I have bought ticket Toronto-Warsaw with this company and regret about it ******* times. I paid extra 10 Euros for quick respond and when I decised to contact with this company I had to wait on the line for 15 min (the call costed 20$ for me!) and than a manager told me that I need wait a few daнs when I finnaly will receive mail from them. WTF?! Why I paid 10 extra Euros than to still waiting more than 1 week for answer?
Booked a return flight from Stockholm to Birmingham with Eurowings through MyTrip. Outbound flight was cancelled one hour before take-off with no reason given. Eurowings refunded the money to MyTrip the same day. This happened on 1st July 2022, it is now 16th August 2022 and MyTrip are refusing to refund me the money until I agree to pay an admin fee to get the money back from Eurowings even though Eurowings have ALREADY transferred it to them! I have received over 10 automated responses from them with no care whatsoever. They owe me over £370. I have decided to go down the route of disputing a charge with my credit card company so hopefully I will be able to get the money back this way. I have tried to find out from MyTrip if I cancel the chargeback when they could refund me money but they can't seem to grasp what I am asking. An utter JOKE of a company, extremely incompetent and I sincerely hope they go under very very soon. Nasty nasty company with no customer service and no morals whatsoever.
Having mistakenly booked 2 tickets that were supposed to be refundable, I tried to get a refund and they took almost all of the money in "fees", and did not tell me that they were going to do this. I travel an awful lot and have used all of the middle services, such as MyTrip. There are plenty of good ones, this is NOT one of them. Look elsewhere.
If I could rate 0 I would. Reading through some of the reviews higher than 1 it's pretty evident they are from bots to boost ratings above 1.
Flights were changed with a few days notice and offered a flight 24hrs before. Appreciate that's the airline and not their fault. However, my options were pick this flight and pay the difference if any or apply for a refund to which I won't get any extras back that I've paid for. Great, held to ransom at this point with the rest of my trip booked up.
It turned into an ordeal after this point with countless hours on hold and being passed between people who could not speak English more so than on their scripts.
New ticket not issued - phone call one as was a bit concerned we needed to change hundreds of pounds worth of accommodation, hire cars etc about. New ticket issued the day after the call and didn't include the £176 worth of baggage we had paid for - phone call 2. Get a confirmation email two days before flight to say I'm on original flight - phone call 3, and they still kept repeating back the wrong date to me/ flip flopping between dates on the call - worried at this point. Day before flight get an email in my junk mail half an hour after check in opens to say they couldn't book my bags for me so I'll have to do at the airport, no apology and message was as basic as that. Phone call 4 - do I have baggage? And what about the £176 I've paid? Plus the extra 20 for them to get my boarding passes for me (had to do this myself). I was assured a refund was coming in the next few days (its been 10 days now) for the baggage only, everything else non refundable? Ha.
To add to the experience, I also paid for vegetarian meals on the flight. These weren't booked for me either, Great. Another 13.99 I paid them to not organise for me.
Unless you want to spend countless hours on the phone and have some major stress to kick start your holiday please avoid! Still need to deal with these cowboys upon my return unfortunately - I think I stand a better chance at going through my credit card company under section 75.
I booked an air ticket via mytrip from Athens to Stockholm but I cancelled one hour after booking it. The agent at mytrip chat confirmed that I cancelled my flight and that I'l get a refund. I saved the conversation. However I never received the refund and they told me that I never cancelled! I'll talk to a lawyer because they try to steal money. Please stay away!
Please never use this company for your flight ticket no matter what... This is the worst company in the world. Their representative are rude, unprofessional and very very misleading. They all provide fake informations and will hung up on you if you call back to request details.
I booked a flight with this company, I had to cancel because their flight had too many stops that require a transit visa through Athens, call and request the flight to be cancelled, delays or rebooked. No way, for one week they keep saying that their system does not work, but in the meantime they were still selling tickets. I contacted the airlines directly SwissAir and they referred back to the agency. Came back to the agency, they send me to the airline. I had to play this game until 2 hours after all flights departure, they told me they can't do nothing, and I will not be refunded neither able to rebooked another flight ticket... $2345 went just like that in the air... Please, reconsider your choice when booking your flights with this company. You will regret it!
I booked ticket in June and canceled due to some reason in June 19th it's been 1 and half month I have not received my money back. If I call them and ask for refund they are keep saying within 1 or 2 week. How many more week fraud company? I asked for supervisor employee said someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hrs it's been a week no body called me yet. I asked for process confirmation emai again they said with in 24 to 48 hrs but never got any email nor phone from them. This company is a fraud don't know I will ever get my money or not. I will be bring this problem now on all social media platforms. Shame on you mytrip you should be shut down, you have no rights to keep people hard earned money like this. Shame Shame. Had a trip booked to Iceland in 11/2021 had to cancel due to Covid restrictions. They told us we had a year to rebook. When we went to rebook they told us the flight had to be booked by august 1st when our trip was planned for November. They then told us to call the airline and they can give us a refund of new flight. When we called the airline they said my trip never canceled our flights so we were considered no shows, so they couldn't help us out. Contacted my trip again 4 times to finally get an answer that they can't do anything even though they're the reason we couldn't get a flight with Iceland air. They are a horrible company, they just steal your money and do nothing to help and 3 of the 4 people we spoke with gave terrible attitudes Heena especially. Hope they far sued out of the $#*! and go out of business!
I booked a flight for Sacramento as you guys can see but they instead booked me for Stockton which is an hour away from Sacramento with no heads up no warning nothing. This should be illegal. My flight says Sacramento. I thought there was an Trollie to take me to Sacramento. NO. I WAS LEFT TO FEND FOR MYSELF IN A CITY I DIDNT KNOW. Be careful ladies and DO NOT BOOK WITH MY TRIP!
Don't do it. This company does nothing but take your money. They are zero help with cancelled flight, missed connections and lost luggage. While I know some things are not in their hands any longer, because they are a third party purchase the airlines etc won't deal with you. They send you back to my trip, who then gives you bogus numbers to call for assistance. This company is the worst and their customer service is beyond ridiculous.
China Airlines canceled two of our return flights. China Airlines said they were not trained correctly and to call Jennifer to learn how to use the correct code so rebooking doesn't cost more. 50 minutes dealing with China Airlines, understandable with 2 calls. Hours and hours trying to get mytrip.com to rebook our flights and still nothing has been done. I'm talking 7 hours on hold so far and dealing with agents that have been outsourced from India. I would never ever use this travel agency again. Hours and hours on hold. This place should not be in business. I'm so upset and angry. A trip abroad should be a wonderful experience. Not with MyTrip.com. China Airlines would me replacement flights in just a few minutes, but mytrip can't see them on their end. I requested that a supervisor call me back twice, and nothing. It's so broken I don't know what to do. I spent $3,700 US dollars on tickets. If I cancel, based on other reviews, I feel like I will spend 20 hours to get my money back and it will include a penalty. A company like this should not be in operation, they are destroying our vacation two months before it even happens.
After 3 attempts, got 3 different pieces of advice. Don't create more trouble for yourself because of some dollar differences compared to other better airlines/platforms to book flight tickets.

I was also scammed by MyTrip. Same story as everybody else. They promised a rebooking of my flight. They did nothing as promised yet they charged me a $46 'change fee'. WE SHOULD LAUNCH A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS. What they are doing is illegal but they are getting away with it because they are an online business.
Scum bags who rob your money. Avoid at all costs. They need locking up. We need to find these thieves and get them back to the $#*! hole they came from.

It is a fraud company. They didn't make my payment to Airlines and I was denyied boarding along with my children. I booked a return flight from Phuket to Chennai. When we were about to board Malaysian Airlines said MYTRIP company just blocked our seats and never made payment. But I paid Rs1, 80, 000 to MRTRIP online. Now I am forced to wait in Airport for 15hours and bought next flight tickets from Airlines and boarded. Still don't know whether I will get my refund or not. Nobody answered my calls in Mytrip helpline.

I needed to postpone a flight with British Airways due to a house fire fully documented by our insurance company. Mytrip could not do that for me for no logical reason and despite an accumulation of 16 hours on hold on the phone with them over a day and a half. BA couldn't change a flight booked with a third party. Mytrip should not be allowed to operate.
Booked flights through My Tripp for two people with one case each for return flights. Going out to Malage there were no issues. Coming back Ryan Air said that My Tripp hadn't paid for the cases and insisted I paid again or couldn't get on the flight. I paid extra for the two cases to get back to UK. Have been calling My Tripp since my return on 24th May and after waiting hours and about 10 calls to them, I cannot get the full refund for the extra I paid. My Tripp say there was a technical problem but won't give me the full refund. Disgusted at this and no way of escalating this. Suggested I go to Ryan Air when the issues is with My Tripp. Won't be booking through them again. I have emails confirmed baggage for return fligghts.
