No PNR or ticket number is sent till now it's been 5 hrs already since I book the tickets. Only the receipt has been sent and order number

Was trying to book 3 tickets with 1 being for my toddler. It would not let me book it for her own seat. So wound up having to just book two seats and my daughter to sit on our lap. I called they told me to use the app which I'm in another country and trying to download the app wouldn't take to long. I dunno if you're going to optimize just for your app then don't make a website just revert everyone to your site. Extremely inconvenient.
