Ordered a new watch strap and got an email saying they would send me a shipping lable within a day or two to mail the watch in and they would replace the strap for me. What actually happened is that I received the strap a week later in the mail with instructions on how to replace myself, but without one of the screwdrivers needed to replace the strap. The screwdriver i needed also didn't come with the watch originally and wasn't something I had on hand so I had to go buy a special screwdriver for it.

Watch has been great so far! Nice to give my kid a little freedom knowing I can find and reach him easily.

The company was responsive to my needs. They were friendly and communicative.

Quick shipping. Setup was relatively easy. My son loves it so far. Battery lasts about a day depending on usage.

A great watch for kids with so many parenting control features. Location tracking, video call are working as advertised. Only complaint is, not able to share any MMS from the watch to others.

Watch is good in terms of calling and texting but location tracking is very off. Whenever my child is at the school it's shows a location which is 2.5 miles away. I even tried to correct the location but it again goes back to showing the wrong location.

Had to buy a new watch band and they were very quick to help and get me my order..

So far watch is good, still need to try it on my trip to Mexico thats why i bought it, buy please! Work on having another wristband a little bigger it nearly fits on my sons wrist, which sucks. Maybe velcro ones.

We love the tick talk and so does our daughter. Calling customer service was better than emailing as it took forever to get a reply via email. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I did so much research on the available, reliable watches with comparing etc & thought this may be "The Watch" Well, it doesn't really meet all my criteria but is a bit better than the other brand watch. I was hoping this watch could be used without WiFi and is very misleading. We travel and are in areas that there are no hotspots nor WiFi. Kind of useless but, I keep it for awhile & maybe just get her her own phone. Yes we, with a phone I would have to look at other avenues of tracking but again, without WiFi, I can't track my child. Pointless right?

We purchase the watch to be able to communicate with our daughter while she was at summer camp. She loves it and we love it too! The customer service spotted an issue with the order and corrected it. Ticktalk will be at the top our products lists for a while 👍🏽👍🏽

Great little watch… music, pics, allowed contacts for text message, regular calls, and videos calls… you must use the app for texts and videos calls… regarding her accuracy location; it hits the mark most of the times, other times it's off by a house or 2… but overall its a great starter watch for her to learn responsibly…. She finally understands the concept of charging her things like tablets and other gadgets …

The phone is working great, and my kid is really happy using it! The quality is solid, and the features are perfect for kids.

Smooth and fast! I ordered a replacement band, and it arrived super quick. I should have ordered spares for my other kids watches now that I think about it. Only thing that would have been more helpful was a having a tiny allen wrench included with the watch band or the watch. That was tricky to find since I don't have those tools, but the small screw driver that comes with the watch was super helpful for getting the small screws out. I ended up finding an allen tool to adjust my kids' mouth guard that worked to replace the watchband as well... dumb luck!
