Cancellation fees

The representative was super nice, but the cancellation fees are a bit unforgivable. The flight I needed was coded incorrectly, and the website put me at an airport that was nearby instead of the airport I needed.

A SCAM COMPANY! Do not order anything from this so-called travel agent. They charge for things they do not do and have hidden things in their general terms and conditions. I paid for a cancellation guarantee, but did not get any money back when canceling. Strongly advised against.

This website is sketchy And wouldn't take my Apple Pay nor a completely valid credit card. Somebody needs to work on your interface. And the click beta is terrible.

It took over an hour to book a flight. Your site kept saying a flight was available, but when I went to pay I was told it was not. Of course this took 3 tries because by the time I got to pay, I was told that I had to start over as my search had expired. This was my first time to use your site... not good.
