KUDNXL. Someone woke up and decided to cancel my flight to Las Vegas CGKPZQ 6 days from my scheduled departure. Despite never asking for this cancellation, no one had the common courtesy to call me and advise. Had I not called to investigate upon receipt of an illegitimate-looking email, I would've only realized this nonsense at the airport.
4 days have since passed and I have now spent over 6 combined hours on the phone with reps in India (Sanar, Akash, Gautam, Subhadeet, & Gagan). My issue remains unresolved and my ticket is yet to be reinstated. I am now 2 days out from my planned departure with my friends, yet no resolution. They keep asking me to wait longer to review my calls to verify that I did NOT ask them to cancel said flight. Even after speaking with the same representative who confirmed that he remembers speaking with me and that I in-fact did NOT ask them to cancel said flight, I am still in limbo without my ticket.
I have now filed an official complaint to *******@etraveli.com. Updates to follow.
I paid for 4* but room was disaster due to bathroom fitting was falling shower holder toilet roll holder bin was jammed and dirty and worst part is no exhaust fan in bathroom In room the drawer handle was worn out Basically this is old tired hotel and very over priced Charges for two adults hidden under with 1 child and 1 adult fare and taxes gst etc Worst part they charged me extra money for water bottle in buffet breakfast There weren't up front charges
My serious advice go for any other hotel or see everything then pay..
I bought a flex-ticket upgrade as my business meetings were not all fixed yet. Turns out you cannot change your ticket online, you have to call the call center. The wait time for the call center was long, the English call center agent struggled with English. Lastly, the flex-ticket is not really flexi, you can move the ticket, but cannot change anything except the departure time.
MyTrip passed my name to the airline the wrong way around (surname in first name field). It took OVER A MONTH for them to respond about changing it and then tried to charge me over £900 (on a £500 flight) to do so - 2 days before flying.
The airline didn't care about the name being backwards on the system. Happens all the time.
Booked a return trip then told our outbound leg is cancelled and we need to make our own arrangements to get to our destination. No offer to cancel the return journey and they are holding our money. We want a full refund and we will book the whole trip elsewhere. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?. What are we supposed to do with a one way ticket for return leg only?
This business is a big unethical money making machine. TOTAL SCAM. I had to rebook my flight and they wanted to charge me $******* for a one way trip that i need to rebook! I have looked at Cathay Pacific and voila, the flight costs on the day I have asked to be rebooked was only less than $2k. And by the way, they wouldnt even give you other options.
To add to my dismay, you have to pay for an extra charge when purchasing the ticket if you want to be entertained as you call them. Otherwise, when requesting for a booking change, you will have to wait for until forever.
My piece of advice is NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH this site. Do not support this business that does not really care about its customers.
This is a global known thing that a return ticket is cheaper than a One way ticket. I booked a one way ticket with Mytrip from London to Mumbai by paying more than what the return ticket would have cost. I know this because on the same day within few minutes difference i have booked a return ticket for me from another agent. Now what travel troleey smartly did is booked a return ticket, kept this information secret and sent me a one way ticket, When i browsed the airlines website, I saw a return ticket. I called MyTrip to cancel the return ticket and they do not want to do that saying this is a system thing and I can complain anywhere I want.

Avoid... No customer service. I tried to change a flight time for family but have no communication after an email, 2 phone calls. Seems they wait until prices go up or ticket no longer available. Disappointment. Will not use again.
We saved $300 USD on 4 tickets. The airline changed the time of one flight, which was making us miss our connection. The airline doesn't want to help us and they defer to thd agency. We had to pay 100 euros to get service. Actually, we are NOT getting service. Wr are calli g daily, getting placed on hold, and sometimes after long waits the calls drop. They kerp telling u sc not to worry. But we do worry because they are nor fixing ouf problem. As it is now, we won't make it to the Philippines because we will miss our connection. Now we saved $300 but how good is that if we can't make it there? Also you need to substract the $100 euros they charge just to give sevice. And as of now, we paid about $40 US of international call fees.
Don't do it.

They will sell you tickets that don't exist then try to force you to take alternative flights. If you call them you will wait in a queue for a long time before speaking to a call centre in India who will claim that there is nothing that they can do. They will not let you talk to a manager, they will not give the phone number of their complaints department, they will not give their last names, etc.
They will take all the money they can and leave u stranded with no flight and no possibility to come back home unless u pay extra even if u have "flexible ticket".
This guys cancelled my flight with no reason 2 days before my flight! Are you kidding? No I am not! Just sending an email to me saying for technical reasons we had cancelled your flight... your money will be refunded...

These company charge your 150% more than the real price when you click to buy the flight ticket on Internet! And then how do you want to prove that it was EUR 320.- when you clicked and now there are EUR 517.- charged on your credit card!
They mixed up my name when booking the tickets and would not correct the mistake. In the end I had to pay for the cancellation of the ticket. Their customer service showed no remorse or care.
Airline changed flight dates and mytrip. Is useless to request any solution to the customer. They only offer refund after i had to pay 54 euros for administration fee which is a robbery.
After 2 weeks i still do receive my money back.

I bought a ticket flight international Brazil/ Rome and they say in not included luggage and want charge me more than 100 euros, I never saw this before an international flight without luggage. And I sent an email to customer service more than 10 days and never get some answer.
Had terrible time with MyTrip and I would avoid at all costs! They take your money but not keen to refund when airline approved.
My son and I bought same ticket as surprise from Melbourne. Airline agreed to refund but MyTrip have not as yet done this. This is since Nov 2018 this has been going on! Terrible customer service who really don't care and not interested. Promise to escaulate but nothing happens.
They are not fit for practice and I will be reporting to ABTA, ATOL and Financial Obudsman if no refund by end of March!

Is there a 0? Booked a ticket multiple times, accepts, charges, declines. I had about 20 attempts to no avail. Called their Customer Service, i was placed on hold... for more than 1 hour! Hmmm what's this site for again?
It's been TWO WEEKS I am trying to cancel a flight ticket with them and NOTHING happens! NOTHING! I call them, wait, AT LEAST 15 MINUTS to talk to someone and the only answer I hear is "we are waiting for the flight company to respond our request". When I call the flight company they say "there's no request at all here".
CRAP COMPANY! Bunch of liars that are stealing money from people!

3 Paid for online check in and heard nothing until two hours before flight telling us to check in at airport.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
