I would like to warn everybody that my trip travel agency is a scammy company, if you book with them you have your trip cancelled with no refund, they ask for the refund on your behalf from the airlines and they keep it for themselves; it is a real theft, a bunch of mafia, and you email them for help, they weather don t reply at all or give you a customer service number that doesn t work at all, after I had my money stolen, I read the reviews and I discovered that they are doing it with everybody. Careful... Careful. I m attaching some screenshots for evidence below, my flight was cancelled by chritmas, and since then they were prettending to apply for a refund on mt behalf, but I didnt get any news about having my money back.
And definitely not be allowed to operate. I had to postpone my flight by a couple of days recently. Whoever I spoke to in customer services - the number under 'contact us' on their website - took ages to process my request. Having paid the agency transfer cost of £30 and the cost of changing flights £71. I then got a follow up email request to pay a further £27 as the cost had just gone up. Without thinking I did this. Then heard nothing from Mytrip regarding my changed flight until a text and email the day I was due to leave (yesterday) saying there was a problem with the booking. I had sussed after paying the extra £27 and calling up the call centre (Speaking to someone who clearly had children playing in the same room as him) that I'd been scammed. Ended up going through another company and booking a whole new flight. Why is this company allowed to operate?!
My friends and I were looking to book a flight to Montreal to visit our friend. However, our return flight was cancelled probs due to omicron. It took a couple of days for mytrip to email me about this. I had to find out from my friend who found out from her dad. They did issue a refund but kept $45 because of an assistance fee which I let them know was completely unfair since I had no option but for them to assist me (which was licherally super lame like nothing special considering they were charging me $45 I expected a little something like idk maybe some nice compliments or whatevs). I received the refund but it was less than it should have been? It was so bad, I want to give them a zero, but that's not possible, so I give them a one.
Took money for what seats are free by airlines & asked me to select during check-in which is 24 hr before flying (this is free in real life...) Why should I pay? Refund my seat fee! Ridiculous business! Thieves!
Customer service is terrible! There is no phone number to call and if you leave them a message, you will receive a response after many days, and seems they haven't even read what you informed them about your problem with their service.
No transparency regarding the fee or anything! Why would you do this to someone who comes to your website trusting you to provide a good service?!
In one word - SCAM.
Don't buy tickets with them! They will not solve anything and the support is zero and they simply hang the phone in your face

I tried to booked a ticket VIA your website several times and it didn't work. I went a head and booked the ticket VIA a different website, and over 12 hours later I get a confirmation that you booked a ticket for me too using my credit card! You have no right to do that!
I demand immediate cancelation and refund, Including a fair compensation for an unacceptable behavior.
I am a US and Canadian citizen, and if you don't do that immediately I will soo your $#*! so that you will be ban from operating in these countries.
I purchased a REFUNDABLE ticket and had to cancel because of a medical emergency. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month. I had to sit on the phone with the airline so they could issue mytrip a refund, they had to give it back to who the purchased from them. Mytrip has yet to give me my money back and they keep sending me the same generic email and ignoring my emails. Please do not purchase with them this place is a scam.

L booked my tickets through this agent from skyscanner, and paid for business class tickets to Brazil costing me just over £3000. Everything was fine until the airline rescheduled the flight whom informed me that l needed to call mytrip to accept or change for a different date,
So as the rescheduled flights were not suitable l called mytrip to change the date this went fine and was done within 10 minutes and mytrip informed i would receive the amended tickets in the same cabin within 24 hours
But upon receiving them they had moved me into economy class when l had paid for Business class tickets... of course l was very annoyed. L then spent the next 5 weeks trying to get them to change it back to business class which did not happen in the end they cancelled my ticket claiming they could not do this... yet l find it very bizzare that they were able to change me to economy class in an instant. So l had to pay yet another £3400 for other flights with the airline
Mytrip said they would provide me with a full refund. It has now been several months of emails and phone calls and excuse after excuse after excuse and l still have not received my full refund... l am now looking to take them to court.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CRIMINALS
Worst service I have ever experienced. They cancelled my ticket without notifying me which cost me an extra $600. They made my trip a nightmare.
I wish I had found these reviews before using them, booked a flight 6 months earlier, the last minute the airline change the flight times to a time not suitable to me. Was unable to get hold of mytrip to change my reservation so had to book another flight elsewhere. Their site is never working. My booking no longer came up on their booking site. So far I have spent hours on wait on their phone lines, when i finally got a working number, to be passed around, and hung up on. I will find every site I can to warn other people DO NOT USE MYTRIP. Had to give up, which I am sure is thier ploy. I can hear buttons being pushed on thier end, I assume they just keep putting me on hold. Complete joke. AGAIN, DONTUSE MYTRIP.

I found a ticket price through Kayak, that was $12 cheaper than what I found. Yes, I got lured in by mytrip. I went ahead and bought it, money was withdrawn, even got notified by the bank. But then at the end it said, "your ticket will be emailed within 1 hour to three days". Here I am, four days later with no ticket, no emails, no reservation. NOTHING. It's fraud, stay away. Trust only known sites, not worth the trouble!

Booked a flight with them. But somehow I couldn't even check in my flight and they are unavailable on calls, so I missed it. Been trying to reach out to them and it's to no avail! The airlines confirmed a rebook/ refund but the agency hasn't been answering emails or calls! Days later they intentionally inform me that the airline cannot refund yet, knowing very well the flight was already overdue! In the process of trying to seek a refund for the returning flight and it is just a nightmare! I honestly wish I was keen on the review before jumping to their discounted offers! They don't deserve to be in business because this is hard-earned money that they are scamming people! How are they even top-rated in Skyscanner?! I am trying to contact customer care for more than 2 weeks, calling them each day and waiting for more than an hour multiple times. NO ONE PICKED UP! I emailed them 3 times, no reply at all. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
This company is a completely fraud. Their customer service DOES NOT EXIST. The only way to contact them for any support is by a phone they provide in their site, but the problem you will be waiting for HOURS and no one will pick up the phone. THEY WILL NEVER SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WHEN YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING.
Untrustworthy. My flight was cancelled by the airline weeks ago and after no response from MyTrip.com for days, I have only received generic emails that have no relevance to my request for a refund. It has now been three weeks and no refund.
Terrible customer service. They took money from me for a flight that did not work out and for 4 months they evaded me and finally gave me nothing, no refund, no flight and no service.
I booked ticket, was cancelled due to Corona, Airline refunded to Mytrip, they confirmed to receive, but since one month no response, looks they want to grab it. What a shame.
On mytrip.com, I booked a flight for my husband, as a gift, from LAX to Lisbon (order LFO6D), departing on January 14th. I received an e-mail on December 31st, 2021 telling me that my flight had been canceled and to contact them about my refund.
Since I bought a flexible ticket, I was not concerned about the COVID situation. Since I received that email I've tried to reach them by e-mail and telephone, but nobody has responded or provided any feedback.
When I contacted the airline (Air Maroc), they told me all January flights had been canceled and that I should contact Mytrip.com, since it is they who are responsible for my ticket, but I haven't heard anything from them.
In other words, today is January 21st, 2022, and I have not received a solution. I'm still waiting for a refund. This is completely unreasonable and disrespectful to clients!
