for!
