Would not accept my Apple Pay payment, switched to different card

Easy access, quick response, made booking my ticket very easy.

Too many optional fields are required. We shouldn't be asked to check in each items that are not required for the flight for e.g.

You go through the entire selection process just to be informed at the end that these seats are no longer available, however, if you select all the extras, the seats become available. You should not advertise at the lower price of the seats are not availabel.

Very easy to navigate. I will use their website in the future!

The initial price always changes after you have searched, selected and are trying to book. Its a bait and switch operation.

Website not great but great rate. Had to submit 4 times to get my ticket booked.

Way too annoying with the 'options' to pay for extra garbage. Really scammy. So uncool. Whoever thought of that is a bad person.

Very happy to be able to bundle all in one transaction. Baggage options were however insufficient.

This is the second time this year that we booked a trip to Germany with MyTrip. The booking process for the first trip to Germany and this trip was flawless. For both trip bookings, the My Trip staff was very courteous, professional, efficient, responsive and proficient.

In just a few minutes the price raised up so i do not have any choice.

Well the booking experience was good but I don't like the way the price was jacked up before booking next I re think again to book at your site lost around $40 because more over agoda

It seems like all you want is to get people to pay a little extra for everything. There was a last minute price increase at the end that wasn't appreciated.

I just bought a plane ticket on the MyTrip website, the transaction was easy and the travel ticket was sent to me immediately. I'm waiting to make my trip for a clear final idea. THANKS.
