Overall normal service, the delivery was fast since it was a last minute purchase I added an extra charger on, but ordered the wrong model. Warehouse staff, Eddie I believe, messaged me shortly after I placed my order and asked if it was correct. Thank Eddie for the fast response and figuring I fudged up and correcting things! It did not impact my delivery timeline
Bought the watch based off of friends and research. Didn't take in to consideration that size of my kids wrist would play into factor here. It doesn't fit. Cant replace the band so I'm looking into other options so be able to wear it.
We were hesitant to give a phone to our child who is third grade. But after learning about Ticktalk, we want to try it. We are very happy with great parental control of the watch. I am happy to be able to call and text my son without giving him a real phone.

The battery on this watch drains very quickly. I was told that if it's not connected to WiFi it keeps searching for a signal but a watch with full battery should not die during the day
Excellent 4 day delivery to Australia. The watch is excellent and works as advertised. My son loves it so much that he does not want to remove it. Highly recommend it.

I purchased my grandson the watch for both the GPS peace of mind of knowing where he is when out with friends, he's 10 yrs old and also being able to communicate with him and having the ability to control who can connect with him. He's rough on things so I also purchased the additional warranty. He cracked the band and it was easy to get it replaced under the warranty at no cost. My daughter was able to install the new band with no problem. He's a happy kid again. He loves this watch more than he did the 1st one he had(Verizon).

The Ticktalk watch can only be used with the original strap because there is a signal transmitter inside, which I didn't know before. I hope this is helpful to others.

Great for first timers, good reception, good camaraderie quality, and the gps is fairly accurate. The call and music quality could be better but again for a kid is good enough.

I even tried buying an extra set of smaller screws to remove the old band with zero luck. What a $#*!ty $#*! design please fire the product engineer that designed this removal of the old band to the new band..
Easy to order, watch is rugged and approachable. The profile set up is tedious but the service seems to be doing what it needs to. Customer Service has been impeccable with answering the questions I had.

This phone has allowed my daughter to feel more confident getting off the bus and walking home down the street. I love that she can text me or call me as she's walking home or while she's on a bike ride with friends it gives her the independence while also allowing me the reassurance that I can reach her when I need to.

I've had the older generation before this one and I am super happy. The only thing is that it dead on us. Not sure what the cause was but my warranty was up and I was only told maybe it might the charger. I didn't want to purchase a charger and the charger was not the problem, then spend more money on buying a whole new watch. So I just bought a new watch. It's worth the money! Love these watches. I can always call my kid where she is.

I like the watch and ability to buy replacement parts and gos is decent. But don't like that I hv to go somewhere just to replace the band that's a pain. Only reason I took a star
