Avoid! 3 of us (family) booked Eurowings flights through them. We didntbook the basic, we went for "flexi" to be covered for cancellation up to €600. Paid an extra £60 for this. They sent me misleading emails of a 5 start T. Advisor rating that is not true! They are at the low 2 star rate just like on here.
When flights got cancelled by the airline I called them and they made it so difficult. Promising would call back and never did and so on. Turs out they charge us further £40 for cancellation fee! That is apparently in their t&c's. Very disappointed and would not recommend to use. Run!
I booked with them and it seemed fine. The day before, there was an update and my flight status was changed. Departed 2 hours earlier. Didn't receive a notification and missed my flight.
I was able to get a reroute to another airport for free with the airline directly. Will never book with them again

I realised my surname was wrong because it was auto filled by Google to my maiden name. Then I call the agency Immediately this is 6 months before my flight. I called almost 50 times and exchanged almost 20 emails. They sent me payment link after payment link for name correction but nothing been done till the end. They said the airline asking you to pay this fee for changes etc few times same story when I called the airline they have no record of my case from agency and the airline asked me to stop paying and they will fix the problem at the airport just asked me to bring necessary documents. This is the No. 1 useless and unreliable agency. I paid for child meal for my daughter and I didn't get child meal for all the four long haul flights I took. Now I am asking for REFUND for the payment I did for name correction no idiots handling my case. Purely fraud agency.
I recieved boarding passes throug Mytrip automatic check-in. The boarding passes were however false resulting airline company extra charging me 80euro for late check-in at boarding. When trying to contact customer service, they forwarded me back and forth, than made lame excuses like it is airline policy, or that they cannot open attached file which was very common jpeg and than refused to refund this extra charge. The worst was the whole process of comunication! THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
They did not add my checked bag to my return flight, even though I had paid for it. I rang them and they told me not to pay the charge on the app, but to wait until I got to the airport. I told them that this would probably result in a larger charge and they told me to go ahead. I was then charged £45 instead of £35 and, surprise surprise, they would only refund the initial £35, even though the fault was completely theirs.
Lady don't know how to speak in English and disconnect my call without answering my question just because she they don't want to contact airline on my behalf. Airline want me to contact ticket agent and your problem will be solved but they refused to talk to airline said they can't also she refused to pass it on to the supervisor. Very disappointed experience. Negative 1000 for their service.

They send an email telling me to call. AND REPEAT.

This platform changes your booking without asking to optimize its own business modell. Contacting the hotline does not help, long waiting times, request unreasonable charges to go back to original booking, and does'nt execute them. It also lies (no flight available, despite shown on mytrp's and other's website). Not liable with mail address in Helsinki. Keep off, many other serious platforms available. This one is organized fraud.
I have a very bad experience with Mytrip bought my ticket and after aweek the airline sent me directly cancellation notice showing my refund amount.
When trying to talk to Mytrip they have lied to me several times my refund will be shown in the next 72 hours this has been going more than a month! Now discrace dont buy Mytrip!
I wanted to change my booking details and i got thrown out of the chat twice. They wanted to forward me to another team 3 times and nobody could help me... maybe the customer service gets rewarded when forwarding an issue... no thank you. I recommend to book directly with the airline.

The airline confirmed that they are up to date with Refunds and have even processed some for YESTERDAY'S cancelled flights! Airline also confirmed that Mytrip would be given FULL refund for my cancelled flight BUT Mytrip are deducting 13%from my payment.
Really they should be compensating ME for the number of calls I've made to them to get my money back …. My advice: AVOID THIS Booking Company.
Finally I need to explain why I gave them ONE Star …. Because their booking site was straightforward and easy to negotiate and had no issues with clarity.

They are the worse. My flight was cancelled by the airline and then the airline offered 6.45am flight rather premium 11.30am so I told Mytrip right away that the flight offered does not work for me but they could not be bothered to advise the airline and wanted to charge me for the voluntary change because the flight is under 5hour difference to the original. My Trip quoted me price "difference" which cost more as buying new ticket plus changing fee, it worked better for me simply buy new tickets. Contacted airline and they said that they would offer 11.30am flight but the travel agent has to request it. My Trip obviously will not request the airline because they want to make money out if me by forcing to pay or take a flight which does not work at ALL for me. Seriously avoid this company at all costs. Use Trip.com which is usually similar in pricing but offers excellent customer service. My Trip ignores emails, I spent hours talking to them on the phone, these are cruel people who doesn't give a and just pass between their colleagues to "wear you down". Every time I dealt with them had problems, so save yourself and avoid them like a plague.
Please, please, please save your money. They left my family stranded in LAX. When checking in for the second leg of the flight only my wife had a seat booked. The airline said no seats had been booked or purchased for the children. Almost $10,000 has been lost and this agency has been zero help. They say you need to contact the airline knowing they cannot help. When you call, all they give you is bull$#*!, scripted lies. Their support team never responds. This company should not exist and should not be allowed to trade. All they are selling is pain and suffering.
They list each checked baggage fee is $50 when placing the order, but jacked it up to $100 per baggage when checked out.

They don't let you do electronic check in and they urge you with an email to do it at the airport where they give you a 30euros fine because you didn't do it electronic. Afterwards they put the blame at the airline company. COMMON THIEVES!
I bought a one way ticket and need to change the date I have been phoning for the last 4 days but could not get in contact with my trip. They take your money and don't show any support for customers abroad. Will never use my trip again total waste of time and not to mention all the stress they have caused me.
I booked a London to Delhi flight through my trip (Air India). I cancelled one of the passengers before 20 days. I called customer care multiple times but always same ans they dont know. When I emailed them, they said they are yet to receive refund from Air India. When I send them proof that Air India already refunded 2 months back, they just keep saying they are still yet to receive news from support team! My hard earned money is gone and these idiots kept repeating the same thing! NEVER EVER use them!
