RIP OFF

Dont use mytrip! Booking a flight the system told us the payment could not be done so we have to repurchase it. Doing so, suddenly the flight was booked twice. Calling one minute later to sort it, they stated they keep a handling fee of 40 euros. So mainly, we pay for their systems faultiness. NEVER AGAIN! Customer service also not anyhow cooperative.

I called 3 times and I am calling from overseas
So they have the same excuse to call them later because they have issues in there system and the need more experience with Dealing with there customers, they are so road and I don't recommend them to anyone

I booked tickets to fly to the Caribbean with my trip and it was/is the worst experience for me so far. I got my flight changed and or cancelled at least 5 times in less than 3 months. I requested my refund, which was approved, and then the airline transferred the money back to my trip (this happened on September 15.2022). After this point, it has a been infinite calls, emails and chatting with the customer service. The customer service has lied to me many times saying that they have not received the money from the airline (which they have said many times they have received) and have promised that I would receive the money the next day after the phone call/chat/Email. So PLEASE, DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH MY TRIP. UNLIKE AIRLINES, they are not obliged by law to return your money within a time period. Don't make the mistake I did, do not book your tickets with mytrip. If you do book with them, and then have any issue, they'll lie to you and threaten you with the following messages: "
Please wait for this message before contacting us regarding this issue again, as it may affect your place in the queue." Or "Kindly note that other factors, such as obtaining the funds from the airline, may impact your waiting time as well as the outcome of your refund.".

Terrible!

Terrible!
When ordering a flight, the site did not give the opportunity to order luggage.
Later, I was charged for luggage ($208), but it was never added to the order!
I reported this to the site via chat. They promised to return it in 48 hours.
The money has not been returned for a month!
In addition, in paying for the order, I found a charge for seats, but I did not ask for this and, most importantly, they were not included in the order!
The site just steals money from customers!

As with all these reviews, the website stole our money. It seems that their modus operandi is for prices to change, you click no on their website and the payment goes through iregardless. They took $120 for cancellation. They should be prosecuted for fraud.

This is a scam and fraud. They sell tickets, but never solve any issues if they occur, like cancelled trip by airlines, compensation etc. their agents located in India pretending they are willing to help but in fact just waist if your time and money until you solve the issue yourself paying extra money out of your pocket. In my case I lost $2k because of their ignorance and fraudulent actions.

Fake company

We booked a flight and paid travel insurance extra in terms of cancellation
When we decided to cancel,we called MyTrip regarding the refund-but the worst part is they operate with travel insurance company that is non existent company-fake
We will never see our money again
Horrible experience,never never again
Be careful, someone will come who will actually sue you for illegal activity

Buyer beware

I had a withdrawal from my account made by My-trip-online.com. When I contacted them about refunding it they said no, not unless I could verify a name, email and date of birth. I do not put my date of birth online ever, so I knew something was not right. They refused to refund or tell me who had used my bank account. My account is now locked to their subscription service. Buyer beware. They are not easy to deal with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very bad costumer service. I've contacted them for a refund, submitted a formal claim as they asked. I've been told to wait for feedback within 2 months. I've contacted every month since then and they never got back to me till they closed my case. And now they asked me to submit another formal claim with no record of my previous one. RIDICOLOUS! STAY AWAY!

Cancelation and refund

I booked a flight with Mytrip and after 5 minutes they sent me a message that my flight was cancelled and they promised to pay me back in 5 days. I was furious and scared at the same time that I won't receive my money back but they stuck to their promise and paid me back my money in 3 days, every cent. I read only bad reviews about this website but they did me good

This is a scam

Bad customer service. Cancellation policy is absurd. I was in a hurry and booked from this site thinking it was makemytrip.com. I tried to cancel it 10 minutes from the time of booking but it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. I cancelled it but I was charged handling fees/administrative fee which was half the amont of the original ticket. I was suposed to get a full refund since I paid extra for a flexible ticket and cancelled within the cancellation period. But that did not happen. This site is a SCAM!

The booking site is deceiving. I selected a flight to Maui on the 12th, yet received a ticket for the 11th. After calling customer service, they told me that the flight on the 12th was full. I had not selected the option to change dates, as our dates were firm and the flight on the 12th was perfect for us. They offered no support to refund or at least give a partial credit, though I had never selected the 11th as the date to fly. Had not even included that date I the search bar. Customer service was useless.

Please don't book with this company, you will regret it. It's straight up robbery.
I have booked a flight with them that was cancelled by the airline. The airline issued a refund to the owner of the booking (MyTrip) and after months of calls and emails, MyTrip is saying that they never received any refund from the airline. I have been going in circles with the airline and MyTrip for 5 months now. MyTrip keeps saying that they are escalating the issue every single time I call but with no response and lately they are putting me through to a diferent team and the line just cuts off. I cannot believe that they are so well rated on the Google App store.

I confirm what everyone above has written. mytrip.com is a total scam. My flight was cancelled by the airline 6 weeks ago, mytrip.com received the refund from the airline and they are telling me they will charge me 40 euro just to send the refund to me. Plus they will not refund any additional services like baggage and the EXTRA surcharge I paid them for customer support (I wonder what support I am receiving when I even need to pay in order to receive my refund). Today they even told me that I cancelled my booking myself, 6 weeks after I was supposed to fly, and that's why I need to pay 40 euro cancellation fee... one month ago the same people confirmed to me that the fee was 15 euro, for which there is still no reason, as the flight was not cancelled by me...

Rip off

Zero customer service. Swoop canceled my flights, My Trip was reimbursed by Swoop. Still no refund to me. I've been on Chat Line several times, same response. It's being processed manually, takes times. Refunds in 3 business days is an out an out lie. Will never use this Agency again. Worst travel experience and it's post pandemic.

Bought tickets in September canceled less than 24 hours after purchase. Called customer service they said it would take time to refund, after multiple calls disputed it with PayPal. PayPal contacted them since they had proof of purchase they didn't give me my money back although I have email proof that they would refund me! They are a scam DO NOT purchase tickets from them they give you the run around! SCAMMERS!I

This is the WORST company. They are DISHONEST and did a BAIT and SWITCH. I searched for a specific date and they actually sold me a ticket for the wrong date. They absolutely REFUSE to refund my money or correct their dishonesty. NEVER use this company. They are HORRIBLE.
