The watch itself is amazing and honestly exceeded my expectations. The quality, appearance, and overall product are excellent, and I'm very happy with the item itself.
1. Watch band broke in a year. Poor design. Otherwise watch works perfect.
2. Customer service was kind enough to give me a "one time" free replacement band. Should be an automatic free replacement in first 2 years or more. (Online price is ~$30).
3. There are two sizes of screws that must be removed to replace band. Band comes with screw driver for larger screw but nothing for small screws that take a T0 Phillips head, something most people will not have. Either include a T0 driver or make it very clear that you will need to acquire one. Luckily I do computer repair so I have all the small tools.
Our TickTalk watch was losing connectivity because the SIM card cap cover wouldn't stay in place. We contacted customer service and they promptly approved a warranty replacement. The new watch came with an improved cap sticker seal to prevent future problems.
The replacement watch works great — we can now communicate with our child and track their location reliably with no further issues. Customer service was excellent and resolved everything fast. Very satisfied with the outcome!

My daughter's watch band ripped while playing. I ordered a new one and received the replacement within 3 days. I was also so happy to receive a link to a video to show me how to replace the new band.

My only hesitation in buying this was that my 5 year old daughter is small for her age. She's 39 pounds fwiw. The band fits no problem at all. Even a few holes to go tighter if needed. It's bulky but in a good way. Don't let size alone steer you away. She LOVES this watch and loves calling her grandparents on it. GPS is solid from my experience. And $10/month for a full service phone line from t Mobile is a steal. I have an extra unused number on my account and still took the $10/month line.

Had an issue with an older 4 model. The service rep was very helpful and professional. Gave an alternative to keep me as a customer since the 4 model was no longer under warranty.

Everything was fine it was delivered quickly set up took a little longer than expected. But so far its working the way it should be. GPS isn't always right on

Poor customer service experience. I ordered a watch online and immediately realized I ordered a different color, but there was no option on the website to modify or cancel the order. Instead, they require customers to submit a support ticket just to make basic order changes, which feels like tech from 2010. Anyway, I submitted a ticket right away requesting either a color change or cancellation so I could place a new order, but they did not respond for two days. By then, the order had already shipped. When I contacted customer service to ask if they could at least cover the return shipping, the representatives were rude and unhelpful. Their solution was for me to stay outside my home all day and refuse the delivery myself. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I would avoid shopping from this store again.
When the package originally arrived, it came in a timely manner.But one of the items was missing.And I contacted customer service and they were prompt in sending the other one and I have zero complaints. I love my tiktok watch for my child

We were excited to get the TickTalk watch Unfortunately it is more fragile than we expected and not built to withstand daily, childhood play. Customer service was not helpful and seemed upset when we contacted them for support. TickTalk doesn't really stand behind their product. Cell coverage is spotty at best. More often than not I have to walk down the street to find/talk to my kids because calls and text don't go through. Overall a very unpleasant experience experience. We will look for alternative options when the $100 replacement breaks.

Battery went out on TickTalk 4 bought the 5. Was not provided with proper tracking so I thought the watch did not ship. Customer service was quick to get back though and we received the watch. The changes on the 5 are good. Thank you

Kid likes the watch but I am disappointed in the lack of features on the parent portal. I thought there would be a lot more parental overnight.

I bought a TickTalk 4 watch for my daughter and then upgraded to the 5 when it came out. The watch is super easy for my daughter to use and the parent app is easy as well. I find the customer service to be great and very responsive. They have always made right any issues I've had.

As a whole, my experience has been good. My only complaint is the watch can take some time to update their locations, and require refreshing several times before it gets it correct. But the call quality and durability have been great. When our dog chewed up her wristband, I ordered a replacement and it came in quickly. Installing it was a bit tricky as the hardware is quite small, and for some reason didn't fit on one of the holes. Luckily I saved the hardware from the chewed up part of the band, and that worked perfectly.

We have had other devices and chose Tick Talk b/c of the international travel ability. The kids LOVE it. 11 and 9 year olds. They've had great fun playing with it, exploring the music, greeting cards, voice memos etc. The only downside is how intensive it is to set up. It took the majority of my kid's birthday morning to get the devices activated and then throughout the day we found new aspects that needed access/ customization, etc. NOW - I'm learning, perhaps too late, that the travel features require yet another extensive set of tasks and a learning curve I don't really have time for. It seems it all could be much more intuitive and simple in the parent app. I still think I would buy again - I just would have set it all up before gifting it and I would have asked more questions / done more research about preparing to travel out of the US.

The watch is perfect for what we need it for. It allows my 10 year old boy to have more independence. It gives me peace of mind knowing he can reach me instantly, and I can find him or check in with him whenever I want. We are so happy to have this for our family.
