It is a nice device (TickTalk 5), but unfourtunately voice calls not working in Estonia, despite the fact, that the carrier is on TickTalk compabylity list. Contacted support regarding this, but no solution received. Returned the device.

I'm having issues registering my sim card for non us numbers and waiting fir customer support to respond.
It was a disappointment not being able to play songs through the watch outside us.
I should be able to register the sim card without having to share the sim card with ticktalk.
I should have the full administration privileges over the watch and less interference from ticktalk.
It would nice to enhance for the future to be able to download some applications or games on the watch

The watch is very good and has been a very useful to communicate and locate my kid. Especially the two way communication when he wants to contact me.
I wish though there was an e-sim capability that would make it easy to install especially when traveling abroad.

I received the band replacement quickly. Unfortunately, I was not prepared with the small screwdriver that was needed in order to replace the band. I had to purchase a screwdriver on Amazon.

Was taking longer than expected 1 week turned to 2 weeks but anyways glad I have it fixed my sons watch he's happy I'm happy

My son's watch from 2021 stopped working. Spoke to TickTalk rep and they explained the trade-in program. Filled out the application, picked the watch I wanted, and that was it! I got an email a day or two later that the new watch was on the way! It was such an easy process! Thank you, TickTalk!

Video calling + messaging: My child loves the ability to call or send voice messages to approved contacts. It gives them a sense of independence while keeping them safe.

Good watch, does what's promised and didn't stop working despite my child using it for swimming even though it is not supposed to be used this way.
I was expecting better pictures though.
As far as support goes, I was promised a free accessory upon completion of my survey and so far I got nothing. Reported the issue and no reply, but I received plenty of purchase offers from the company.

This smart GPS watch works great. I love that it precisely pen points locations and limits text access to people you give access to. The phone calling also works well. Great device!

We're generally happy with the TickTalk watch—it offers great functionality and features that are perfect for kids. However, we ran into two major issues. First, the speaker stopped working after my son got it wet, even though the product description claims it's waterproof. Second, the screen is extremely sensitive—it cracked within the first minute when my son bumped into something. These durability concerns are disappointing for a kids' product that's supposed to be rugged.

Customer service was very helpful. I got another watch shipped and it worked.

One of the watches has a chip in the panel that holds the microchip in, but otherwise they've been great.

The customer service is excellent. The watch is amazing with all of the security features.

When I finally confirmed a couple times they agreed to ship me a replacement watch band. It's a very simple fix to do at home with the right tools and they act like you need an instructional video.
