It seems the only place to buy a replacement band is thru TickTalk, so they have you by the short hairs.
That said, the product was great, they supplied extra screws and both screw drivers. I did need to use my own allen wrench for the black ones though, they were torqued down more than I thought they'd be.
My daughter loves it so far and so do we! It's nice being about to connect when she's not with us and check in with her when I need to. She likes the monstermojis (they are a lot of fun) and being able to call or message us and family members.

Its very helpful with my son being at school instead of him having a phone at such a early age. Hes able to call his parents easily and facetime and text us if something is wrong.

Ordering and tracking was great, smooth experience. Actually installing the product was challenging. The screws strip easily and you honestly need two Allen wrench keys to remove the pin on the watch itself. Plus, it's not a traditional spring loaded pin like almost all watches, it is an actual bar with a screw on the other end and very difficult to get the right tension on it completely secure without stripping the ends.

Good experience, but you really need longer wristband. After a couple more months, my kid will outgrow the wristband and eventhough we like your watch, we have no choice but to move on, all because the wriste band is too short.

I feel like this watch is perfect for my 11-year-old. She can easily text or call me whenever she needs to, which gives both of us peace of mind. It's especially useful when she goes to the park or over to a friend's house—we can just text her to come back home, and she sees it right away. I also like that I can set reminders on the watch for things like chores, homework, or when it's time to head home.
What I love most is that I don't have to worry about her being exposed to the internet. It keeps everything simple, safe, and age-appropriate while still keeping us connected. It's been a great balance of independence for her and reassurance for me.

We love this watch. We can see where he is when he's playing out on the street with friends, and being able to either call or text him is so convenient. We also use it to set an alarm for when it's time to come in from playing and it works like a charm. We have had to reset the watch a few times over the span of 11 months so I do recommend sending the watch a text before your kiddo goes outside or wherever they are going to make sure it's working.

Watch did not turn on one day. I wrote customer service and they sent me a shipping label. I sent the watch out and got a replacement within a week or so. Wish they would've sent me the watch first like they do with Tmobile phone. My 5yr old son didn't have a watch for me to track his location for a couple weeks but we're good now.

I've had ticktalk for a year now. Customer support is quick and resolves your issue fast. The issue I've had with ticktalk watches was the plastic sim cover keeps popping out & not allowing sim to work due to wear and tear (kid sweat), but it seems that ticktalk is trying to knock out that with what now comes with the watches (a sim door cover to prevent the kid sweat & wear and tear). I so hope it helps and lasts alot longer than without it!

The video quality is spotty, but I under stand its more of a service issue. The gps tracking, It took some time for me to correct the location, as it showed the watch at a different location. Not sure if there is a feature to extend batter life. Example, once batter gets below a %, it should go into a battery save mode. By disabling apps that may be draining battery. Like reduce animation. Go into a simple display mode... etc.
Overall I'm happy. Just wish i wound have bought the docking charger.

I reached out to the customer service because my son's watch was not working properly. After asking me to try a few things, I was told to return my watch to receive a replacement. I received the new watch with a complimentary screen protector and everything is working perfectly. I'm very pleased with how quick and efficient they were to resolve my issue, especially because of how much we use our watch and how necessary it is to us.
