So far terrible customer service. Cant get hold of anyone. 30 minutes on hold and the disconnected. Came up as a choice on skyscanner. They should screen their vendors better.
Booked a flight in March. Called a few weeks later because I needed to make a name correction. They do not have a live person that you can talk to or even an automated setup to make changes, so I emailed them. Over a month later, no response. I had to contact Skyscanner to get them to get a rep from Mytrip.com to even respond to me. The rep from Mytrip said:
"We would like to apologise for the delay of handling your request.
Please note that passengers who have not purchased a support package are entitled to a Standard Support Priority.
Standard support priority means that your request will be processed according to its urgency and always after the requests of the customers departing within the next 48 hours are processed.
Such information is also available on our website.
However, please be informed that your request has been assigned to an agent and you will be receiving a response to your request shortly.
We remain at your disposal for any further queries that you might have."
So because I didn't pay an extra $35, you won't respond to me for a month, but you will wait until 2 days before my flight to do anything about it? This is THE WORST service that I have ever experienced EVER.

Still no news from them. I will not let them go. I hope people take notice of these fraudsters and never purchase from them. Oh and there telephone number is in Greece and cost so much to call them
Still nothing from them. There twitter is down so i cant send messages on there. Im not calling there European office number as no one picks up and charges an arm and leg. Its crazy how a company make you feel its your fault. Paying for it still being 9 months now.
Still no contact. Poor customer service. Do not use them! Still paying my credit card back. If you want your money thrown away use them otherwise use other travel sites. expedia.com are good and lastminute.com
Last week i called on +65 315 727 07 and was put on wait for 22 minutes with no results and again I called today 24/05/2019 and I was asked for mention booking reference number multiple times and asked to hold the call multiple times which is ok if there is any output and duration is not so long, right now I am on call for 43 minutes + (wait is still going on) and keeping on hold the call (attaching screen-shots for reference,). Is this right way of dealing with customer? There was no follow up and update on the re-fund? What are the standard operating procedures? Do you have any quality check on the services and support your customer care team is providing?
Isn't this waste of time and money of the customers waiting for half an hour to get any update?
Please reply back with answers of above-mentioned questions. I will share all this information on social media and across my all contacts if resolution of my refund is not done as well as explanation of this long wait is not done
My flight time was changed. ''My trip'' sent me a message regarding that and stating that I have 5 days to confirm. 2 hours later they sent me a new e-ticket but I didn't agree on that since time was not suitable for me. Impossible to contact by phone. Sent an email but 7 days later still no reply although it is stated that they will reply in 5 days. The airline is asking me for an additional charge like I'm changing a ticket on my own. WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER USE MY TRIP AGAIN.
I would give ZERO stars if I could! They change connecting flights that become impossible to make and do not help you rebook at all, unless you pay an "administrative fee". Even though it is their fault/own doing. This is probably a scam tactic to get extra money. They leave parts of your itinerary UNCONFIRMED (initially confirmed but a few weeks before the flight they change things around) and it is nearly impossible getting in contact with a representative. My international flight is in 3 days and I have not heard back from them at all. I would not have my updated and confirmed ticket if not for the airline that took matters into their own hands. The airline said problems with this travel agency are very common - they are surprised they are still in business.
AWFUL company. We booked flights with them and their system got my GFs surname and first name the wrong way round. This was their mistake on their system. The Airline told us this is a major issue and she would not be able to board the flight unless this was fixed by mytrip. They have no customer service. We sent numerous emails over 6 weeks and they never replied to 1 of them. All they offer is a premium cost phone number which puts you through to some outsourced person in Asia who has no way of actually contacting mytrip head office which is in Greece. This person was utterly useless and couldn't do anything.
This company is a scam. Utter disgrace and they should be closed down.

Bought tickets through MyTrip.com and one of my flights from British Airlines was cancelled and no replacement flight or compensation was ordered by them.
After chasing them so many times they promised to reimburse me in December and since them money has mot yet been paid.
I called them many many times and their client services is not able to provide a proper solution and they do not reply to emails.
It's a Company that has no respect with clients and will never use them again. Worse agency I have ever seen.

I requested to change my flight, but they sent me the URL that put me back to the page which I used to request the change.
I called again and again how to proceed to change, but they sent me the same url. No matter how many I called you and sent the request via webpage, their response didn't change and even I had to wait so long.
I'll ask Skyscanner to stop show us their tickets on their website. I want them to check customers' voices on review sites otherwise please stop their service as soon as possible.

This is a stupid company with very poor business ethics. I booked 3 tickets from London to Kolkata in Dec 2019. Connecting flight Del-kol-Del got cancelled(Jet is dead). Sent them 50 emails and not a single reply yet. After several failed [hone attempts(30-40 mins call and disconnect) spending almost £190 phone bill calling overseas and premium 0844 number I decided to pay the admin fee even though I don't need to as it's not my fault. Virgin told agent should call them and t can be rescheduled what they did who bought ticket directly from them. 12 days back I was told that if I pay admin fee they will sort out my flight from del-kol-del in 1-2 days. Till now no response. Sent 50 emails. Can't call anymore as it's a waste of my money. How they running their business? People shouldn't buy ticket from them. I am becoming sick now.
I paid Flexible Ticket. Now I want to change flight date. The customer service told me there is not seats on my expected date, but I checked the official airline website, seats are available. They are just cheating their customers to earn money!

I needed to make changes to my booking but it was impossible to contact anybody. I tried calling several times but I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. There is also not a single email that I can contact (seriously?). The no-reply email says to reach out to them via a form but I was also not able to locate this form after an hour of scouring their website.
I bought my flight to Australia a few months ago, now I had to cancel it but it seems impossible! I called there and was waiting for am HOUR and no one answered to me! I sent an e-mail where I explained that I want to cancel it and it was almost THREE WEEK AGO and I still have not heard about them! I've been trying to call but honestly I don't have time for hours to queue. What the hell is going on with this company?!? I am really pissed and my flight cost over 800 so it's a big money for a student!
Shady and deceptive business practices. Did not honor free cancellation policy within 24hrs of booking. I called to cancel within 24hrs and they gave me the run around, then charged me a handling fee. See below email I sent back to mytrip.com to document the call on 5/1/2019

Let this email document mytrip.com's shady business practices per my phone call yesterday:
I called last night at ~8pm which is 22 hours past my initial booking. Agent on the line said I have to call the airline to ask if it is a cancellable ticket and note it on the computer then call him back. This is a clear distraction technique, there is no mechanism for the airline to make a note to you.
I call United Airlines and the agent said their policy is free cancellation within 24 hours and she stated there was no mechanism for her to note this to mytrip.com. She was nice enough to get on a 3 way call with your agent at ~9pm (23hrs, still within 24 hr cancellation period). When on the phone, your agent said he can process the refund. After the United Airlines agent got off the phone, your agent then tells me that there is a processing fee. Seems he did not want to note/show this shady/improper fee while United Airlines was on the phone. He proceeds to try to manipulate me into thinking I'm being done a favor by:
1) He will only charge me the per ticket price of $57 for 2 tickets instead of 4
2) It is not really costing me anything since it will come off the price of the ticket (ie reduced refund).

I bought my flight ti India with them over months ago. I then cancel after 4 weeks because I saw the airline had collapsed. They don't answer calls, mails, nothing... They have stolen over 2800 and I don't seem to find away to get that money back... any suggestions?
This is not my first time booking flight ticket online yet the first booking with mytrip.com and I got frustrated due to their terrible customer service.
I paid, I got confirmation letter, I got the e ticket receipt too. Yet when I checked in online there's no any reservation under my name.
I called and talked to 3 of representatives of mytrip and they couldn't find my booking reservation neither. They also wasn't able to answer my questions regarding why I got the confirmation letter, e ticket receipt yet they couldn't find my booking. They has been not only unhelpful but also rude when they kept trying to cut me off saying "sorry, I can't help, and I can't stay on the line with you".
Yeap, they got my, money, they did email me confirmation letter, e ticket receipt and then they said that's not their fault not being able to find my booking reservation.
Booked with Mytrip for flights to Australia in December. Booked for a flight this May to Australia and my name was put in incorrectly. Mytrip.com have blamed me and said it's my error but I know it's not. I have read other reviews of the same thing happening to other customers. Though they kept telling me my name change was being corrected. I later found out that this was never going to happen. I cancelled my ticket with them and rebooked the same flight with a different company. I have now been charged nearly £400 for doing this. I am still waiting for my refund of £466.44. What a bunch of thieves.
I regret that I haven´t searched for the reviews of this company before we bought tickets via MyTrip. Long story short - due to personal issues we were not able to fly so we personally went to airline office and canceled the reservation in advance. Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
