Please do not book your tickets through Mytrip. You could lost your money. I have lost 2000 British Pound. They did not refund my money or respond. I better suggest you to use another trusted website. But not www.Uk.Mytrip.com. Its scamming site, be aware
I spent over a year trying to rebook a flight due to Covid. Must have spent 10 hours on phone over the year. Lots of emails. Now they say my booking has lapsed. What a joke! This company should be deregistered. Dont use!

I should have been more careful but they wouldn't cover the cost of my uber to change airports. Didn't matter anyways because there was no room for error as my flight was delayed. And baggage was also held up. Don't understand why they couldn't get me a flight into JFK. Asking for 220 euros more despite having a flexible ticket. Shameful company. Avoid with all costs

There is no customer service probably one person sitting on the other end of the phone.
If u call I have to wait 2/3 hours just to talk to a representative who can't help and end up putting you on hold again and then line gets cut off.
My outgoing flight was cancelled by airline. They can't offer me any alternate and cancelled my booking - 7 days later still waiting for a refund.
They also refusing to cancel inbound flight but don't understand if I can't travel out of country - I can't catch my return flight.
Stay away from this company - you may save little money initially in your booking but if any issues come up, say goodbye to your money.
Mytrip.com website and people working for this company are nothing but scammers. I tried to book a ticket through mytrip.com, we entered all the information and when tried to purchase, we received website error, we tried again and it was same thing. Few days later we found out our credit card was charged. Company did not refund the money.
I booked a flight with mytrip bound to Philippines last July 2020. Still up to now, i havent received any refund at all! It has almost been 2 years now. Ive tried calling customer service but it is designed not to answer people. Their customer service is useless. Emailing them with concerns will also take days before they answer. DO NOT EVER get bookings with them again! They give very bad service and very long delays with refunds.

First of all, they did not issue a ticket to one traveler on the booking. Therefore we could not board the flight, they then tried to blame the airline for their own faults. Sending us around in circles and refusing to take responsibility. We have then managed to get one of their employees to confirm they have made errors. She said a manager will be in contact after 48-72 hours. One week later still no call! Every time you call them there are hours of waiting.
We had to rebook our flights with another company incurring massive additional costs for our holiday. We have had no refund and no call and are constantly sent around in circles.
I will continue to fight for my money until they pay us back in full and refund the additional flights we had to pay.

MyTrip: This company might be a fraudulent company. I would advise you do not use this website. They sold us flights that did not exist. In other words, one books the flight, checks in on-line and gets to the airport and the flight does not exist.
Their call center bounced me around for 20 mins and then said I was a " no show" for the flight. There was no flight - we were at the airport and there was no flight.
My flight date was changed by the flight company, so I had to buy new ticket since I couldn't take that original flight after change in dates. Due to the change from their side I have fully right to request a refund. Unfortunately tickets were bought through these "Mytrip Amateurs " so I can ask for refund directly, but I have to ask Mytrip to do it for me for a ridiculous price of 30£ per ticket. The worst part is that I have been trying to contact Mytrip and request refund since 31. 5. 2022, today is 17. 7. 2022. I have sent them at least 20 emails and tried to called them several times. I always end up in calling que on the 200+ waiting list. Do not never ever book anything through Mytrip. Save yourself money, time and stress.

I dont know what kind of company is this, I requested refund for my booking worth of $2200, contacted them several times, they have no answer at all. It took 7 months to respond, and says "refund has been rejected due to amount repaid by the airline is lower than our handling fee" wtf

How can they can still exist in the UK and US?! I spent £1800 with them for 3 multi city flights, mytrip got one name wrong, I have been dealing with this for the whole 4 days! Mytrip didn't help at all. I wrote 10 emails and the each phone calls was queuing for 35 - 75 positions! There was no way I can talked to them. In the end, I had have to called 3 airlines and spent about 7 hours in total, and you can imaging how hard this... Never use mytrip again!

Mytrip has the worst support/ customer care. It should be instead called- "customers? We don't care".
The India call center is the worse. The queue is so long that the by the time your number comes 90 mins are over and the mobile operators cut the call. You have to get back in the queue.
1) Mytrip guys know this so they will purposely keep you on long holds so you drop and they never call you back even after you request them
2) For cancellations even if the flight operators are ready to refund these guys will say that your tickets are non-refundable and will not help or cooperate.
3) They charge 3 times what the flight companies charge for any change requests and then don't do it. You have to followup a lot.
4) Emailing them does not help. Nobody reads customer emails at mytrip
Nobody should ever book a ticket through mytrip. Even if it's a bit expensive, go for direct airline websites to book tickets. These are the worse people.

I needed to reschedule my flight, filled out twice the contact form to ask them to do so, + emailed them once, + tried to call them twice (waited twice more than 1h and still ranked around 200 on the waiting list), told them in the messages that I tried to reach them by phone but without success. 13 days after my first contact form, they replied by email, just saying that to reschedule I must contact them by phone. So I gave up...
Due to a mistake on the part of the airline Air Canada, I was unable to take the scheduled flight. An employee of the airline, confirmed me I would have to rebook the flight with my agency (MyTrip). Legally, I am entitled to a refund of the fare of the first flight. The time in the call waiting time is over 1 hour which is a joke. The answer to my letter in the contact form tells me to contact them by phone to rebook my flight. The service employees probably do not read the requests of their customers carefully, or want to avoid them, since I have never requested a "rebooking". After the fact, that's no longer possible! An absolute joke. I only hope that I still get the money back, which I am entitled to!
