Was left stranded at Siem Reap airport because this tinpot effort of a travel agent didn't inform us of a flight change. Had to pay for another flight to avoid messing up other pre planned trips. Tried to get a refund but got more chance knitting fog... TOTALY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST KEEP PUTTING YOU ON HOLD AND FOBBING YOU OFF!
Would rather take the chance of booking a trip on the TITANIC with a bloke in the pub rather than trusting these muppets with my travel plans

The same package would have been cheaper to book through the airline. Fare advertised as significantly lower to lure a prospective customer. But luggage fees are higher. And seats that should be free are charged fees. All these fees are shown only later on. Will never use this dubious service again.
Didn't find where to change currency and language on the website, had to install the app, still couldn't change the currency.

In booking a flight for 250 I was charged 100 more while paying. I repeated the booking a few times and it always asked to charge me more before confirming.

I have made a mistake in name spelling, so I have contacted support via the chat. They responded quite quickly and requested the passport to correct the name. Now I'm waiting for the result.
My father passed while overseas and I had to make an emergency trip to collect my mother, and the remains of my father - Was not booked with My Trip and we accidentally had the dates for 3 months from now, called up our agent and explained the situation, they told us we had to pay a service fee, I explained my father had passed and they waived it all within 10 minutes, as you'd expect.
Now with MyTrip, I spent nearly 3 hours communicating with their "customer service" centre, and explained that my autocorrect had added a single letter to one of the passenger's names, and I didn't notice until the confirmation email, as I have been stressing and the detail had slipped through. The first agent refused outright, without even offering to escalate it, the second agent lied to me about waiting times for escalation, and assured me it would be waived, the third (who surprisingly was actually helpful) also explained that it'll likely be waived, and I would find confirmation of it within an hour.
I can't say I was surprised to find out a family member dying isn't enough for these people to have any sense of human decency or compassion, and was presented with a poorly worded email, barely explaining that they can't waive the fee because "the circumstances aren't enough".
I hope people read this, and realise the MyTrip people aren't here to help or assist you in any way, but merely to scam you wherever they can.

Don't give you the refund. I have been talking to them for more than 30 calls. Always lies to you, and very unprofessional company. Better buy a ticket that costs more and sleep well at night
I purchased a ticket and my return flight was booked for a different day. I received a confirmation with the correct date but when I look at the ticket the date of travel was changed after.
Why isn't the travel documents apparent?Not the best layout I've seen for flights but a very good price.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
