I spent over 3 hours on the phone including a call to grease there head office and it actually got worst. No one really speaks good English and the call agents need a lot more training as they don't know the basics of call handing and are very rude! I normally only leave good reviews when possible as I even know people love to Moan. I just don't want anyone to go thought what I have and it's been the most stressful holiday booking EVER! I have even attached screen shots of the calls they was that long!
OMG! How can an unprofessional agency like Mytrip be in 'customer service' business! Where did they employ these people from? I have travelled around the world and NEVER have I ever had such a mess made out of my trip by a 'travel agent'. Promised to do changes on flexi ticket - nothing was done! Promised second time. Nothing! I lost my other flights because they didn't do what they promised. I had to tell the agent what flights was available- and I lost them too because they didn't book it! Then eventually got a flight on a different route because I told them there was still availability! They could not find it. THEN they booked it BUT without luggage! Then! Then they said they cannot book the luggage! How can these incompetent people be taking your money? This short trip has cost me now three times more than the original booking! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Booked flights with my trip. Airline changed flight. Mytrip did not notify me and even would have had me checking in to the cancelled flight right up until departure. Saw the change on airline app. Contacted Mytrip to change to a different flight and paid £13pp refundable admin fee. Told change would take 3 - 5 days. Day before flight spoke to MyTrip and told contact airline yourself. I did this and got sorted. Flew yesterday morning. Last night Mytrip emailed to say they couldn't make the change. Lots of long wasted phone calls. Bad customer service and taking extra money for nothing.
My flight was canceled, i took the option of getting the money back instead of taking another flight next day, and they kept my money. They kept on telling me that the money was sent as I was so stupid not to know if they did.

When I sought flights I saw this site as a "good deal". What I learned is that even with a Hurricane hitting the city I was booking a flight around, they would not refund my trip. The call center is clearly foreign and there is no "supervisor" or recourse to dealing with the low level people in the call center. I spend hours on hold, on text trying to cancel this flight and get my money back and ultimately had to call the airline (that took hours to connect with as well). I will NEVER use this booking entity again - no matter how cheap the flight. A FREAKING HURRICANE is not reason enough to cancel the trip? Insane.
We had booked the more cost-intensive flex option for our Argentina trip in case we could not fly due to my mother's worsening health condition caused by cancer. As feared we had to rebook the outbound flight to a later date via the hotline - with an extra charge for the difference in the airfare. So far everything was ok. Now, I have noticed that the 23kg baggage per person, which we originally booked and paid for is no longer included. Hence when rebooking the luggage was forgotten because who needs luggage when flying to South America. The Mytrip hotline and chat both say they can not guarantee when rebooking that additional services are taken over. Consequently there are 2 errors made by Mytrip for which we have to pay:
1.) the callcenter employee should have informed us that the outbound flight is without luggage despite surcharge.
2) the return flight was not rebooked, why is the luggage missing there?
The hotline told us to contact the airline! The airline of course refers us to Mytrip.
Bravo! So we pay something twice only because Mytrip gas a lack of competence!

Worst flight experience of my life, took the money twice for my flight and I actually don't have any flight, still no money back and I am now down 100's of euro. An absolute joke! Customer service is horrendous, don't ever book on this site!
I have recently booked a flight with them, and I noticed after a few days I had misspelt my partner's last name (by just one letter). I immediately checked the airline policy and, after confirming this was a very easy and quick fix, I contacted MyTrip.
Well, after 2 months of me calling and emailing them almost daily to get an update, they told me the airline did not allow name changes and I should just cancel the ticket. Thing is, I knew they were lying cause they told me this AFTER we had already gotten on the flight (the lady at check-in fixed it in 2 seconds).
I am 100% sure they never contacted the airline and tried to get me to cancel it to keep the money for themselves.
Thankfully everything went well, but I was so anxious about this whole thing I didn't sleep for a week before getting on the flight. This company is super shady and awful, it's not worth the little money you save by booking through them. I for sure will never use MyTrip again.
I was trying to book a flight from Crete to Athens and when I was trying to pay I got a message something went wrong try again later so I did but then I was double booked so tried to cancel one of the flights and they still charged me $90 cancelation fees!
They platform was not working properly and I still have to pay for cancellation fees!
Terrible customer service. I could not even talk to a superior. They kept repeating the same thing you have to pay! Avoid My Trip website at all cost!

I have paid £500 for flying to london. When I gut to the airport was no flights and when I asked about it they told me that they was no playing flying to london that day
I have called them on the phone and they told me that I was late to gut to the airport. I was at the airport 5h before. They wasted my time by giving me different numbers

Terrible system and service provided were totally scripted to ideal scenarios and did not cater for deviations which is why most people sit on the phone for 45 minutes and call to speak to an operator. I called three times and spoke to at least 7 people and ended paying to resolve an airline change that should not have incurred any cost to me. Also have called the airline to confirm zero cost change possible had to go through booking agent. Can safely say that will never use this website/ service again.
I bought fight ticket from mytrip, the fight was cancelled, now I want money back but I can't talk the customer service
They change my flight and charge me extra. Customer service is terrible. They hang up on me 3 times when they dont have the answer of why the change my flight.
We booked a flight to Mauricius for June 2020, it was cancelled and up to now we haven't received from mytrip any refund! The vouchers (in exchange for cancelled flight) have already expired, nobody is answering the phone (I have been waiting even 40 min on line and no one answered) and by email they only answered once that I should contact their customer service instead of sending them emails (we had already filled before all the forms necessary for refund). Since then - no communication at all. I definitely do not recommend to buy any tickets with Mytrip!
This is the worst website ever! Thieves thieves thieves you should never ever deal with them, I had to call 3 times and be ok hokd for hours and they keep saying your refund was not processed as the call was disconnected! I paid flexi+ they never paid it to the airlines, paid 279 pounds, today they told me it will take longer than usual up to 6 weeks to gice you back 100 pounds! Shameless thieves dont deal with them!
I booked my ticket through mytrip and when I encountered problems with my ticket, they said they could not do anything. When I spoke to my airlinez they said that the agency needed to do it as they made the booking. But, the agency refused, and also refused to contact the airline. So I was left with a cancelled ticket and no way to do anything about it because my trip refused to help me.
Communication on any issues after booking is near impossible.

The agent cancelled our return tickets by error while making a change of our booking. I have contacted more than 27 times with an average waiting time more than 45 minutes each time to speak to customer service to sort out my tickets. My trip could not reinstall the cancelled return tickets. Eventually they cancelled whole tickets and offered some refund less than original price I have paid. Again I had to chase their customer service many times for the refund to be paid at the end after 3 and half months. Due to the delay in processing, I had to pay double price to rebook my tickets on another flight with another travel agent. I never ever book with My trip again.
This company is absolutely awful. They owe me £98, I paid for baggage both ways of my flight & the day before my flight it wouldn't show up when trying to check in. I was on to customer service the lady was not helpful & also hung up. I then had to pay additional costs for my baggage so that was £170, when arriving back into England, I contacted my trip, they are based in New Delhi so you'll have no luck with that. The person said baggage is non refundable even tho the fault was at this company! They are absolutely horrendous, never EVER booked with this company again, scamming fraudsters!
