We had a flight from Miami to Montreal. Departing on Thursday at 1140am arriving 3:10pm. The airline cancel our flight and move it to Friday departing at 9:30pm arriving 1:05am. And we were never notified by mytrip. I found out because i check a couple of days before our original flight with the airline and find out about the change. You can imagine the headache we were going to have with the hotel, car, and snowboarding lift tickets reservations. So I call mytrip, the check with the airline and i qualified for a "full refund" from the ariline. But they were going to deduct $17 for each person on our reservation because we didnt take the option of leaving on Friday at 9:30pm. They claimed that's not their fault and it was our for not taking the alternative. But the airline is going to refund them a full amount. Terrible. But it is on their Term and condiditions... So make sure you read them carefully.

BY far the worst experience I had so far when it comes to airline tickets purchase. My flight was canceled due to technical issues and 6 months now I have called more than 12 times and asked for the refund. They keep telling me EXACTLY THE SAME: that they have escalated my request and wait. Please shut down this sh***y business. This is clearly a fraud!
Mytrip cancelled my 3000 euro reservation two days before the flight saying it will take 3-5 working days to give the money back, from a no-reply email. They recommended buying tickets directly at the airline, which is much more expensive (especially without those 3000 euros in my account).
Don't buy flight ticket from this website. I have booked flight ticket with flexible Option. But it is useless not all use full. You are not allowed to change date of the flight. When you contact customer care they will add some additional amount then ask you to do pay 10 times extra. Beware before you buy tickets from this website please check reviews then go ahead

My flight JAL(June/2022) got canceled, But they still haven't refunded me. So I have been calling every week!
Every time I called for the past eight months, they told me, " in 12 days," then changed to "we cannot assure you anything."
The Call center is useless; they repeat the same thing every time you call!
I called the airline (JAL) directly, and they said they refunded My Trip 6 months ago!
And do not use a Citi card; they WILL NOT protect you; they had me deal with this fraud/scam and keeps charging me interest toward this balance!
Hopeless customer service, appalling behaviour. I am still waiting to be refunded for a flight cancellation by the airline in early December 2022 and Mytrip want to charge me a cancellation fee for that.
I purchased this flight through Mytrip application and they are saying that I have to dispute this with the airliner.

So whilst purchasing a $7 ETA for Canada that takes 2min, that My Trip simply diverted you to the site you use with or without My Trip Online, this company then asks if you want to subscribe and in small prints says they shall debit a further $79 after 3 days and when I asked for this to be refunded within 2 days of the charge they said No and refused to tell me where the company is based so I could check the government guidelines on cancelling an online charge.

I booked a flight and even paid extra for flight cancellation knowing the odds of me needing it will be high, turns out their UK contact number doesn't even exist and the American line is soo littered with divert calls, and keeping you on hold...
When I thought something was up I checked the reviews and I just feel like an idiot for never checking the reviews...
Rather have paid double for something reliable.

I recently purchased a flexible ticket for a trip and requested a change in the date. Despite being assured by the MyTrip support team that the date change would be handled promptly and efficiently, the change was not made. This resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration.
Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by MyTrip was unacceptable. I was not provided with a satisfactory resolution to my issue and was left feeling disatisfied and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using the MyTrip website to purchase tickets. There are many other reliable and trustworthy travel websites available that offer better customer service and more efficient services.

I needed my ticket number in order to apply for partner airline miles, a standard request. Since the ticket number was not provided in the mytrip email confirmation, nor available on their website, NOR available from the airline itself, I called mytrip customer service to get my ticket number. He didn't know what I was talking about and suggested I use the booking reference number. I had to explain to him what a ticket number was. He then put me on hold, came back and said his supervisor told him to tell me "You need to call back in 3 days because there's an empty space where your ticket number should be." I asked him how it would just appear in 3 days, if he meant he was putting in a request for someone to retrieve my ticket number or what. He just kept saying give it a few days, right now the software isn't showing it. It made absolutely no sense. What he should've said is, our company is incompetent and we shouldn't be issuing tickets if we can't provide ticket numbers.
HAVE WAITED NEARLY A YEAR FOR A RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT
I PAID FOR LUGGAGE IN THE HOLD BUT THEY HADNT BOOKED SO I HAD TO PAY AGAIN AT THE AIRPORT - NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE
Please stay away from this company. It was so impossible to contact the customer service. I had to hold the line more than an hour and that was not helpful anyway.
I have been trying to get my money back from mytrip for 3 months, the airline have refunded back to them but I can not get my money, I have had over 10 phone calls! Noting this all started by the fact that despite us paying for flexible tickets when our son fell ill and we have to change our flights they could not do it and we had to go direct Overall this company is a shambles avoid at all costs.
Fully dissatisfied with their service. They lied about everything. Luggages for tickets are not clear at all. I paid over 226 CAD extra just because they did a mistake on the ticket. Dont recommend it at all. Worst customer support evar! Shame on you mytrip.com
The Airline has cancelled my flight and sent back the money to mytrip. I have the proof of transfer, but mytrip keep the money and doesnt send it to me. Of course, they only have an american phone number, so no possible to call them by phone if we are not American. Only email contact, but they dont answer. Easy money for them. I dont understand how this kind of compagny is allowed to keep working.
