Talal was prompt and very proactive in responding to my request for providing invoice information on the My US Suite and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Once completed he was courteous to inform me about resolution of the Ticket raised and seek confirmation that all was done to my satisfaction. The shipment was ready to be shipped back in no time at all.

Unfortunately, not all sellers include full package details with their orders but we are more than happy to share any information we have. Usually, you can contact the seller directly with the tracking number of the package to ask them to help you reconcile your orders. You may also ask them to include an invoice in each package to help clarify this further. Please contact us directly if we can help you in anyway.

Only thing that my shipment on Amazon mentioned 2.5lb and in MyUs calculated 4.8, i will wait to weigh it myself and see which is correct.

Seamed to be an error in incomming expection of an item. Christian A. Handled it smoothly and quickly. He read through the question I posted first and then we had a chat. Quite often I have been through this and I have clearly stated my question and still I have to repeat it all in the chat. Not in this case. Great!
