This is the most disappointing agency ever, with poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone this site.
Me and my wife booked our flights through mytrip.ca website. It directed us to American Airlines. Due to airline delays, we called the airline and got our flights changed. We originally booked a premium economy ticket but due to unavailability of the same class in the changed flight, American airlines representative mentioned that we will get a refund for the fair difference. We followed up with the flight, filled a webform and worked on processing the refund. The refund was credited to a mytrip.ca card. After a few days we asked mytrip.ca representative for our refund back for which he mentioned that there will be a fees of $112 to process the refund. When I asked what the fees was for, he continuously responded that it is our fees. We did all the work, called the airlines, filled webforms, followed up with the airlines a few times and still we weren't getting our full refund. This is robery! mytrip.ca is stealing from their customers for the service which they did not even perform.
Useless company they can even help. They have given us log in details to change bookings and purchase add ons but it did not even work. We have given them a call now they just said we have to contact the airline itself as they could not do anything. No way I am going to use this company again.
Return trip booked through Mytrip to travel on Saturdays. No flights scheduled on Saturdays with the airline. Useless customer service. Refund for hotel stay refused.

They know they are a untrusted company as they even do not have email to communicate with them so you do not have a receipt of what you asked. They have only phone where there is no service at all.
You phone to them for a request and they never come back to you. They are able to destroy a simple trip.
The website works to lure suckers in and pay, but when you want to check-in or cancel, which is what we tried after not being able to check-in for days, the site does NOT recognize your confirmation Number. Try communicating with the site? Not at all.

I booked a flight from Cph to Sto and I got an email saying we will book the ticket for you and get you back soon and after two hours they sent another email and they said sorry we couldn't book the ticket and your money has been returned and still not returned to my bank account and there is no way to contact those mother f**&& they took my money
I cancelled my Booking within 24 hours 2 weeks ago. I still cannot get any money back. I call their Customer DISservice every day. It's useless! The same answer: the airline didn't refund. But they canelled the ticket long time ago and I have the proof. There is NO email, only the phone. They don't even listen to you, the same cnned response every dy, no action.
NEVER use myTrip.com You will be very SORRY like I am.
Can I give these humans a zero out of 1,000,000,000. Maybe the worst customer service in the known universe. I hope to travel to other dimensions one day just to find a reality where this company may have a tenuous grasp of communication. Zero stars barley touches the uselessness of calling this company.

It's the most horrible travel company I have ever come across in my time with both online and offline similar services. And I travel twice a month at least. They are a scam. The customer service is incredibly crap. For over 8 months now, I am trying to get refund for a refundable ticket for a flight which was cancelled by the airline! They keep footballing me (when actually I managed to get in touch with Mytrip!) between their customer service and that of the Airlines, and finally many expensive telephone bills and ruined nerves later, when all was done, I am still waiting for the actual refund over 6 months now...
I have made a name change by phone on my order, they where supposed to take 100 euro and 45 usd for services, they charged 395usd to my credit card, I have been trying to get back the difference for 4 months now, they have refunded 72usd for some reason and they owe me about 180usd that they keep telling me they will return but they just dont

We purchased a ticket from Dublin to Ghana from 4/4/23 to 15/4/23 via airfrance, received email stating that they will confirm a ticket in about 12hrs or early, and hour later received ticket confirmation with wrong outbound flight date, saying we are traveling 15/4/23 and returned same day with different airline which is KLM, ticket cost 8.000 euros for a family of 7. We rang phone not working, keeps saying same message,we managed to get their phone number via KLM, phone is from Athen and the cost of each call is just a nightmare, they couldn't help keep blaming us that we booked a ticket like that and no refund and if change it will be another money, they are scamming customer, mistake coming from their system but blaming us, we even sent screenshot of our booking and email sent by mytrip reminding us if we still want to book flight on our correct date we selected. Unfortunately they continue blaming us. We are now taking them to court and asking for the bank to get our money back, they are very incompetent, different customers will writte to us with same answer. Mytrip is just a suicidal agency, they are voleurs. Becareful with this agency. Plus our returned is in 2 hours after landing, not even time to get our bags, it's a useless ticket we got. I hope Google or whoever help to stop this crap of nonsense agency.
Last night I booked a return flight from London to Malta via MyTrip without first looking at the reviews which are universally dreadful and rightly so!
Within 10 hrs I received a text from them informing me that the return flight, BA 30 April to London from Malta had been cancelled!
I tried the MyTrip tel nos which do not pick up and emails are no reply mostly.
I was told that a refund will be forthcoming within 3-5 days. I am not 100% hopeful that this will happen and if not it is fraud!
I thought it best to check with BA who were extremely helpful and confirmed it had been booked and then the place cancelled due to non payment of cost to MyTrip! I paid immediately upon booking online of course, last night!
If nothing is forthcoming in the way of a refund, this is going to be taken to a lawyer as it is fraudulent.

I have no idea how this company can operate like this in the UK. You make a booking and they give you an airline booking number which is completely wrong. Phone lines are extremely busy, can't talk to anyone. I waited on the line 2-3 hours to be able to talk to someone until phone got hung up on me. Can't make any changes to your flight, can't talk to anyone. Absolute disgrace.
I booked a flight and accidentally there was a typo- literal typo. Within 5 minutes i called to change it- they tried to charge me $45 + and then when i cancelled it bc their customer service was horrible they also charged me $45. Every airline has a free cancellation policy of 24 h- it hadn't even been 30 mins. Ridiculous. Next time i am booking directly on the website- a 3rd party is supposed to help make the experience easier, not complicate it and then charge you extra.
They have charged me twice and do not answer to my mails regarding my reimbursement (of 715€). When you call them, they say it's not the right department and that they don't have the number of the right department. To be avoided!
My flight got canceled due to bad weather by airlines, but they did not had updated status for day. No refund in 2months. It was stupid to convince them that flight has cancelled but they claimed its not as its not updated in their system. Then i asked why I am here is flight had take off. Stupid customer service.
My flights were changed and I was not able to catch the first flight. All the other bookings (other 3 flights) through the myTrip site were cancelled from the system. I had to buy new overpriced tickets at the airport. When I complained to myTrip cuctomer service I was informed that I have no rights for any refund. The worst experience and terrible customer service!
