This company is absolutely awful. They owe me £98, I paid for baggage both ways of my flight & the day before my flight it wouldn't show up when trying to check in. I was on to customer service the lady was not helpful & also hung up. I then had to pay additional costs for my baggage so that was £170, when arriving back into England, I contacted my trip, they are based in New Delhi so you'll have no luck with that. The person said baggage is non refundable even tho the fault was at this company! They are absolutely horrendous, never EVER booked with this company again, scamming fraudsters!

Would like to make it a minus value. One of my bookings was cancelled, took over 30 minutes to try and arrange a refund. They're charging me to process the refund, but I have to speak to the airline and arrange it. They have no email address, only an automated phone line, that doesn't work with a mobile phone. Eventually you speak to a call centre abroad, where they can't actually do anything, because it's all scripted. The reference details they gave don't match what the airline has, so they can't process a refund. Tried calling the company back... 88th in the queue and no other way to contact them than by phone. I'm not putting a reference number, because I haven't got my money. Don't expect I'll get it back either!
This company is defrauding customers by charging for luggage on your flights, then only applying it on the outward bound journey of your trip. So, the customer is left having to pay excess baggage on the return flight while Mytrip pockets your fees. This has happened to at least two people i know. Don't bother trying to get a refund, as they will keep you running around in circles. Avoid this company and pay a little more for a reputable company.
I booked a round trip flight and ANA Airlines canceled my return flight and notified me that they couldn't issue a refund. Instead I need to contact my travel agency (Mytrip in this case) to get the refund. When I called the customer service. She confirmed my return flight has been canceled and asked me if I want to canceled my fight. What? She asked my if I want to cancel an already canceled flight. If I agree to cancel, she said there will be $17 cancellation fee. If I disagree, then I am going to keep my 1 way flight instead of the round trip.
Their customer service is pathetic. They don't have any supervisor and their L1 team has no clue of what they are doing. I used my card to pay Flair airlines $160 and I cancelled within 12hrs. I was supposed to get full refund which confirmed by airlines that it was initiated. But they received incorrect card details from middleman which in this case is mytrip. Checked mytrip and they don't have even last 4-digits of my card.
I searched for a flight with them from Toronto. When booking, it said departure from Toronto. After booking, it said departure is Kitchener (2+ hours away). I then called and they don't help out as their phone lines are inexistent. It says there are 25+ people before you on the line but nobody actually picks up so it is a scam. Will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario.
Spent 20 minutes booking flight, preparing documents, choosing seats (which I had to pay for - F&*$ Off), and it said I had to start over! Screw you. I will book with someone else.
I booked from this site and needs to cancel with in 24 hours of booking due to the family emergency. These charging $36 per ticket which is almost 25% of my ticket price also support is horrible. Waited in the phone line for 30 min to get the support person and the support guys doesn't have any respected and so rude with the customers. Please don't book from this site.
Booked a return flight to Calgary and it got cancelled My trip did not let me know. I had to contact the company myself and it was weeks of stress. I contacted MyTrip and they told me to contact the airlines. They have been no help in the slightest. I will never book with them again stay away terrible company! The times of the returning flight had changed and My Trip still sent the old flight times not even updated luckily I contacted the airlines myself
Mytrip took my money, didn't provide plane tickets, then told me that their terms and conditions allowed them to do this. My trip had to be cancelled as I couldn't afford replacement tickets. They're essentially a scam - avoid at all costs.

Do not book with this company, this is the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had! Our flights were cancelled BY THE AIRLINE 48 hours before flying from Australia to Europe. MyTrip said they had no other options, and we would have to re-book independently. Four months later, I am still waiting to receive any information about refunds, even after phoning the company every week since May. I am told the same story every time I phone up, that my claim is sitting with the 'support team' and no management is available to speak to. This company takes no responsibility for its customers and has blatantly stolen nearly $2000AUD. Save yourself the stress and never use this company!
We were flying but two weeks before the flight my wife had a serious medical condition and we had to cancel the flight. Now if you ring on the customer service, the first scam you will always see is that they place you at 38 number, most of the time and you always have to wait 1 hr and more for your turn to come. Then an indian guy picks up the phone and trust me it looked like its someone picking a phone from home and not customer service place. He puts you on hold after you have waited more than 1 hr and then he cancels the call, leaving you wasted your money and time $#*! he knows you will not wait another 1 hr plus to call back.
So guys avoid this website, they do it intentionally so you guys cant change booking or get a refund.

So I book a flight for Vietnam to Thailand and Thailand to cambodia. I book all business class seat which they charge me a lot of money for they have advertised the plane as A350 which is a big plane, but the the day I few it was A320 vn airline so I was like whatever smaller plane which also smaller seat but I'm still ok until my flight from Thailand to Phnom Penh I went to check in and guess what there's no business class seat only Econ so I called the airline then they told me oh I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you cause it's time to fly already! This is the worst worst worst customer service ever they don't even refund my money back and give me such a rude respond. I can't believe this company still operate in the united state when it such a bad bad scam blood sucking people money!
You will never get any customer service as it is designed to never answer calls.

My ticket is refunded by Air Canada to mytrip in March 2022 and as of sept 2022 I haven't received anytime. It seems like they are using their own credit cards when buying tickets from airlines. And also they are not refunding if your ticket gets cancelled. I will not recommend mytrip for buying tickets.
Mytrip took our money twice. Didn't answer mails or phone calls They didn't refund money when we cancelled direct with airlines who returned money to them. COMPLETE THIEVES. DONT TOUCH THEM
Me and my friend travelled from NY > Cancùn. Worst service and scammed me out of £60! They said it was a fee from the airline, but when I called the airline (American Airlines) they said what we needed to do was a free service! My friend lost £450 from a flight which should've been refunded. Not a reflection of all agency's, but this one is dire and not booking with them again.
I booked a flight way in advance from Miami to Cartagena for me and my family. The airline changed the dates from a Thursday to a Sunday (we were spending a long wekeend there) to Friday to Saturday. Obviously we were not going to travel 1 day to come back the next so I called the airline to cancel (thankfully I was able to cancel my hotels). Airline said yes we apologize no problem we will give you a refund but cannot do so because you booked through an agency. Called the agency so they would cancel the flight and get a refund. After 20 calls (waiting hours on the phone), speaking with different customer service people in India who have no idea how to help, nothing has happened. I kept getting emails from airline so check in to the flight I had cancelled 10 times over the phone with My Trips. Months later I receive an email from MyTrips saying that I needed to fight with the agency or pay them $70 to get that refund for me! They charge you money for this! No customer service response. Takes forever to get them on the phone and months after I still have not seen any $ returned. Stay away. It is a scam and these people are thieves. Not sure how Kayak works with these clowns.
