I paid slightly more to use MyTrip because they had better reviews than similar agencies, but that was a mistake I seriously regret. I booked an itinerary with two different airlines. There was a minor typo of one letter in the name on all of the trips, and with one of the airlines there was a major typo of 3 letters this last typo was caused by the MyTrip system. I went to customer service immediately with the problem and they said it would be escalated to another department that would resolve the problem. They charged an additional fee of 44.00 USD and said that they had to escalate it to another department which would make the change with the airlines or contact me in 1-2 days. The department never contacted me and I went back to customer service three times every couple of days, and each time they gave me the same statement and said that they could not contact this mystery department within MyTrip directly. I will now likely not be able to board my flight and will lose all the money paid for the trip. This company is a black hole. Do not use them.

I bought ticket from Bangkok to San Francisco. I trusted this site and I got ticket because it showed me the flight was Thai Airways, I paid for window seat from Bangkok to Taipei and prepaid for window seat from Taiwan to SF, even I paid extra assistance but all information was not correct. My seat was not same as I paid and booked. From Taiwan to SF my flight switched to Eva air, my seat was changed and I sat between two passengers by force, I always choose windows seats or isle seat. It was very tight and very uncomfortable. When I explained my situation to airplane crew, they were so impolite. No help no assistance. I recommend you to buy ticket from reliable company to get assistance and you don't get to trouble.

While booking this flight, I got 3 options. My trip was the 3rd preference. I tried with the 2 other sites first and on last step while paying they have increased the price while my trip price remained fixed
