I give this company 0 stars - It's only a 1 because they make you rate - This company is a huge scam. I purchased 2 tickets online and paid in full. I got to the airport just as the customer service desk was closing. Their app would not work so I could only check in one ticket and had to stop at the desk to check in the 2nd ticket. They refused to check in the second ticket and said we had to be there at least one hour before the flight left. We were there 5 minutes before the cut-off time and they refused to allow us to board. I asked for another flight and they said we would have to pay full price for another flight. I asked for a refund because we had purchased insurance but they said the insurance was only for if they canceled the flight. What a joke. 1300$ lost because of this scammy site. I then went to the airline itself for a refund and they said they wouldn't refund me because we had traveled and used the flight! We never boarded that flight at all. I even showed them proof that we had to catch a plane on another airline 3 hours later so how could we be on two flights at the same time? I went to Bank of America to refund my money and when they contacted the airline the airline told them we used the ticket and so BofA refused to refund us. SCAM SCAM SCAM FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY

I am absolutely devastated, booked flights home for Christmas, flight got cancelled, not anyone else on the flight as I have a friend travelling on same flight. Tried to call and reach someone in customer service to ask about why this has happened, no contact numbers or emails working,Refund in process went from 10 to 21 days! All I wanted to be put back on the flight, or listen but no one available to do this! Very upset at this experience!
Not a person to write reviews, but the customer service line were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Wanted to cancel just my departing flight as I had to change the date. I didn't care that i wasn't going to get a refund. They were about to cancel the flight for me and then told me to call back in 30 minutes as their portal wasn't working. Called back and all of a sudden they decided they didn't want to cancel the flight for me. The lady on the phone was raising her voice at me and kept interrupting me. I had to call west jet directly to cancel the flight and to make sure that I didn't get charged a no show fee. I did not want to take up a seat that someone else could book, and did not want to get charged an extra fee. When I called WestJet to cancel just the departing flight they were confused as to why mytrip would not cancel it. It was the easiest process will westjet and my trip made things crazy difficult. Seriously have never had any customer service rep act like that with me, so yeah never booking with them again.
Mytrip have refused to refund the cost of our flight (over £1,000) which was cancelled over two years ago. They have received a refund from the airline but have failed to return it to us despite repeat phonecalls/complaints. Learn from our mistake and avoid at all costs.
Constantly transferred between departments because no one knows what to do. Takes hours. Each person says something different. For my refund, they put me in an impossible position: call the airline directly for a refund -> I do -> the airline says they need to request the refund because it was booked through them -> I call them to say that the airline requires them to make the refund request -> The employee says he cannot because it's not in the airline policy = I am trapped by their bureaucracy when it should be as simple as making the request. And they charge and administration fee which is ludicrous because their administration is quite useless. Their employees are perfectly fine. The booking agency as a company is terrible.
These people are trained to scam you. They purposely increase the pricing on your ticket and when you call about it they tell you there's a cancellation fee. AVOID AT ALL COST
Now if you cancel they've made money without even providing you a booking. Unbelievable that business like this still exist. It's blatant robbery.
I purchased my RT flight in August 2022 for a flight occurring in December 2022. About a month ago, one leg was rescheduled and the whole outbound flight was canceled since I now only had a 20 minute layover between the domestic and international flight. After confirming with MyTrip a month ago to book another outbound flight, I have yet to receive confirmation for the outbound flight. After contacting TAP airlines, their records only show a return flight, and the outbound was never booked, otherwise any changes would appear on their records. It is a bit unnerving since the flight is now only a month away and I still have no outbound flight scheduled.
This website is legit yes but the transparency of prices are not. Clicked on the lowest amount of flight price and website keeps on sending error message. Finally able to book through but surprisingly the amount has increased. Instead of clicking for the $800 dollar flight they have charge us with $1300 and when you asked them to cancel since the price went too high compares to what you originally booked, they have will charge you for $300 cancellation fee. What a joke.
It gets advertised as "worry-free", but you have to call their customer service which is a painful experience. If you want to rebook your booking, the fare will be massively different, despite the same flight is available on the desired date even with a cheaper price.

One of my flight (out of 3 legs) was cancelled by the airline and with that, my entire itinerary has to be cancelled. It is not my own choice that it had to be cancelled, yet they do not take the initiative to help me with contacting the airline. My husband and I booked separate itinerary because our return flight were different. I contacted MyTrip first about the cancelled flight by Japan Airline and was told I had no choice but the whole booking need to be cancelled. Then I told my husband he needed to contact Priceline (he bought his flights through them). Within a week, my husband got his refund issued. I contacted MyTrip and they said nothing they can do and make it Japan Airline's issue and told me I had to wait. So I proceed to file a dispute with my credit card so that I can get my money back. Now I was told they won't help me until after 3 months past the credit dispute date... If this company is not a scam, I don't know what is. How are they a travel agent when they help you with nothing. At the beginning of the call to customer service, it says the call was being recorded. I asked them for a copy of the transcript and they said no. If they're honest and are truly trying to help customers, why not share what was being said in the call so that I can get second opinions on it from my attorney?

Booked and paid for a return flight 8 months in advance. They cancelled my return flight (was still operating by carrier) and still showed the flight exists in communication a couple of weeks before departure. When questioned when abroad the status of return trip they stated that it is cancelled and do not have any seats for any other flight. Left to organize return with a large higher cost. Spent a day of family vacation with huge stress to find a new booking.
Book with the airline higher cost but you do not have to deal with the lack of communication and scam artists.

I would not recommend this company to anyone having attempted on many occasions to contact them for a refund for a cancelled flight. They deliberately make it almost impossible to contact them and have no consideration for their customers. Would never use again!
We paid $6k in plane tickets so I assure you my wife and I carefully entered and checked the passport details before we pressed buy. And yet, after purchase MyTrip.com has added my first name as my wife's last name. The ticket is useless with a wrong name, but MyTrip.com refuses to change the name. We called Qatar Airways and they confirmed that Mytrip.com is the only one who can change it. All MyTrip says is cancel ($400 fee) and rebook a new ticket. Has this been done on purpose to make money? How many other people do they do this to?
I am willing to amend this post if MyTrip contacts me to resolve this.

Oh My God, so disappointed with this company. Paid extra for a worry free travel and refund experience but guess what, still waiting for a refund after 11 months and the rep had the gut to tell me to call the airline myself if I am not happy with the waiting time. Still can't believe that! Don't buy anything from them, worst agency ever!
Terrible customer service doesn't even come close to the diabolical service here. I could write for hours about the complete disaster from the start with this company. Still waiting for a refund, six months after the airline refunded them. Yes Covid blah blah blah but they refunded 1 ticket within a week and I'm still waiting for the other 6 months later. Can't get anyone to speak to, just go round in circles, no ownership, just say I need to wait. How long, 2 years, 5 years, never?

I booked through them, and the airline cancelled the flight, I called and emailed multiple times, on some occasions they said they will refund within 5 days, and some ocassions said they can not refund. Stay away from this company as if something goes wrong, they never help. They are literal scammers. How do they still operate, I dont understand.
This is a total scam managed by people in India who do not even speak English. It is almost impossible to understand the people who answer the phone.
I bought two tickets and paid over $113 for the flexible ticket option. I had a terrible accident the day before (with proof) and I called them 24 hours in advance to try to reschedule or cancel my flight and get a refund. I called several times and always spoke to people who were very difficult to understand. I asked to escalate the problem to a manager, and they said that there wasn't one (several calls with different people). I even sent them an email. They all told me that there was nothing they could do, and that I had to call the airline company, which I did. The airline told me that what they were saying was not true, but since I bought the ticket with this company, there was also nothing the airline could do to reschedule the flight—but that if I cancelled, I would get at least the airport fees back which is about 10% of the price of the ticket. As of today I've not received any refund and have not been able to reschedule the flight. I lost all the money that I spent. Stay away from this company.
