They don't let you do electronic check in and they urge you with an email to do it at the airport where they give you a 30euros fine because you didn't do it electronic. Afterwards they put the blame at the airline company. COMMON THIEVES!
I bought a one way ticket and need to change the date I have been phoning for the last 4 days but could not get in contact with my trip. They take your money and don't show any support for customers abroad. Will never use my trip again total waste of time and not to mention all the stress they have caused me.
I booked a London to Delhi flight through my trip (Air India). I cancelled one of the passengers before 20 days. I called customer care multiple times but always same ans they dont know. When I emailed them, they said they are yet to receive refund from Air India. When I send them proof that Air India already refunded 2 months back, they just keep saying they are still yet to receive news from support team! My hard earned money is gone and these idiots kept repeating the same thing! NEVER EVER use them!

We have ordered group flight through my trip and paid for extra luggage £472 for return flight. Luggage has not been added to our booking. Airline says they never been paid for the luggage. Made 4 phone calls to Custome service, still no resolution.
The moment we paid, a cancellation email came and we were told we would have to wait for our money back. I asked why, the guy in India said there was a computer glitch. They would not give me a manager's name, their ABN or company number. Their address is not a real address in yamba for a business.

Paid 44 GBP for luggage EACH for 3 flights - Email received on day of the flight to say they have not been able to book my luggage and that I need to contact the airline. Contacted the Airline and booked my luggage over the phone in minutes with no problem - Had to pay 60 CAD for each flight, total 180 CAD out of pocket.
Have been chasing a refund since returning home over 2 months ago - Keep telling me it's been processed and to contact my bank yet nothing has been received.

Just got off the phone to an agent chasing up a refund 3 months after purchase. They're the worst. They are refusing to give me a refund (after I cancelled within 24 hours) without me paying a 45dollar fee. Without me chasing them up, they would have given NO REFUND AT ALL. They literally steal money from you and then try and make excuses with their Terms and Conditions. I work in travel, I work with 3rd party agents. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST.

The worse customer service they, no one answer your phone call the LiveChat isn't working I wanted to change my flight dates no response then after two months of trying the answer was to go to the Airlines to do it I went to the Airlines sent me back the Airlines can not change it as I booked from a 3rd party.

Zero stars. Absolutely ridiculous, rude, defying any notion of customer service. We called them to request change of the return leg of a ticket from US to Europe and rebook at any point 8 months away. They told us that the cheapest flight (for that one leg 8 months away) was $1,500 and when we responded that we can find a new two-way ticket for half the price for the same timeframe on online travel search engines, their CS guy whom we had the bad luck to be speaking to (I will omit his name), asked us to send him a screenshot of that fair (apparently he required his customer to convince him!), then hang up the phone.

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS FROM HERE! I am absolutely disappointed and outraged about how we were treated by Mytrip. We booked a flight thorugh the company and paid an extra fee for a flexible ticket so we can reschedule the flight if needed. When we tried to reschedule, they asked for an additional fee, which is unprofessional in itself, but they still did not forward the money to the airline, therefore the airline thinks we owe them the rescheduling fee, when we have already transferred it to Mytrip. We called the customer service line multiple times and wrote a number of emails, but still no change. Our trip is coming up in three weeks and we cannot access our tickets. We cannot afford to lose this money - I cannot describe how disappointed and angry I am about this unfair and unprofessional treatment by Mytrip.
Booked a flight with them. They canceled my flight and DO NOT want to give a refund! They lied to my credit card company and said that l received the services l paid for. STAY AWAY! Customer service DOES NOT HELP! They will only give you the run-around.
We were stuck in Paris due to a missed connection as a result of a delayed flight. I search online to find a new flight for that day, for some reason when I did the final booking it booked it for exactly on month later! I immediately recognized the error, but there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM, NO WAY TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, NOTHING I COULD DO! I ended up having to go to easy jet and purchasing a ticket at the ticket counter to get to our destination. And there is still no way to contact anyone to discuss this problem. MY ADVICE, DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I bought the flight tickets from the Skyscanner website. My Trip gets four and a half stars reviews on Skyscanner. It's one of the best travel agencies on its website. That's why I choose to buy the tickets from My Trip. It's more than a half year now. I didn't get my refund for the service not being served. Their service is absolutely awful. To get the money back from My Trip is just impossible. They are scammers. Don't mislead by the reviews from the Skyscanner website. For sure, My Trip is not a four-and-a-half-star company. It's a minus-stars company if I have the option to rate the company. Keep away from My Trip. I will not use their service anymore.
MyTrip has a particularly bad customer services that provides no support and cannot resolve anything; on the contrary, they can create issues. I tried to cancel a flight and they cancelled my partner's flight instead by mistake and months later it is still impossible to claim back anything.
I would avoid booking with them ever again.
Please, this page is not legit. After waiting 36 to receive my tickets information. I realize that they are scam. I called the airlines and they told me that I wasn't on the sistem.
I was making a booking, and when I pressed 'buy' there was a system error "transaction could not be completed' so I left the site and booked another flight on another site. But then I checked my bank account and mytrip.com had taken my money! I called for help and they said it was out of their hands and that I had to contact the airlines for help in canceling. The error was in their system and they refused to refund me the money.
