My flight has been cancelled by the air plane company. My Trip did 1/4 refund and now it's 6 months they say to me to wait for the rest and nothing is coming back. I call several time and nobody and it's always the same answer, we are waiting the airplane company refund but I call the airplane company and they say they already rembourse. So My Trip doesn't make it happen.
I've been trying to rebook my tickets for 4 months, but they just said up to last, Sunday: we emailed the airline and wait for their reply. Or, we continue to work...
I, either, called or texted them every day but got nothing, as usual...

I talk with Qatarairline and Hahnairline, they told me that they do not want to rebook it soon, because they would like to charge you as much as possible.

I called them again and after 4 Months they told me that now you can rebook your Tickets, I ask how much I have to pay, they told me 300 Euro /Per. It is nor funny? The strategy is that, they are waiting until the ticket price rise and then rebooking. As I applied for rebooking four months ago the price was 350, they did not do it, and now is 520, they did it for me in 30 min, really fast, bur with 600 euro for both ticket.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This business is fraudulent, the worst customer service, and I pursued for 2 years (23 months) to receive a refund, only to have missing/stolen funds. After opening claims with MyTrip and an unnamed airline, I finally received a note that my refund was approved and would be processed in a few days. I was not able to reconcile to the amount quoted in the email. After reviewing the original amount paid, deducting the communicated fees, and other ineligible ancillary items, there was still a triple digit amount missing. I called to inquire with MyTrip and after I waited an hour for a human, the agent disconnected the line and said oh well maybe the airline took it when I asked them directly for documentation. The refund was manually processed so any amount they could have typed in for this transaction. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Mytrip is a scam. They stole our money. We booked tickets from them, but then we had to cancel it because of COVID, so we've been trying to reach out to them through calls and emails, but they responded to none. They wouldn't give us a refund, much less they wouldn't even change the ticket so we can at least go on some other date. They took our money, and then ghosted us. Honestly, the worst agency ever. Do yourself a favor and don't trust them with your money. Mytrip and their costumer service is a nightmare.
They are fraud as they steeling people money. They charged us $1600Aud and not picking the phone. My husband arrived at the airport and there was not any ticket under his name and after that I was trying to call them they are not answering my phone and put for long waiting. If they picked my phone then after listening my problem they suddenly cut the phone. Ridiculous people. Please don't trust on them and do not book flight through them. Please stop this website so that they can people fool.
I booked 2 flights with them and when I called about cancelling they checked with the airlines and said I could have an open ticket. A few months later I'm trying to book the flights and they are saying I don't have an open ticket and keep palming me onto different people who I have to wait to call me. They have never called so I call again and it's always the same story. They are completely hopeless and I would NEVER book through them again.

Because of the typo on a passenger name, I have been charged 425$ in fees. I sent in the name change request a month ago, just to receive a very abrupt email a few days before I leave that they are unable to make the change. I am livid. This company deserves to go bankrupt and burn in hell.
I booked a flight with them with a debit card. Three days later they sent me an email reporting the flight as cancelled by the Airline. They offered to contact the airline for me to ask for a refund with a charge of 30€. I contacted the Airline myself and found out (I have written proof) that the ticket for my flight was never purchased by Mytrip.com to begin with. The flight was never cancelled by the airline. When contacting Mytrip.com to ask for a full refund I just received very vague answers (including an offer to apply for a refund again paying the 30€ fee, which I obviously declined, as it's clearly their fault for not purchasing the ticket). It's been almost a month now and I still have no clear answer from them.
They changed my flight date without my consent, and told me I had to pay $45 for their "services". What an awful company. Avoid at all costs. They operate illegally and immorrally.
I bought some flying tickets with them, they change the flight times or the airline... when I contacted them to tell them that the new times didn't suit me, and I would like a refund, they told me that for the refund I would have to pay them half of the price the ticket cost me... I would stay well cleared from booking anything with them, they are a bunch of robbers just after your money... be aware.
Booked a flight from Bangkok to Cebu and flight was cancelled. They are charging me €30 for a refund. How can a company charge for a service that they haven't provided at no fault of my own? I send 5 emails and all were ignored, so called them and the options when you call don't work. If you spam the buttons you eventually get put through but I guess that's because they are getting such a high volume of calls that they can't deal with them, so they have the phone options on a loop. I will never use this company again. Just complete scammers!
100% scam agency. Recently experienced some unpleasant situation when dealing with MyTrip (genuinely surprised why Scascanner is still proposing to buy tickets from them, definity welcome to fraud schemes). When booking one letter in surname turned out misspelled. Btw some airlines allow to use tickets in case of one misspelled letter. MyTrip though charges you at least 90 GBP for that 'without guarantees that the amendments are going to be made at all'. 90 GBP also was the cost of cancelling the tickets and! Attention here! Price of the ticket. Never ever deal with these scammers. Awful unforgettable experience. Please, be cautious, my friend!
We had a flight cancelled by an airline but My Trip have insisted that we have an open ticket. Which we should have got a full refund. Can't get through to them on the phone there customer service is appalling. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY or its sista companies for you on good and your wallet.

NIGHTMARE! Three attempts to get service. First call for information was OK, second call told the refund was OK but their system down call back in 3 hours. Called back in 3 hours and told I missed the refund window, and was hang up on.
Have you heard to: You can check your refund with how much hate they pronounce it? They are EVIL! The waiting time is 1-2 hours they don't reply, they do everything to steal your money! I booked my flights to Spain through mytrip. Having paid for 20kg of baggage each way, when I went to check in at the airport there was no record of baggage payment on the Ryanair system. I provided them with my paperwork from mytrip which clearly stated I had paid. So I had to pay again. I've called and emailed mytrip and they still haven't responded.
I work hard for my money and saved for my holiday, only to be scammed by this company
