I paid for a change of date in my flight 75 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE (order MU1AA0) because of an arrangement in the date of my PhD thesis discussion, AND I GOT A RECEIPT FOR IT from Mytrip.com.
2 months later, I entered in the website and realized the change WAS NOT DONE. They told it was a TECHNICAL ERROR and then at that time there was NO AVAILABILITY for my change, so I would have to keep the original date of the flight. AT THAT TIME, I ALREADY HAD HOTELS AND TRAINS BOOKED, AND ALSO MY PHD THESIS DISCUSSION!
I had to contact the LATAM to change directly with them and pay US$ 1.184,00 MORE! I had paid to Mytrip.com US$693,00 that they told could be refunded, so I got an additional charge of US$490,00 BECAUSE OF MYTRIP.COM MISTAKE!
Just to sum up: I started calling Mytrip.com at 11:10 am, and finished my last call with LATAM at 00:24 am TO SOLVE IT! You can imagine the nightmare!
I will try my best to process the company because of moral damages. It just got solve because of my initiative to call LATAM and find a solution directly with them.
MyTrip, shame on you for making this $#*! experience with your clients.
Now the supervisor called me saying: "we see that you transfered the property of the ticket to LATAM, so we will provide the refund of US$693,00 that you paid."
I was working and could not keep on line because I already stayed on line for 13 HOURS yesterday, so I just said ok, but I will ask also for this difference of US$490,00 that I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE MYTRIP.COM FAULT.
It took me a little bit to get the reservation done and I sure hope I did it right.
The site was easy to use and the prices were great! Lots of 'add ons'. Then I got to the end to pay, and it told me the price changed and charged me more.
I chose the package and after i spend a long time of entering information for 7 people i find out price increased

Change price last minute --very annoying. Cannot tell whether it's a trick to make the customer pay more at the last minute due to sunk cost as they spend so much time clicking through "no" for the nonsense add-on services.

I bought an air ticket from this web in May, 2024, since my schedule changed, i had to cancel the ticket. I contacted the customer service for several times, they could not give me the correct info on how to cancel the ticket and how much money can i get refunded.
Since i had to cancel it no matter what, i did. However, i only got 60% of my money back.
I will not book with them anymore due to lack of good customer service and charge too much to cancel/change schedule.

They charged me more than the price shown and when I complained they told me because I paid by PayPal I should pay by Visa. Be away very bad customer service even they don't care when I told them I am going to put bad review
I had to restart the process several times including a changed price when I got to the end of the process, while the price hadn't actually changed.
Too many add on fees. Should be able to at least bring a carry on for free!
After having booked a third flight in trying to get to MUC, also this one was cancelled by cheaptickets. The second, I cancelled. Apparently - although they offer it - they have no rights to sell Thai Airways flights.
So contrary to my recent review, I have to correct myself: this company is B******t. However the agents seem nice - whereas it is difficult to get to them via the stupid chatbot

It took us five times to get this same tickets booked. We were forced to start over each time. The good news is the information was saved. But it is a long process to decline all the various extra fees.
