Although there were a few rocky patches in the beginning, including a period where I left the service, the efficiency of the system now is certainly beyond the high standards that I expect from a service company such as MyUS. I contact Myus Live Chat and they clarified to me my question in very easy way (Jessica it seem to me its specialist in Live customer support wish to here and for MYUS the best)
I have been having a great deal of difficulty contacting customer service via email. I got onlive chat with Jessica today and she solved my problem within minutes and even passed the information on to the correct department. I hope to have my package shipped out very soon now.

Honestly, i was skeptical at first when i joined but was delighted when i received my first package through MyUS. Every when as scheduled and on time. Their 24hrs customer service online chat portal is one of the best i have ever experience because problems were handled in a professional manner. Though i had 1 or 2 issues with MyUS concerning returns. This is where i feel they need to improve on.

I was surprized because i had to pay additional fees to DHL company

I was hocked with a wrong option of selecting a shipment carrier. I selected fedex instead of DHL and one of my item was not included because it refused to check when i selected "include all" option because of special handling fee. No option to resolve it. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
