My daughter's watch strap ripped, and she couldn't wear it. We contacted customer support, explained the issue, and they promptly shipped a new strap. We appreciate the quick and straightforward solution.

I purchased accessories for my son's new watch. When we received the order, it was the wrong product. I sent an email to customer service and they immediately sent replacements. It was solved within the day and shipped promptly.
My daughter's watch broke in the dominican republic. I was at a loss of how to access the warranty. They were very helpful from the shipping department who went beyond their role to customer service who helped me figure out a plan to get a replacement sent to my mom so it could be delivered via a friend flying in to meet us. I was able to pay a 100 deposit for the replacement with the plan to send the original back when we return to the USA after our trip.
I ordered a replacement wrist band as the first one cracked after a year's use. But I am unable to change the band since the tool needed to unscrew the specific shape and size of nuts was not included in the replacement band and I am unable to find the original box of the watch. Also, when I tried to use other tools that I had at my disposal, it was just scratching the the groves of the nut, making it crumble. So I stopped. Right now the watch is just sitting with me.
We purchased this watch for my 8 year old son. We wanted the watch for the tracking feature and to allow him to be able to contact parents, grandparents or use in an emergency. He likes the music option, camera, talk to text, timer and the step counter (although this feature has been very inaccurate.) There is a black line on the screen already that I need to contact customer service about. Overall we are pleased with this purchase after a few weeks.
My daughter's watch band broke on her TickTalk from normal use. I was told that there was no way to replace the band on the TickTalk 4, which really is ridiculous. There was nothing else wrong with the watch, and my daughter really liked it. We would have been happy to just replace the band and keep that watch. Instead, I was offered to get a TickTalk 5 for $100, which is still a lot of money, basically to replace a faulty band. When it arrived, my daughter really wasn't happy with the TickTalk 5. She likes the 4 much better. Additionally, I was not given any guidance that I should back up the TickTalk 4 before switching over the SIM to the TickTalk 5, so I lost all of her contacts and pictures. It's a pain to add new contacts because the most important contacts don't live near us, and as far as I know, you need to be WITH someone in order to add them as a contact. Anyway, basically, it feels like we spent $100 for a downgrade due to a faulty watch band.
The location accuracy is very poor at times. The app can be awkward to use. But this does provide a safe way to communicate with kids

I am sorry that you are having a hard time with your location accuracy. If you reach out to [email protected], someone from our team can help switching servers to see if that allows for more accurate location tracking. We also have the Ai featured SmartPin which allows you to move the location pin and reassign it. This teaches the algorithm to learn your child's normal routes at a faster pace.
Easy to order the watches are big but we will see how my kids do with them

The watch is amazing and our son loves it but he complains about the wrist band. He says it's uncomfortable and hurts a bit while doing activities.

The order came in on time and since I have all the tools needed, I was able to replace the band quickly. I do have a few suggestions: 1. Would it be possible to offer bands in longer sizes? I think the reason my child breaks them so easily is that it is small (short). 2. Offer bands from other materials? It is hot and the solid plastic band gets sweaty fast. 3. Make sure to inform buyers of all of the specific tools needed to replace the wrist band. Cheers!
The original watch band started tearing after a year which is unfortunate but thankfully these replacements were available.
