Too many questions/options/additional charge at the time of checkout and that too for certain items that we take for granted such as an SMS for flight delays, etc

This is the most disreputable company I have dealt with. They advertise one thing and scam you with a higher price.

Price jumped 43$ while booking it. Not sure if it's part of a gimmick

It was too hard to navigate all the extras. Then at the last minute after i paid, they said the price went up. There was no cancel button. Then it said it would take up to 3 days for my flight to be approved. I could have booked it directly on the plane's website for the same price but with less hassles.

Price increase when ready to book. This is the 2nd time I've seen it on this webpage and wonder if you always do the same thing. In future I wont use this company for this reason.

This website was good before but this time I had to use 5 bank cards and didn't go through. So I had to use PayPal for the payment.

Worst travel agency I've ever dealt with. The rep I dealt with was extremely stubborn. After a mistake on their end during the booking, they wouldn't give me a simple courtesy change of name.
