Due to COVID, we canceled the flight and MyTrip.com requested refund from the Qatar Airways. On Jan 11,2021, I received an email from MyTrip.com that the refund was requested to Qatar Airways. On Jan 15,2021, I received a refund status email stating MyTrip is waiting on Qatar Airways to process the application. There has been no updates since, so I thought the ticket was still open. I called Qatar Airways to try to use the ticket to rebook and found out that Qatar Airways has already Refunded this ticket on June 7th, 2021 back to MyTrip. I called both Qatar and MyTrip several times. Qatar can't do anything since it's booked via an Online Travel Agent (OTA). MyTrip has no clue what happened. Finally, on September 15,2022 I received an email from MyTrip that they finally processed the refund after I gave up chasing them for it. It took me almost 2 years to get the refund. That's right 2 years!
NEVER MORE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Costumer service useless. If you have any problem or questions, is more easy if you reschedule a new ticket with a new company.

I purchased a flight Miami-Buenos Aires with stop in Lima, flying with Latam airlines. They booked me two separate flights, one from Miami to Lima, and another one from Lima to Buenos Aires. They should have book me one flight with connection, that way I don't have to do emigration, and get suitcases, get my dog, etc, imposible to do in two hours.
I called them more than 10 times. They don't care. I am gonna ended booking another fly. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM.
Really Scam Site, we book 3 tickets from My trip last year in May 2022 then cancel next day because of my personal reason before cancel i called customer service and they said if you cancel we can refund you in full you can cancel anytime, but now waiting since 8 months and I called and email many many times but same response every time, they excuse me they didn't get refund from airline yet then I called airline and airline confirm that they already refund them same time, airline don't take so long and not excuse like these guys, it's too long and not any refund yet, but they lying every time, They send me same email all the time. Now I know I lost my CA$1600 already. I Wants to warn other people please don't buy anything from this site it's really scam my personal experience with them very very bad don't waste your money please.
Airline changed the flight and they were unable to help me adjust to it or to explain why. They tried but there was an English language barrier.

Two of my flights were cancelled and mytrip customer service didn't even notify me for one, and said their "only alternative" for the other one was to leave on the day before or even two days before (great alternative when you plan your trip for a certain date), in their so called alternative I had to take 4 flights instead of one, they expected me to land, change terminal, and board on my next flight in 25min, and when i told them that was impossible and there was a great chance I would miss my connection they basically laughed at me saying of course it is enough time, I wonder if those people ever took the plane
Plus they didn't forget to mention that I would have to pay the extra cost fir the change of flights AND the hotel that I would be staying in for the overnight stop, what a great way to start your holiday, by spending a lot of money because a company wasn't able to do their job.
I am furious with this company and hoping they will give me my money back as they said...
Don't get me started on the customer service, whether it's on the phone or by "direct chat" (which takes 15min per answers) the agent talks like a robot and isn't able to speak like a normal person.
Overall, do not book anything on this company it's really bad and I will definitely never use it ever again, even if I have to pay more somewhere else, they are just here to steal your money.
If there were a zero start option i would have choosen that. I have booked and rebooked my trip from mytrip in April and during my rebooking, call center agent didnt complete the ticketing properly.I took my first leg of flight from Vietmam to Korea and ended up waiting 35 hours in Korea Seoul Airport. I was rejected to board on the plane at the gate and had to pay 2200 USD for a last minute ticket.
4 months since the event, i have called mytrip for at least 50 times and several emails havent got my refund back. Its a callcenter disaster and they do everything not pay their mistake. I will never ever ever ever book from mytrip again.

Purchased airline tickets 5 months in advance to Disneyland. Insurance was purchased. Had boarding email confirm for the next day flight. Went to airport to find that airline had cancelled the flight two months prior. Asked airline for help and they said that "My Trip" has been credited the money the day of cancellation. Airline said that it was a weird purchase because numerous credit cards were used from all over the world to pay for the flight. Asked "My Trip" for refund. No. We had to threaten "My Trip" with Capital One Freud investigation. "My Trip" after 6 threatening lengthy phone calls returned 80% of our money coming in from multiple credit cards and taking 2 months to credit our account. Kayak is the company that recommended "My Trip" Do Not Use this company
Good afternoon. I have a departure on 09.01, I asked for a refund, May trip refuse to make a refund. I have already applied to Turkish Airlines, and they said that they are required to make a refund and only withhold a fine of 260, but despite this, they still refuse to return the money. We have been talking to them for 2 days now. We cannot resolve this issue. Help us please.
This company has made my travel experience a living hell. They booked me for a flight that did not even exist, which caused me to miss my next connecting flight. This made my whole trip void, because you need to be at your connecting flight to carry onwards. After HOURS on the phone with them, multiple disconnects, (nobody speaks fluent English, you will 100% be dealing with a foreigner and language barriers) they told me there is nothing they can do because it's the airlines fault. I ended up buying another ticket to my destination because they were unwilling to accommodate me for their mistake. I'm lucky I booked this on a credit card and can dispute the charges. This company is an absolute joke. If you value your money and your time, DO NOT book through this travel agency. You will regret it.

The airline cancelled my original flights, MyTrip offered me new flights; when I tried to book those (40 minutes after they offered it to me) they said it was no longer available and refused to explain why, but they could book me on a new flight the day before (much better, they kept assuring me). Not ideal but fine, they assured me multiple times that it would be free. Two days later the flight dissapears from my flight app. The airline tells me that MyTrip never actually issued me the flight, that they were very sorry but I would have to call them and rebook with MyTrip.
I called MyTrip and they said they would charge me $250 to rebook the tickets because the airline cancelled them. When I told them what the airline said they flat out denied it. They wouldn't even send me an email offering me the new flights until I called them back and paid them over the phone with my credit card.
Another review on here called it "Theft, plain and simple" and I plain and simply could not agree more.
Requested boarding cards for 2 flights, entered details, sent me email saying download boarding cards, when I did was empty. Daughter missed her connecting flight. Rang HELPLINE number (probably charged a lot) was 29 in line, 30 minutes later still 29 in line. Avoid
When I arrived at Montréal airport, I was told by Porter Airlines agents that my reservation for the Montreal-Toronto leg of the trip was cancelled. I did not receive any email warning me of this, either from mytrip or from Porter Airlines. According to the Porter Airlines agents, mytrip.com cancelled my reservation on 27 October 2022, one day after I booked the trip (26 October 2022). They showed their computer screen which indeed indicates my reservation was cancelled on that date. According to mytrip.com agents on the online chat, they did not cancel the reservation. No help at all from mytrip agents online, they just refused to book another flight or reimburse me. Porter airlines agents said this happened often with third party websites.
Update: I have emailed the right person (after finding their contact on a facebook group of angry mytrip customers) and got a refund a week later for my cancelled flight + the train ticket I had to buy last minute.
I'm glad they did, however, I would still like to stress that the agent I contacted on the online chat on the day of my travel was of no help at all, point blanked refused to book another flight/train or refund me anything. Another agent I contacted afterwards by email also said they could not reimburse me because the reservation was cancelled by the "system", not them. So the customer service is very bad, unless you find the right person, which thankfully I did.

Absolute joke of a company! How do they still operate after so many negative reviews?
The amount of times I called them regarding my refund for two cancelled flights... The flights were cancelled back in August 2022, I called them twice today (was put on hold and they hang up on me) so called second time and Hakim F and Poonam T could not answer my questions and were incredibly rude to me! The audacity! Wouldn't let me speak and were so rude! I spoke to Wizzair earlier today, and they have said that they have issues refund on 3rd August 2022. Then called these thieves again, and after being disrespected and spoken to like a s**t I was told that they have not received refund and that I need to get a proof from Wizzair! Liars! So called Wizzair again and they said if I want to get a proof that refund was processed I need to go to their website and put a complaint and only then I will be able to receive a proof. It has been an absolute joke and a nightmare I wouldn't wish to anybody. I will not leva it like this and these scammers will pay me every penny! Thieves! AVOID.
Dont waste your money on these. I wanted to change my flight, and they did not respond to emails, and NO ones answer the calls, i ended loosing my ticket... AVOOOOOID
I called providing my flight details and they refused to give me a refund and any tangible solutions regarding a cancelled flight from Vancouver to Toronto. They claimed WestJet would issue me a refund, but it was MyTrip that took my payment and they were the ones with all my credit card information for the booking.
The lady on the line who refused to give me her employee number or more than a first name hung up, after I urged for an appropriate solution, after she suggested I call the WestJet airline who supposedly will deal with the issue.
WestJet already confirmed a day before that it is the third party who did the booking's responsibility to issue me the money I'm owed for the cancelled flight.
NEVER BOOK THROUGH MYTRIP AGAIN, terrible customer service, terrible employees. -1 STAR. This was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

We booked the tickets only to find out few days before our flight that it has been supposedly cancelled (although checking with airline operating, the flight was still on schedule). We haven't received proper replacement options to rebook our flights (only parts of the flights were provided, not full itinerary) and after several calls to their support team no one is able to provide any clarity or response to situation. If you want to cancel the service, fee of 113 EUR per person will be deducted from your refund and this fee is significantly higher than fee stated in their T&C policy. Ultimately they take the money, do not fulfill the service and make you further waist your time while trying to get any explanation from them on any of the points mentioned. Highly recommended to avoid the site at all costs!
Dont use mytrip! Booking a flight the system told us the payment could not be done so we have to repurchase it. Doing so, suddenly the flight was booked twice. Calling one minute later to sort it, they stated they keep a handling fee of 40 euros. So mainly, we pay for their systems faultiness. NEVER AGAIN! Customer service also not anyhow cooperative.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
